Fantastic pizza cooked in 1000 degree wood-fired oven. The ambience is also very cool and our server was great. This place has the feel of a neighborhood bar/restaurant and we will definitely return.

Not my favorite pasta place. My dish - the Bucatini All'Amatriciana - was something that was recommended to me as a pasta lover and I only ate half of it.Honestly, my favorite part of the meal was the bread (piada bread?). It was great but I was very jealous when I saw an order brought out with marinara sauce on the side - which wasn't an option on the menu and would've been pure perfection. All in all, it's a nice restaurant and likely just a too classy/fancy for my typical/casual Italian joint.

Some great, some not so great. Overall, we had a nice dinner but probably wouldn't return anytime soon. Apps - disappointing. We paid $4 for arancinis the size of a golf ball. Pasta - pretty decent, though i wish we tried another kind (we took the rec of the server which is always a hit or miss if it doesn't end up being your vibe) Pizza - really good and definitely the highlight of the meal. I'd go back for the pizza definitely.

This place never disappoints! We don't go often because of proximity to home but every time we do, it's fantastic. We sat at the bar with Charles as our bartender/server. He knew the intricate details of every dish. To top it off, we didn't even know there was a happy hour! We enjoyed a crisp salad that was simply perfect. the arancini was gooey deliciousness. The cacio pepe: divine. And the roasted carrots- one can't even imagine the flavor profile without trying. paired beautifully with Rosato and Barbera. need I say more?

We've heard a lot about Bar Dough, so figured we'd give it a shot for dinner. It was much smaller than I was expecting and quite loud inside so I was happy we were able to sit outside on the patio. I got the Lavender Bees Knees which was tasty and refreshing. We then shared the Malfadine Bolognese and Diablo Bianco pizza. I think we both preferred the pizza over the pasta, the pizza was really good! The pasta was good, but we both agreed we would not get another white bolognese in the future. We knew that's what it was and neither had ever tried it before thus the reasoning for wanting to do so, but it was definitely not a traditional bolognese experience and was more olive-y then both of us would have liked. The handmade noodles were phenomenal though, just wish it was in a different sauce!

Excellent food and ambiance. Felt like I was eating at a little niche place in CDMX. Great olives (I dont even like olives), fresh pasta, pizza, and dessert. My aperol spritz was . Can get crowded. Grab a reservation.

Pizza is good, but service was non-existent. Our server, Charlie, was visually annoyed when we didn't order alcohol, and made snide remarks the couple times he actually checked on us the remainder of the evening. I had noted on our reservation my friend and I were both celebrating our birthdays and it was not acknowledged once by anyone. The restaurant automatically charges you 20% for gratuity, so we experienced the lack of care since they get paid, no matter what. Should have asked for a manager at the time, but both of us were so disappointed, we didn't bother.

$100 for a great meal for two. What we got: Margherita pizza & mushroom ravioli. Pizza was pretty standard, crust was delicious. Ravioli was so so good and well portioned. Drinks are a little on the pricier end, but we're used to Dallas prices. Environment: We grabbed a seat in front of the kitchen right before rush dinner hour. Very clean and beautiful decor. Service: Didn't get his name, but our waiter was such a cool guy; kind, friendly, knowledgeable, checked in on us just the right amount of times. Side note: pizza chef needs a hell of a raise. Idc how much he's making - he's not making enough. That man puts in work.

The cacio e pepe is likely the best pasta I've ever eaten, and a top 5 item I've eaten in Denver. The rigatoni was perfectly cooked with a nice chew to it, and the sauce had just the right amount of richness and cheesy goodness. I will crave this dish every day for a long time!We also got a pizza. Unfortunately I don't remember the name, but it was one of the rotating options and had figs, kale, balsamic, ricotta, and a meat. The crust was great! I didn't love the pizza itself, it oddly tasted like Pad Thai (my partner agreed!)....I love Pad Thai so that is not a complaint, but just a bit unexpected and not sure how the ingredients combined to produce that flavor profile. I'd totally come back and try the margherita -- I saw several come out of the kitchen and those looked incredible! The arancini were fine, nothing to rave about and a bit small for the price ($4 each for about a golf ball size) and didn't taste like much more than a mozzarella stick, but still enjoyable. The atmosphere was cool and trendy and service was pretty good. I don't love when restaurants automatically add a service charge to the bill.... even if I was going to tip the same amount anyway, I think tipping should be at the will of the customer, and the onus is on the restaurant to pay living wages to staff.Overall a very solid meal, and if you're considering coming here and you like pasta and cheese, you must come and get the cacio e pepe!!!

Bar dough is such a cute place with a lively but also intimate atmosphere. It's a nice spot for a date night or a smaller group dinner. The food is good and works for family style sharing or individual ordering. I love their Salsiccia pizza- a bit spicy and so flavorful.. I've almost finished one by myself in one sitting! We've been here several times and have also ordered take out a few times and will be back again!
