Avondale Pizza Cafe

Awesome pizza. I've had several pizza places near by and the Pizza Cafe is consistently the best pie. Service is always very friendly. Don't sleep on the French fries. The salad is a little small and lacking for $5. My only complaint!

Met up with my friend here for drinks and a quick meal as I'm passing through Atlanta. I wouldn't call it "New York pizza" but it's still good. And the service? Fabulous, friendly and attentive.After two hours of fighting Atlanta's world-class traffic to get here, I seriously couldn't think clearly enough to even place a drink order. I asked for a cocktail, something sweet and a few minutes later, that's what I had. Something that could have been a Sea Breeze with sweet and sour that perfectly hit the spot.With a cold drink in hand, I was able to order a slice of pizza. The barbecue is loaded - almost overloaded - with chicken and sauteed onions and cheese and barbecue sauce. I'm glad I only got the one slice because this was a full meal all by itself.A neat little local watering hole and yes, they have more than just pizza.[Review 20140 overall - 656 in Georgia - 1116 of 2023.]

Great local place for pizza and wings! We ordered a medium pizza for around 13 bucks each topping for half the pizza was 1 dollar (2 dollars for whole). We ordered wings, which was honestly my favorite part. The wings were fried hard, bbq sauce on the sweet side, choice of ranch or bleu cheese. The pizza was enough for 2, possibly 3 - 8 slices. Topping are baked on the top - not underneath the cheese. It can be cumbersome if there a lot toppings. Topping were plentiful, overwhelming. I had a MOUND of jalapeños. Whew. Would have appreciated if they took it easy. They also have lunch specials which are more price conscious.

Yummy New York style pizza, regular bar restaurant setting nothing special. The customer service is excellent all the time. Single slices are gigantic.

I've been coming here for years. Over the years they updated the place to keep up with the times. And they've only made a few changes to the menu. I've had pizza, stromboli's, veggie subs, garlic knots, salads, and so much more. The service is always great and so is the food.

Good pizza. Friendly staff. Local bar feel. My go to pizza spot in Avondale area. My job recently picked up a few pies for the office. Everyone kept asking where the pizza was from. The secret is out.

If you have more than 3 adults, they stop you at the door asking if you have a reservation. The waitress was rude and I will not spend my money there again.

The best vegetarian pizza around. This restaurant never disappoints! The buffalo chicken sub is great.The service is fast
