When you walk in, it feels like you are in fine dining! The restaurant had great seating and even had a private room for bigger families! We went during lunch and it wasn't busy. We were seated and were tended to right away. Food-Samosa 4/5 -- this was great! Only wish it was bigger Fire cracker Wings 4/5 -- the spice level isn't that spicy which I loved. We were still able to enjoy it! Only wish the wings were bigger but overall, great!!Butter chicken 5/5 -- super creamy and buttery! Very flavorful Palak Paneer 5/5 -- this was so good! The cheese tasted so well with it and it was flavorfulGarlic Naan 5/5 -- can't go wrong with naan Mango Lassi 5/5 I def would come back! The service was great and the food was phenomonal!

I've been wanting to order from here for awhile now and today was finally the day. There are so many things on the menu I'm dying to try, but decided to order some of their top items. The food arrived hot, fresh, and carefully packaged. The GARLIC NAAN is super craveable and the CHICKEN HARIYALI LAZATDAR sauce had such depth of flavor. The chicken was tender and juicy and a good portion size with plenty of sauce which I appreciate. There's nothing worse than not having enough sauce to dip your naan or smother your rice in. If you don't like cilantro, this may not be the dish for you, but I didn't find it to be overpowering at all. The flavors were well balanced and super tasty. Knocked off a star as the wait is a little long and the naan got slightly soggy, but not a dealbreaker at all. Still super delicious and will 100% be ordering this again.

Absolutely delicious food with the perfect amount of flavor! You must absolutely order naan with your food, and my group always opts for the garlic flavored naan. We had some kids with us, and they all enjoyed the white rice, plain naan, and mango lassi. They didn't have chicken korma on their menu, but they were kind enough to accommodate. Service was great and the atmosphere is casual upscale. Great place for celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. 20% service charge is added to your bill of 5 or more people, including kids. Plenty of parking outside. Call ahead for reservations.

I've been here before when it was still Azitra. They re-branded sometime after the pandemic. It's in a strip mall and parking is plenty! Delicious food and amazing cocktails. They got square footage here! Azafran is an Urdu word for saffron. My fave find here was their Rara Lamb Shank and their very unique and amazing desserts. First off I've never tried a Carrot Pudding like this! It's like what the description says. It's velvety! To make this dessert is a labor of love from what I heard. The difference in temperature between the plate and the pudding surprised us! The House made ice cream shaped like a cheese and soo creamy! The rest of the dishes were equally good but I'm a lamb girl and this is it! Very memorable. Kudos to @chefsauravm for the yummy dishes!

The food and atmosphere here feels like upscale Indian food! With a good price point too! The food is delicious with a variety of vegetarian, seafood or beef. Plenty for everyone to choose from. The service has always been great and attentive. My water cup is always full - especially needed when the food tastes spicy but delicious. I went with a group of 10 last night and the service was still just as good when it's just me, my husband and daughter. I ordered a 2/5 spicy scale for my Lamb Pepper Stir Fry. It was a little bit spicier than expected but still delicious. I'm glad I got a 2 and nothing higher! The drink menu offers both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Their lychee martini cocktail is my favorite! Definitely one of my favorite Indian restaurants! I feel like I always forget to take pics of my food because I dive right in.

Ambience is really nice and flavors are amazing. Although the chickpea stew entree was salty, the appetizers ( chaat and cauliflower Manchurian) were very good. Authentic and good quality.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. We were greeted immediately upon walking and and taken right to a booth. The restaurant was clean and nice. The menu is very clearly marked for vegan and gluten free offerings but they also have a separate vegan menu available upon request. And the food itself was outstanding. I can't recommend this place enough!

I had an incredible dining experience at Azafran in Broomfield, CO! The Shrimp Meljol was a burst of flavors, and the Short Rib melted in my mouth. The Kofta Anarkali was a delightful surprise, and the Azafran Kabob Sampler showcased the chef's expertise. The Old Fashion with Indian whiskey was a unique and enjoyable twist. Additionally, their extravagant wine selection complemented the dishes perfectly. Azafran is a culinary gem, offering a diverse menu and impeccable service. Highly recommend!

My favorite Indian restaurant in Colorado, so it is surprising that I haven't written a review. It is somewhat of a hidden gem, tucked away by the mall. The food is all phenomenal, the naan is unparalleled, and the vibe inside is perfect for a date night.. lunch or dinner. We came here frequently when we lived in the area (and even when we didn't) + we miss it now that we are in Chicago.. even writing this review, I am missing it.. UGH, seriously.. the BEST garlic naan of your life, I promise you.

I absolutely love Azafran (formerly Azitra). I'm not exactly adventurous with food, so I was apprehensive when my department had Indian cuisine in another town. I was unimpressed, and resigned myself to "I don't like Indian food" based on that one experience. Then a coworker insisted we try Azitra. What a difference! Eventually I encountered a dish I thought my wife would like, so I brought the family. We're not in that part of Broomfield much anymore, but when we are, this is on the top of our list of restaurants to eat at.From what I understand, during COVID, the restaurant sold (to employees?), so they changed their name to Azafran. Nearly the same menu, save a couple new things. What I absolutely love about the place is that they know me and my usual order. Once I brought my team members there for lunch and forgot to order a mango lassi... and the lady taking my order reminded me. :)
