omg. Again!Pros: Delicious and amazing bagels.Cons: They send you marketing emails.I will admit east coast bagels are quite delicious. It's unfortunate that not every business greets you or answers your questions with a welcoming demeanor. The people at Bart's are low frills but they seem happy to be there and it shows in the warmth of the business (personality, not temperature) and the quality of their product. The window that allows you to see the bagels being made will only make you more hungry.It was my first time visiting and I would gladly do it again. Thank you.

Really cute bagel shop in a great location. They had a good selection and were very fairly priced. Honestly I thought my bagel was going to be way more expensive so I was happy. The egg everything bagel was delicious and I recommend adding pickled onions. Friendly service

Born and raised New Yorker here and I declare that Bart's are the best bagels in PHL. Having lived in other cities, I realize it's all relative when it comes to bagels outside NY. But regardless, Bart's is definitely a winner. My go to is an everything bagel with tofu cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. The bagels are perfectly chewy and the tofu cc is solid. As for a bevy, their iced tea is great with a squeeze of lemon. I hear their breakfast sandwiches are amazing too according to my S.O. Pre-order pickup is super easy but delivery is also available. Staff is super friendly. I highly recommend.

Seems like a solid deli experience with good coffee!I know that they make their own bread/bagels, which is worth a few stars. Not all bagel shops serve good coffee, so I was happy to see that they serve local roasters. They filled my travel mug; also a plus. Add that takeout window and sidewalk tables and you've won me over. I can order and eat if I'm out walking my dogs!I'm excited to explore their lunch options.

Classic Smoked Fish with Pastrami Smoked SalmonUgh. Unbelievable. We got the classic Smoked fish and asked them to sub the Smoked Salmon with the pastrami version, which was so sooo good. Just everything you want in a lox Bagel. Great great bagel, fillings were really the highlight! Interior had no AC, not sure if it was just that day

Stopped b y on our morning walk the other day because they advertised having gluten free bagels. I got a gluten free bagel (toasted in a separate toaster) with plain cream cheese and it was delicious! such a luxury when gluten free. Just asked when ordering at the counter that they take precautions. Didn't get sick after either! It was a little small inside but there was plenty of space off to the side that we were able to sit down and enjoy our bagels. Can't wait to go back
