Bagels & Co

"Avocado and egg" sandwich contains a laughable layer of egg and avocado, except that it's also $10. No flavor, not filling. This is probably the worst breakfast spot I've tried in the entire neighborhood. Go anywhere else.

I didn't realize this was part of a chain. I was anticipating it's opening as it's at the heart of Fishtown, right on Frankford Avenue. I placed my order through Door Dash for pick up. Door Dash never gave me confirmation that the order was ready, just an estimated time. When I got to the shop, no one attended to me and by the time I got a hold of someone, of course my order was ready. Mentioning this because I think Bagel and Co. maybe didn't notifiy Door Dash that my order was ready. The cheese and habanero bagel has a kick to it and I love the crispy cheese pieces. We got the black truffle cream cheese with it which was SO GOOD. The second bagel we shared was a poppyseed bagel with sun dried tomato cream cheese. The sun dried tomato cream cheese lacked flavor and wasn't worth purchasing. As far as the bagel itself, very soft and not heavy. The cream cheese prices are more, if not the same as the bagels themselves which is bizarre to me. There are some creative flavors but the pricing doesn't make sense to me. On a personal preference, I think most bagel shops put way too much cream cheese in the bagels so I wish there was an option to pick how heavily stuffed I wanted my bagels.Definitely better options out there and better bang for your buck. Will probably not return.

Been walking by this for a while and finally decided to give a shot. I got an everything bagel toasted with scallion cream cheese. It was a good bagel. Nothing special. Some interesting cream cheeses inside for sure that I don't think I would want to try. Definitely cannot compete with a NYC bagel

I thoroughly enjoy the food here but they have consistently been messing up the orders. 3 times in a row I have ordered from them and the order is completely wrong, gave me someone else's food, or left items out that I ordered.

The egg bagel was fresh and no skimping on cream cheese!!! Coffee was decent. Also grabbed a variety of sandwiches for lunch and all were good quality, recommend!

Make sure you check your order! The food is fine, but the service is slow and consistently messing up orders. If you ask for no cheese, they'll still put cheese. They are not careful about dietary restrictions.

Got food delivered. Food was okay i definitely preferred the croissant sandwich. I may return

Horrible staff, seem to take Beavis and Butt- Head ilke pride in getting simple online orders wrong. If it isn't the hash browns that they haven't even bothered or attempted to remove the excess oil from when taken out of the fryer like everyother restaurant does, making your bag transparent and ready to just fall apart, it's the rude, flaccid customer service, where they seemingly cannot be bothered. Go to Kismet where they actually care about the customer and quality.

Service - 0/10 : Took 40 minutes for a bagel Food - 1/10: Tasted like the bagels were plastic Ambiance - 1/10 : Cashiers are stressed and chefs aren't even working. The three people in front of us waiting for their order were all visibly upset as well. Avoid this place at all cost.

We ordered a bagel sandwich and feta wrap... waiting an HOUR for it and it was sub-par. Will never come back here again. The service was okay, but they seemed annoyed when we asked how long it was going to be for our food at the 45 minute mark.Will never be back
