Bagels & Co

This bagel store is conveniently located near 11 and market bus stop and by Jefferson area. The gentleman who took my order was very nice and courteous. I only ordered bagels untoasted with side of cream cheese so I assumed it would take a short time to get it. To my surprise, I had to wait a while for my order. It turned out my bag of bagels had been sitting on the counter, just waiting for another staff to call my name. There should be a more efficient way to expedite orders. To my disappointment, they forgot my cream cheese.

Excellent BEC and side of hashbrowns. I ordered online and it arrived hot. There's really no other good bagel spot in Philly which is pretty surprising. Kismet is overrated and Cleo's which is getting a lot of hype now is weird and I think only getting hype because it plays to an odd crowd.

Tried the newly opened Midtown location of Bagels & Co this morning and were quite satisfied! We ordered online for pickup, and it was very quick. Our order was ready to go when we walked in and everything was correct.They have a large menu that offers a lot of customization, meaning there's something for everyone! There are so many flavors of bagels that can be smeared or made into a sandwich, so of course we tried them both ways. They're not as thick as other bagels I've had, but they're still crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The Oreo bagel was actually so good, and paired really well with the Cookie Monster smear. The only thing I probably wouldn't order again is the breakfast burrito. It was good, but I guess I should have known to stick to the bagels at a place called "Bagels & Co." The hashbrown on it was really what made it, but if you're going to order it, definitely add some spinach or arugula and their chipotle mayo or hot sauce. Their coffee was also good! Very bold and nutty espresso with lots of syrup and milk options. We will be back to try more bagels and smears!!

Great place! I ordered online for pick up and it was easy and convenient and quick! I am from the North Jersey/NYC area and while this bagel isn't exactly one of those bagels it was still very tasty and a good runner up compared to some other bagels I've had in Philly. I ordered a Taylor Ham, egg and cheese on an everything bagel and will definitely be ordering again. Also the shop is clean and a good place to eat if you needed to eat there.
