Food was great and served with reasonable portions. The brisket and the three meat meal was one of the best barbecue I've tasted for years. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic barbecue that is tender and juicy.

Best Chicken Fried steak on this side of Houston. Backdraft is the only restaurant where I will order a chicken fried steak. The steak is hand breaded, thick, tender, and the breading is crispy. It's Just the best around!

They did not have the food ready when my husband arrive and according to him, they were a tad bit rude. But their fried pickle and boudin ball where very good. Not too happy with the chicken fried steak sandwich, was a little bland. I will give it another try because of the pickles and boudin balls, but next time I will pick a different entree.

The staff are ALWAYS so sweet and nice. I always call in for pick up and they never make me feel like im annoying them. Today i called at noon. Busiest time of the day and took my order without hesitation. The fried mushrooms with ranch dressing are delicious!! And the cabbage - this is from May I posted on Google and forgot to post here :-) i miss this place and its ALL because of the staff and the food BUT THE STAFF ARE WAY I GO OUT OF MY WAY (i live in league city now so that should say a whole lot!) JUST TO SOME BACKDRAFT BBQ!
