Place was recommended by a friend but it must have switched chef/owner since the last time he's been there. The new name is My Quang Hải Van. He told me the menu has changed but didn't have a chance to print out so he gave me a copy of the old menu instead. We ordered To-go based on my friend's recommendation. Bun mam, 3 banh mi thit nguoi, bun bo hue and com ga. All was for $54, definitely on the pricier side of Vietnamese foods but I thought it'd be ok if the foods are good. They also charged me more than the "old menu" that he gave me. Banh my was missing a lot of the key cut of meat (Gio thu, etc) and pate was no where to be found. The bun dishes were very skimming on the toppings. Bun mam had two little pieces of pork and was missing squid. The broth had a bun bo hue taste to it too which was strange and was too sweet. Bun bo hue didn't come with a pork knuckle or blood cube. Huge disappointment and we won't be back.

Waste of money, there's barely any meat. I spent $5 on this, there are places that charge cheaper and I get more and better quality. Don't waste your money here

I believe this place is under new management. The menu is not extensive, there is 4 soup entrees, 1 chicken rice plate & couple different Banh mi combos. I overheard the owner saying sometimes they have weekend specials. The staff/owners are very friendly, just be patient with them when it's busy. They have a couple different smoothie flavors with boba. If you're expecting fancy dining then this is not the place for you BUT if you want just like home flavorful food, this is the place!I have been craving mi quang for years & have been on a quest to look for something decent..finally found it. It was so good! They don't skimp on the veggie dish either which is real important. There was plenty of banana blossom which a lot of other restaurants don't include because it is expensive. My husband got the spicy beef soup (bun bo hue) & it was better then Cafe Diem's. If my mom doesn't make it at home, I am comfortable coming here to order it.Pricing..I think it's fair. Some might think it is a little high but the food is good, so it's totally worth it.This is my new favorite spot.

My favorite place for Bun Bo Hue and the Bun Mam here is better than anywhere else by a long shot. Bun Mam has everything w/out substitution: Roast pig w/ crispy skin, toasted eggplant, fish, shrimp, and veggie is not just generic (and inappropriate) bean sprout and basil for this soup. If you know this dish you know the veggies for it is different than that of pho. Can only vouch for this place since my last visit. Some chefs tend to not stay at a small place for long so let's hope this one stays in business.

I just wanted Bo Kho (Vietnamese Beef Stew) along with a baguette because my coworker kept raving about it! Out of luck since they were pretty much renovating/rearranging the shop. I was able to hold a conversation with the owner/manager and basically was telling me that by Monday it would be a restaurant. A small one, but they wanted to have more options to customers than just Banh-Mi and Bubble Tea. Since I already stopped by and I live all the way out in Delaware, I just ordered their Number 1 Sandwich. All I can say is, I've had better. However, I'll give this place another try at another time.

This location has changed hands a few times since I originally came here. Its a small business tucked into the outside hallway in the Oregon Market where there are about 5-6 other businesses... Not a huge menu, but they do offer a few more items other than their Vietnamese hoagies. Standard price of about $4 per sandwich. It's been remodeled since the last time I was there. Although they got my order wrong, I still enjoyed what was made... If I'm in the area and want a quick bite to eat, I'd try this place again.

Don't bother going to this place. Food is not good. Also, the person making your food is some random business owners friends who did not bother to wear gloves or have the decency to wash her hands. Stay away!

I kept finding these weird brown chunks in my avocado smoothie, I'm guessing it was from the pit? My sister ordered a milk tea, but she complained of it still having powder that hasn't dissolved. We brought it back, and they gave us a refund but it was still the same quality. Maybe I'll come back to try their sandwiches later on. -UPDATED REVIEW-The owner had contacted me and thankfully they were nice and apologized for the incident. I came back today and ordered the avocado smoothie again, and it's great! One of the best customer services I've ever seen! Would recommend to my friends and family.
