Bar Central

I recently dine at Bar Central I was really impressed by the food,The charcuterie board was a perfect start, with a great mix of cured meats and cheeses,I love the grilled octupos tender and tastety.

WHAT ON EARTH ARE THEY DOING? Because damn are they doing it right! We attended Bar Central on a Friday night and they had a fun menu with a couple of dishes from Katsuya, El Cielo, and Bar Central. Love this because you get to try a little bit of everything. I don't think there's a single dish we regretted ordering. This is the spot if you want to do drinks and food before a night out. They've got live music to entertain and the atmosphere of the patio is nice and open. Management is super on it checking in on everyone throughout your night. I really love what Bar Central is doing and can't wait to keep bringing friends here!

Poolside bar at SLS Hotel on Miami Beach. Lounge and table seating was pretty busy in the heat of the day. No one was in or poolside but many were eating and drinking outdoors in swimwear. In the hotel lobby we received complimentary frozen Caipirinha's the Brazilian classic with Cachaca, fresh lime, sugar. Jose Andres' prepares meals and snacks poolside here. It's hot in June, it was nicer in the beautiful air-conditioned restaurant.

I spent about $300+ here and left hungry. And I knew some of the dishes are small. But the iberico jamon and was such a small amount. Also the bread barely had any tomato purée on it. Nothing close to all the experiences I have in Spain. Especially in Barcelona. My friend who is veg had a cheese cone. $9 and literally small as an inch and half long. Quite disappointing. We expect small tasting plate sizes. But was surprised by just how small. Yet all these list have the place on top 10 Miami. Even the oysters with foam were just so so.I asked for some Tabasco for the oysters and was told the chef doesn't allow alterations of the food. I mean I am Indian. If I can't add some spice to the food it is basically bland to my palette.

OMG! Do yourself a favor and go at least once to try the Passion Fruit Up!!!! I went for One drink and ended up having 4!!!! My friend started with a Big Bison cocktail and she was happy with it as well but once she tried my Passion Fruit drink, she was sold!!! We sat at the bar by the pool area and the service was fantastic from the moment we sat down. We were only going for drinks but got hungry and ended up staying for lunch. The food was fantastic and the service continued to be great when we moved to a table. I ordered the steak and it was delicious..my friend decided to go for seafood and she was very happy with her choice as well. We will definitely go back soon!

What a mess! This used to be such a good bar/restaurant under the helm of the Jose Andres empire as The Bazaar but now it has no direction, no clear purpose and the menu is just confusing. While still trying to be somewhat Spaniard (or US/Spanish/MIami) the execution of the food fails miserably. We ordered the Bravas Arola and they were very greasy, as were the Croquetas de Jamon. The Jamon at over $70 was overly expensive. The Caesar was too wet, the sliders and the club sandwich were again too fatty.

This bar by far makes the best drinks!!! Agustin is an awesome bartender l! Stop by to try some of his sexy creations!

We had an amazing time, this is a place I would definitely recommend for any casual plans the drinks were extremely delicious I had the dark rum passion fruit martini a must try ! Food was tasty however my favorite part were the desserts we tried out

Extremely attentive and friendly staff! Clean and cozy ambiance. The dishes are so flavorful and presented beautifully. My drinks were made by Joel and they were all amazing.

Place is so welcoming, very spacious, clean! Staff is extremely polite and friendly! Went there with friends, our server was very sweet and helpful with good recommendations and she made sure we were never left without needing anything! The food was the cherry on top!! Can't express enough how tasty it was! You could feel the details in the flavour of every bite! Live music was lovely! Overall, the whole atmosphere combined with good drinks and food was top notch!
