The 5 stars is based solely on two dishes which I got togo today, The Noodle and Beef cutletsI have spent over 10 summers in Houston searching for the perfect egg battered Bohri cutlets like back in India, and finally it ends at BBQ Village. The flavour and consistency of the mix inside the cutlets is perfectly balanced and they haven't tried overdoing it with a whole lot of spices. Within Houston you'll find a lot of places selling savouries like Shammi kababs and Samosas, but close to none which sells Cutlets and that too as awesome as this one. They have a few more items on the menu which caters to the Bohra style of cooking. That's positively next on my list!!

They made some significant improvements and here is my review. I got their super savor combo deal that comes with beef bihari, chicken boti, chicken/beef seekh kabob and a tikka leg, it comes with 2 naan but i swapped out for one puri paratha. the combo value is great for 15 dollars you get all of this BBQ compared to another place that is well known where just getting 1 seekh kabob and a paratha will run you more.My rating on the food. The star of the show the beef bihari was amazing. the best melt in your mouth bihari i had ! the masala and texture of the beef was perfect. the trip here is worth it just because of the bihari .the raita and tamarind chutney are great slightly thick not watery and very tasty .the puri paratha was a perfect flakiness and delicious .the chicken boti was delicious perfectly cooked and marinated . the chicken seekh kabob was delicious as well and great taste. the beef kabob was decently good.the chicken tikka leg was decent. i think it needs to be marinated longer to soak up the goodness. i seen another restaurant give it some good stabs and they lather it up with spices and have it hanging in the fridge for hours before cooking, perhaps that is the magic touch . for dessert they had matka kulfi and regular kulfi. fresh and delicious .they have the most affordable prices on dine in BBQ and they have a buffet thursday. Ever since moving closer to Champions masjid area, we hardly get to go to the masjid al Mustafa area but BBQ Village has been on my radar for so long that I can't even remember. Fast forward to tonight and I had a craving for BBQ but Bundu Khan wasn't open so I went on Uber and thankfully they deliver to Cypress. And I am so glad that I paid all the premiums for service and delivery fee because it was worth every penny!Here is all the food that I ordered:1. Beef gola kabab.2. Chicken tikka - leg quarters and breast.3. Chicken malai boti - chunks.4. Beef seekh kabab.5. Fried parathay6. NaanThe gola kabab was seasoned to perfection. The smoky flavor was coming in every bite. And when you paired it with the paratha it just all made the absolute bite from your dreams of Pakistan. The chicken tikka was my second favorite item from the list of things that we ordered. As were the parathay. Beef seekh kabab were good but a little cold by the time the food was delivered. Not sure if they tasted a little dry because of the temperature or if it was because of the meat. The naan was very soggy but I think that was also because of the packaging and delivery time. We ended up putting it in the toaster oven and it tasted great after that but because we were waiting for it to heat up the malai boti got a little cold. I guess I should have ordered more than 2 parathas because everything tasted great with them. Because these things were caused due to the delayed delivery timing, I am rounding the review up to five stars as everything was seasoned and cooked to perfect temperature.I can't wait to actually go eat there in person. I hear that they have a Thursday night buffet which is also a very good deal in town. If you read my reviews, one of my favorite things to say is #cameraeatsfirst. Well, the food smelled so good tonight that I ravenously opened up all the packaging and unfortunately camera did not get to eat first tonight. And just like that all the food was gone.

I was pleasantly surprised after coming here for my moms birthday! The restaurant itself was well maintained and clean. My family ordered the family platter and it was more than enough food for 5 people. Some dishes that really stood out to me was the chicken kadhai and the chicken malai boti. All the food was hot and fresh, and it tasted great. Prices were very reasonable as well. We also go the mango shakes and those tasted great! We will definitely be back here again.

Yes, mouth watering good!!! I just stopped by to get a to go, but decided to be open minded and take a taste of what was on the buffet. My girls weren't too open to eating there but oh my goodness they were very appreciative of my decision to stay!!! Loved the atmosphere and was very pleased with my random pick!! Totally recommend stopping by yourself. Hopefully you'll enjoy it as I did.

This was my family first time trying something new and out of our comfort zone. We order at home and pick up at the restaurant in 30 minutes. The food was very flavorful. We will be ordering from here again

Very unhappy with the food I ordered. I've always ordered chicken tikka Masala and samosas from other restaurants and I have never come across an order that looks like this. 1. The chicken Tikka Masala looked like a soup the chicken was very small and the sauce was awful. It didn't feel fresh. 2. The samosas were tiny and there was no taste to it. Very disappointed with my order. I saw the rating and I thought this place was good but it's not. The food is not fresh!

BBQ Village's food is succulent. The meat's quality stood out to me, & I was impressed. Every Thursday they have a buffet for $10.99 per person, & it is worth every dime. Unfortunately this isn't good. I was recommended to go here and had high hopes. The Bihari kebab is good, nothing else is.The naan doesn't taste like it was cooked in a tandoor, very doughy. The chops were dry, very miserly with chutney and the chargha isn't chargha. It's tandoori chicken. Not sure they know what chargha is, but that was a huge disappointment. It wasn't even rotisserie cooked.Will not return.

The inside is really nice but that's where the good stuff stops. The service is HORRIBLE, like it took a solid hour for our food to come out when 1. we were the only people there 2. it was one dish. the prices are pretty good compared to other restaurants but food was decent. it wasnt the best food but wasnt bad either. i've def had better. expect dollar store paper plates, mismatched plastic utensils, dollar store cups and warm water. the service was the main thing that ruined the experience. also i'm pretty sure the garlic naan was just plain naan with garlic powder on it.
