Bapu Teahouse

It's cute place to be for a cooling drink. The milk teas are nicely made. However they are all made from powders. So it's not the freshest and can be bland because it's not enough powder or the flavor is lacking. Overall it is okay.

This walk up/takeout teahouse is so unique with a menu that has something for everyone.The flavors are fun, and each one offers something different. They offer milk tea, fruit tea, butterfly tea, smoothies and specialty beverages. My personal favorite is the Strawberry Lce Milk, with or without the tapioca pearls. The tapioca pearls are a gummy, chewy treat that absorb the tea and sink to the bottom. The give you a wide straw so you can enjoy those as you sip. The combination of the strawberry tea, cold milk, and froth is amazing, be sure to mix! This is a very popular shop, so sometimes there may be a line, but it does move steadily! Price is $5.99.10/10 would recommend!

Bapu was pretty good; I think right on par with all the other tea houses around town. I stopped in while doing some Christmas shopping around Crabtree mall and there was no line. I picked the taro milk tea and it was delicious and refreshing! I'd definitely grab a tea at Bapu again.

Located inside Crabtree Mall-2nd level, across from the Apple Store is Bapu Fresh. Most times when walking by there has been quite a line since Bubble Tea is popular and enjoyed by many. They have another location in Morrisville NC so it's nice to have this option for a delicious beverage in the mall. The mall opens at 10am on Saturday and we were some of the first to check it out before the crowds.My first impression of this place is that it was calm and clean. If I had the time, I could totally sit at one of their tables and watch people shop while sipping on my tea.The young lady at the register was pleasant and the menu was big and bright right above her head. We didn't have any questions but if we did there was a wall that explained how to order. My daughter got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea which is listed as one of their Best Sellers. You can customize to have you drink made your way. Not in the mood for tea--no worries they also offer a variety of smoothies!

Walked in here after shopping in the mall. There's always a long line, making me think it must be good. But I was wrong, at least what I ordered was not good. Just very sweet. No other flavor.

This was my first visit to Bapu. I was shopping and got super thirsty so I stopped in for a drink. It's a cute little boba spot inside Crabtree Valley Mall. I went at 5pm on a Tuesday so it wasn't busy, and only 2 orders were ahead of mine. The service was friendly, fast, and I didn't have a long wait for my drink. I ordered a strawberry fruit tea. I took a sip of my drink and it seemed fine. After a few minutes of walking I noticed my drink was overly sweet like strawberry syrup and no tea flavor at all. I'm not someone who likes sugary drinks so it wasn't for me.

Friendly staff but drinks are just ok. Got the Thai Milk tea with boba. The boba did not appear to have been cooked properly...was hard in the middle.Think their creamer products contain carrageenan. Gf had gotten the strawberry ice milk and felt the symptoms afterwards so if you're allergic, be aware.Not sure what that drink was supposed to be but if it was milk, it was thickened some how and was like drinking a Cook Out milkshake (y'all know those Cook Out milkshakes will flatten your straw they are so thick lol)Most likely my last visit unless someone is buying it for me lol

Maybe I'm biased because I love MilkLab tea (the best tea ever)- but this was one of the worst places I've ever been. The service wasn't bad at all but the drinks were bad enough that I genuinely didn't even want to ask for them to be remade. The boba texture was alright but the Thai milk tea had such a horrible taste. I really can't pinpoint it. I'm hoping something was expired? It hit me at the first sip and I had to throw away my drinks because I could not stomach it. The other drink was a coffee of sorts and it was better, but it was insanely bitter. I enjoy black coffee of all kinds but this was different. Both drinks were intolerable and unfortunately had to be thrown away. The atmosphere wasn't bad. The employees weren't bad, and I truly hope this was a fluke. But, at the state of today's visit, I would highly recommend not wasting your money.

Ordered Brown sugar Iced Milk for the whole family- not sweet enough and boba was over cooked ( very chewy) $5.99 plus extra for Boba. Had many different Boba teas from different Bova Tea shops. This experience was at the lower end of the list.

Very good boba. Very nice people. Lovely seating. I go with friends all the time. 10/10
