Came in on a Friday afternoon and sat at the bar. There were probably about 15 flies flying around. The bar area. I know we are outside but sitting at the bar next to the drafts, it was impossible to enjoy the beer with so many of them. We had the triple ale and the apple cider. They were average.

TLDR: Great food and beer selection. Indoor and outdoor seating. Kind, helpful servers. Good music selection and occasional live music.Excellent taproom to visit by yourself or with friends. They offer a variety of American cuisine and drinks. I actually prefer their food over the beer. We liked the B-52 chicken sandwich and mahi tacos with tator tots and fries. The portion size was ideal and it all tasted great. For the drinks, I recommend choosing a beer flight. You can choose different size flights, 4, 6, or 10. I have tried most of their brews at the brewery location and wanted to try something new. I chose the 4 sampler flight with Mad Beach, Cosmic Crush, El Jefe, and BlackCherry Wit. Mad Beach was citrus and flavorful as always. I wasn't a fan of the Cosmic Crush, but I think it is because I drank it after the mad beach. El Jefe was my favorite. I love how the orange and lime slices were included even with the flights. I surprisingly did not like the Black Cherry Wit. There were other beers I wanted to try (e.g. Shark Fight and Mango Horchata) but they were either out of stock or only available as cans. I sat at an outdoor table with my dog. Our server (Alice?) was so patient and attentive. Only thing I didn't like is that the hostess stand is outside. When the host was there, they had to stand in the heat for a while. When they weren't, customers had to wait in the heat for a while to be seated. Seems like it would be better to have this indoors, especially during the NC summer. Overall, we had a great experience here and recommend this taproom to others!

Visiting family in Raleigh and went over to the aviator brewing taproom. Great atmosphere, superb service, and wonderful menu. I was with two people who love visiting different brew, houses and experiencing local made beer. I however, do not. I know typically at breweries, the intent is to promote home made brews. I enjoyed a very cold ginger ale. Hoping that some of these breweries acknowledge those with less than finer tastes and supply some cold Bud Light weather in bottles or cans. That would've made my visit tip top. Again, I understand the reason why, but hoping to find a brewery that can provide others with a choice. I like what I like. Again, great service, great menu and my companions enjoyed their drinks.

Shortly after my husband and I were seated, a party of 5-6 was seated near us. For a good portion of the time we were there, we had to listen to one member of their party constantly dropping the F-bomb. We endured it for a good bit but the more they drank the louder he got. At one point, I turned to ask him humorously if he talked like that in front his mother. He replied he did and I responded 'Bless her heart' planning to leave it at that. My husband, retired SF soldier who served 30 years asked him to refrain. The young man began to grumble about his rights and how my husband asking him to stop cursing so loudly made him mad, and I attempted to de-escalate the discussion, simply asking him to not be as loud with his f-bombing. His friend then interjected at which time i asked for a manager's intervention. We were in the process of moving when these young men continued to speak disparagingly to my husband, who responded with harsh words as well. This is what got disappointing - the response of the manager. Instead of redirecting the people who were loudly cursing we were treated as the wrong parties. The associate (thin, long red hair, female)was condescending in her tone and at one point had her hands within six inches of my face. We asked to pay the bill instead of moving seats. When I asked if she would have moved a family with young children in the same situation, she was dismissive, non-commital and condescending in her response. Her tone was sarcastic and disrespectful, and even went so far as to snatch the bill and my card out of my hand, although she denied this. We recognize there is an element of a bar environment at this facility. We have also observed families with children at this location as well. If they are more desirous of supporting clientele at their facility that will have cursing flow through their business, that is definitely their option. If however, they wish to resolve this from a management / supervision perspective, they would need to be aware of it, so we are passing this along. We, however, will not return and will discourage others from the same.

We went in for a quick lunch after our kids games today. We have lived in Fuquay for 2 years now and have always wanted to go. The place is always busy and is the center of downtown. It has great seating outside but we went inside because of the sun. The tables were clean, lots of space and football on every TV. The waitress was so welcoming and gave us excellent recommendations for the menu. She suggested any wrap, Any burger, the egg roll appetizer, and the wings. Wings are smoked and flash fried before served. My son got the wings and said they were the best he ever had, served with carrots and celery. three of us had burgers, including the A1 burger with the best mushrooms and sauce, and the Buffalo chicken wraps was to die for! We will be back for dinner next tip as my husband has been buying the beer on store for a while and wants to try what is available on tab. They have live music on multiple days of the week. Very family friendly and comfortable for all.

This is in Fuquay-Varina, NC so I can only visit when I'm visiting my brother. The food is always served hot, staff always checking the tables, but the main reason to come is the EXCELLENT selection of craft beers!

This establishment fired one of their employees for being assaulted by one of her peers, she asked the women multiple times to get out from the back of the bar and the women refused. The owner of this establishment should be liable for this. The inside of this establishment is desgusting, the tables are not properly clean and i havr seen buga and other foreign creatures around the building and the owner refuses to do anything about this. The food is sub par and they are always out of the main courses. This establishment should not be a staple of fuquay varina and should be taken down because if the tereible owner and the cruelty that the owner shows is not what we should celebrate in our town.

Flies and mosquitoes ruined it. I took my son and dog out to lunch here. We sat just off the bar outside since we had our dog with us. The waitress was sweet and accommodating, but the amount of flies and mosquitoes on us were completely terrible. We ate our appetizer quickly, but had to get the rest of our meal to go. The owner needs to do some thing about the fly problem. Otherwise, I think we would have enjoyed ourselves. The weather was nice but due to the bugs we had to cut our lunch short. Between my son and myself, I think we have about 20 mosquito bites. If you plan to eat outside, definitely bring bug spray!

My boys and I recently had lunch here and enjoyed the food VERY much! Our server was a bit low energy and one of the kids complained of an old, musty smell (but I think it's only because the building is old). The food, though - the food was OUTSTANDING. We ordered the chicken salad sandwich, corned beef sandwich, and burger - all wonderful. I loved the potato salad and the boys kept raving about the fries!

As a new local, Aviator Taphouse has become my go-to spot. The staff here is friendly and welcoming, Chastity made my experience far more enjoyable through our interactions. I will definitely be requesting her for any future visitations! For live music - it offers a wide variety and on the most consistent basis in the area. After sampling a wide variety of their drink selection, I can safely say that they offer a drink appealing to everybody. With every beer I was unsure of, I was eagerly offered a sample. Needless to say, I have loved all so far, and was appreciative of the chance to try a sample of beers I was curious of. My absolute favorite remains the Devils Tramping Ground Tripel Ale and SharkFight. Would definitely recommend visiting if in the area! Wonderful outdoor section - The facebook and webpage list their live music artists and remains updated.
