This restaurant is AMAZING. The owners are so nice the decor is lovely- and especially clean. The food is outstanding, we're working our way through their menu. I love their veggie egg rolls and the beef w/eggplantAsk for Steven to be your server- he's great. He suggests that we make a reservation as soon as the craving starts. And if you need to Uber your meal, you'll just love the way they pack it for you. They do "EXTRA" really wellWriting this review is making me hungry for Bambu Pan Asian!!!!

So this place was very interesting. From time we arrived it took a while be acknowledged. Then they almost seat a party that arrived after us before us (until we spoke up). There was one server for the whole restaurant. The party that almost got sat before us, was waited on before us. Regardless we ordered a bottle of water, vegetable egg rolls, vegetable dim sum and kung Pao tofu. It took about 15mins for the egg rolls to arrive. A sauce tray was brought out before anything arrived and you have to guess what each sauce is. The vegetable dim sum arrived 10mins later by itself. I ordered 2 orders because the menu states 3 pieces. It arrived with four ( normally that is a pleasant surprise) and another plate of unknown dim sum. The vegetable dim sum had a slimy texture. Usually happens when it's over steamed. 15 minutes later the Tofu arrived with a small portion of rice. While we were there the amount of musical tables being played was crazy. Every few minutes there was a table being shuffled around the room. Overall I would not recommend this place. The service was terribly slow. The food was subpar. There are many other great restaurants in the area

Try to avoid this place at all cost, unless you want to spend gold (3x more) for food that you could buy at Panda Express. We got a cup of soup that cost $7.95 and I usually get this for free at a Chinese restaurant. The noodles without meat was $27.95, we added meat +$5. So for a small plate of noodles it was almost $33. The waiter ask my Father In Law if the cup of soup hit the spot, I wanted to tell him the soup didn't even make it down his stomach for the price they charged. This place is Just a joke.

We've ordered from this restaurant at least a dozen times and have dined there as well. The food is always very good and we've been loyal customers. Today we are having guests, 9 people for lunch. We ordered more than $300 of food with clear note on the order for extra duck sauce. It is right on the receipt. They sent just two packets and two tiny cups (half full) of duck sauce for 9 people. When I called to let them know they left our extra duck sauce out of the order, the manager had no interest in apologizing or making it right. Instead, she started to judge my order and tell me she didn't think we should need duck sauce. Who on earth decides what condiments another person should have? And what kind of business owner refuses to provide what a loyal customer asks for on an order over $300?? You would think it would have been well worth the 10 minute errand to make this right, but apparently this manager decided she would rather lose good customers. We won't ever go back again. Learn some customer service skills, hospitality, and basic manners.
