This place is Texas-Greek fusion for food and atmosphere. Monday steak night has TONS of regulars. Their soups are extremely underrated. Gyro chili is probably the most unique. They typically have 3-6 available. The fire feta comes as a dip, in the gyro burrito, and in the Trojan Poppers, which is another very unique item. They mix the fire feta with gyro and stuff jalapeños with it. Sunday brunch is not as crowded as other places, and the omelets have unique ingredients available: gyro, jalapeño, fire feta... In general, their feta is WAY better than other places. Their boil for crawfish, crab, and shrimp is very spicy and popular. The patio is nice when the weather is to your liking. There's a big TV behind the bar and another one facing the dining room. Music is usually red dirt or mainstream country. If they have a special, get it!

I'm not big on Greek food but this place definitely hits the spot! The chicken avocado is AMAZING and I will definitely be back for it again. The hummus is also tasty. For the location, the service has always been great.

I was a visitor in the general area and needed to grab a quick lunch. Someone suggested Bakkhus Taverna so I decided to give it a try. Our table shared a hummus plate where we got veggies and pita bread. I also got the grilled chicken pita and subbed avocado for the cheese. It came with fries. Honestly everything was good. It was a lot of food. It came out nice and hot. And the service was so fast. Our waitress was a pro when it came to service. Next time, I might try a salad because of how stuffed I was haha.

I was craving a Greek salad with a warm pita so we chose this place for lunch an a Friday. It wasn't real crowded so we were lucky enough to find a close parking spot. We were greeted, seated and served pretty quickly. This is a cute place and staff if friendly. My Greek salad and pita were very good. Hubby ordered the americano burger and Parmesan fries. His fries were excellent as I can attest to. His burger was very dry. He couldn't eat it.

It was a beautiful day to sit on the patio with friends to have a lite snack and a cocktail. Our server was lovely so no complaints there. We ordered the Greek Bar Trash which is Kalamari, Shrimp and Scallops. Grilled and Brushed with Seasoned Olive Oil and Finished with Fresh Lemon Juice.What little portion we received was tasty. I've never seen such a small portion. Prior orders have come to the table teeming with food. This plate was too embarrassing to serve. We each got about two bites and that's it. I wish I'd taken a photo. I have to get better at this. Would go and order the same thing, in hopes of receiving what is normally served. Perhaps this day was just a one off but it was disappointing all the same.

Great location in Kemah. We were warmly greeted, always a plus. Our server was a doll and took such good care of us from drinks all the way to the to go box. The flaming cheese was great! My first experience with it, so I can't compare it, but it was good! I really enjoyed all of the food and recommend trying!

Ella was a the best server I've ever had. She was funny, suggested me things i would've never gotten and loved them all. It was my first time in and i didn't have that high of expectations because let's face it it's in kemah near the boardwalk so normally the servers are just rushing to get you in and out and the food is overpriced and not good. Where that was all flipped around. The food wasn't the greatest but it was decent and priced decent. But what truly made my visit so amazing was Ella. I felt like i was at Disney land and having a dinner with a show , dare i saw a real life Disney princess Ella. She went above and beyond. I tried their amazing Avgolemono soup and it was very tasty! It reminded me of having it while we toured Greece. My husband had a chicken gyro and he loved it which was nice because he's a picky eater. We'll definitely be visiting again and trying one of their many food offerings!
