I ordered a sushi order for a belated valentine's day. We sit down to eat, only to discover that there was rolled up slice of paper towel in our philly roll that my date spat out. It was gross.We called to explain that the philly roll was ruined, and now we don't now what roll in front of us to trust. Which opened up the haggling phase over how much of the meal was actually ruined, from the standpoint that you're not right to be suspicious of every hand rolled piece of sushi in front of you. And who the hell wants to do forensic paper towel analysis on each piece of sushi on the phone in the middle of a date? We were told to cancel it through uber. The delivery guy was great. I'm not gonna gamble sacking his cut of rough job. Frustrated.

Bamboo is very friendly. However, it still leaves a lot to desired. While they have an extensive menu, much of it feels heavy and Americanized. Their udon is alright but I think could go for a cheaper price. I was not a fan of their chow fun and portions on their sushi and sashimi run small. It can be crowded inside when there is a dinner rush and many people are picking up orders. There is still no indoor dining which I think is perfectly fine and hasn't stopped business.

What a disappointment! First and last time ordering from them. Seafood "combo" consisted of four shrimp and two scallops. Also the "Gravy" was brown water. Two "shrimp " egg rolls that were small and mushy only had one tiny shrimp each. And finally the "special" house fried rice only had a few small shrimp and little bits of chicken. No pork Or beef in sight. The two stars are only for the delivery being on time and the order was hot. That's it.
