Fantastic service! Several tastie options for lattes but I went with a plain Mocha latte. The children I was with loved the little plush kitties and we bought 4. They were so cute! The batista was the best part with immaculate customer service skills!! Highly recommend! Plus they were open 30 minutes before any of the other stalls.

My first visit the food and coffee were great! (Pics attached were from the first visit). I got the egg and bacon crepe with a little honey drizzle! (Don't forget the honey drizzle you will thank me later!) Ha. I think this visit I got the white chocolate raspberry? Everything was delicious and amazing.Second visit was a different crew than the first and my crepe (same crepe) was smaller and just not hitting the same caliber...not sure what happened. The coffee was a little off this time too less flavorful. This time I got the butter rum (i think that's what it's call). Either way, maybe one more try this time getting a sweet crepe...or both...would be awesome if they had a half half order sweet and savory! Then I could try both. I'll update my review after one more try lol. First visit was a 5, second was a 3 so we will average it out and give 4 stars!

Look at this adorable coffee stand @badcatcoffeecompany inside @morganstreetfoodhall where you can get all of your catnip, treats, and sweet drinks for yourself and your kitties. We got the hot and the iced oat lattes. They are very tasty pick me ups whenever we visit in Raleigh.

I had an Offline Raleigh perk to use here and stopped by early on a Thursday morning. I got lucky and found a curbside spot across the street. I saw different hours in two places for when they opened so I wasn't sure if I'd have any luck. The employee saw me looking into the food hall and let me in while she finished setting up.Drink: I ordered an iced coconut latte with almond milk. Unfortunately, it had an almost oily taste and feel. I'm not sure if it was the milk or syrup. Not the best.Food: Everything bagel with bacon and cheese. This was the best part! Warm and gooey.I gave them a 3 because of the drink but would definitely try it again and choose something else.

I've been here twice.First time was mixed results - the crepes were good, but the savory one with cheese had just unmelted cheese on top. Cheese on crepes is much better melted. The dessert crepes were good though.Second time had my jaw dropping. We were there two Sundays ago (May 5). It was barely 1 PM, so barely 5 hours into their 12-hours of open business. They said they were "out of crepe batter". Thinking they were mixing a new batch up, I asked how long it would be before they had more batter, and they said "no, that's it, there's no more crepes today". Confused, I asked "but you're a crepe place, right?" and they answered "yeah but sometimes we sell out".So somehow they ran out of crepe batter 7 hours before they closed. Now, I've made crepes many times. It's very simple ingredients (basically milk, eggs, flour, butter) and takes literally a few minutes to mix up. They also have Weaver St Market (a grocery) a few yards away, they don't even have to cross the street to get there. Notwithstanding the bad planning of running out of crepe batter 5 hours into a 12-hour day, but even with that, so many options they could've gone with to fix the problem - send an employee to Weaver St. Market, heck, even shut down operations for 10 minutes to get the supplies if they need to, so they don't have all the lost business of no more crepes that day. I have no idea what was going on - do the employees not know how to make crepe batter, one of the simplest recipes around? It was extra disappointing since one of our reasons for going to Morgan St that day was crepes for my 6-year-old. I will not likely make an effort to come back to Bad Cat.

Busy little coffee stand in a busy section of the food hall. The iced coffee was pretty bland and watered down. Could stand a shot of espresso!! The iced chai was amazing. Definitely would go again. Very friendly staff.

I had the most lovely experience getting coffee and a snack before my train journey. The folks working here are so sweet, and gave me such a caring sendoff to start my day. Will definitely come back when I'm in town.

They should take "cat" out of the name. I ordered a dirty chai and got a cup of sugar milk. My friend got a matcha latte that was so milky it was white. I didn't realize matcha powder was such a rare commodity around here. Another friend got a vanilla latte that was just milk with sugar- it was remade and still made wrong. As a former barista, I don't understand how someone could screw up a coffee so badly. I was excited for the banana pudding crepe but upon getting the mucousy blob I asked for a refund. I'm not the type to get refunds or to write bad reviews, but this was too bad to not warn future customers about.
