"WOW! I was blown away by how good the food is here, and it was 100% VEGAN! I'm not vegan myself but love food and the way it was prepared felt like a gift to the soul. I had never had pumpkin/squash soup like this before and all the veggies and salads were seasoned to perfection! The staff are so friendly and the place just feels so welcoming. As soon as you step into Casa de Luz the air just feels light and full of love. Good vibes all around! 111% recommend checking it out!"
"A sleepy spot inside a shopping center that provides nice clean eating at a reasonable price. Typically when I think of Asain food, I think of greasy plates and nice full stomachs after finishing. That is definitely not how I felt after leaving Fresh Heim. Instead, I was nice and satisfied but feeling great. I ordered the Bulgogi Bibimbap and was quite pleased with the overall size of the serving. I do wish the plate had just a bit more flavor to it, but nothing a little hot sauce can't solve. If you are in the area and looking for a clean eating spot, this is a great option to have in your back pocket."

"Fajitas are back to their regularly scheduled program . Where else can you get fajitas for two for $35? The beef and chicken combination is the best with lots of green peppers to boost. Get a frozen or two that are strong and tasty."
"Came in just for desert (I have ordered food to go and it was very good) Ordered the mango sticky rice and the fried banana and ice cream. The mango sticky rice wasn't bad but I believe we were hoping to have more mango flavor in the rice and not just topped with mango. The fried bananas could use a knife and also just lack a bit of flavor. My personal favorite variation of this comes from shockingly P.F. Chang's and they add some vanilla and caramel drizzle on top and I think I was hoping for a little bit more from both dishes. The service was prompt and even in our short visit our waters were refilled multiple times and staff and attentive.I still highly recommended for dinner."
"This is our new favorite sushi spot in cedar park! They have a large variety that includes easy favorites and unique rolls and combinations I have only had here. Every roll we tried was amazing and the prices were reasonable. There are definitely more expensive sushi restaurants in the area that don't have the type of high quality flavor combos they bring to the menu here. The location is quaint but the restaurant has a nice ambiance and fantastic service. We've already gone multiple times in one week!"
"The place is deceptively big! So many rooms and tables, it's easy to get a table for two at any time.I've had great service when I come here. The servers are super friendly and will refill your chips and salsa so quickly!Ive had the chicken tortilla soup and the green chili soup and both are super flavorful. The bowl is humongous so if you want to share, get the large. The flauta plate is also a great choice as well. I've never had a bad meal here!"
"This place has become my go-to! It's SO good and I am thoroughly blown away by the service every single time. Karim at the Round Rock location is outstanding!! It's a fast casual place with top-tier service. He was kind, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and went above and beyond -- just the definition of what great service should look like. Thank you Karim! Love this place EVEN MORE."
"Tumble 22 just killed the fried chicken game. I was with my siblings and we all shared the dirty fries which were UNBELIEVABLE! The best cheesy fries I've had in so long. We all got different kinds of chicken. I love the Korean style option. The chicken was moist and the sauces were a perfect pair. Our server was very helpful and knew exactly how to guide us since it was our first time. I loved the vibe and the friendliness of the staff even with being there the last hour before they closed. We didn't feel rushed and had such an amazing time!Highly recommend."
"Great Austin pizza and staff is always friendly. The Caesar salad is standard but we get it because it goes well with their pizza."
"Taste & quality: 10/10 - fresh and delicious! Price: 7/10 we asked for gluten free and extra veggies and the price spiked a lot. Wasn't expecting that for just one pizzaAmbiance: 10/10 no complaints, good spot for families. Only feedback is that we asked for plates and they gave us paper plates when dining in. Thought that was odd! Pretty big restaurant to not have normal platesWould I try this again: yes, I'll come back maybe once more and then make my final verdict!"
"Really hidden and by looks I was a little worried when I walked in. But the lady upfront was super sweet and the food was pretty fresh overall. I would say some of the lettuce needs some refreshing so I went for the mixed greens. The value for the dollar is pretty good. I got a large and loaded the heck out of my salad. The not so great value I would say is the meat or some of the grains..4.5 for quinoa is a bit wild for the portion. Same with the chicken which was 6. And artichoke was 2.. I'm not sure how they priced those out compared to the salad."
"I had higher hopes for a 14/15.00 salad.Highlights-friendly staff-fresh ingredients-little to NO wait during peak lunch time-plenty of parking-you can make your own salad OR pick one of the curated ones on the menuWe had the mad ceasar (dressing on the side)TY Cobb- good but super overdressed. Not sure if that is the brand or TX style? We are used to a lighter dressed salad which maybe more west coast style salads. House made hummus and fresh pita. Pita was delish.. warm, chewy. The hummus (red pepper) was under seasoned. Tasted just like plain hummus minus any garlic, salt or depth of flavor. Drinks. 7.00 fresh juices. It was OK. We are fans of pressed juices and this fell short for the cost. They also have a soda station and teas. They have"

Casa de Luz is such a special place to me. It's one of the first places I ever went to when I came to Austin. It's ALWAYS fresh, wholesome, delicious.I love that there's no menu - you show up and you get fed a nourishing, wonderful vegan meal. For $20 you can get a whole meal, soup, and a dessert - filling up on natural foods and delicious nutrients! For desert I recommend the pumpkin or chocolate pie!Peaceful ambience with friendly people. 15/10

The service is great! The food is incredibly fresh and you can tailor your plate with your sauce selections. The restaurant is quiet and nicely decorated. Super easy to park and a great place to have a healthy meal with lots of fresh veggies.

Super glad work brings me to this side of town on occasion. Love being able to get my enchilada fix! Their salsa sets my mouth on fire but it sure is good. They are always friendly and fast. It hasn't changed inside in years which is comforting to us who are seeing so much change in the city!

Food: excellent skewers. The sauce for the pork skewers was amazing. I added it to the jasmine rice and it just changes the flavor. The pad thai was cooked to perfection and noodles and seasoning very well done.Service: they make recommendations, they are very nice, you will never get thirsty and they ensure you have water every second.Ambiance: Perfect for a date, casual meeting or lunch, a small group family or you can get the entire restaurant. It is a small but appropriate. The music is not super loud like other places and you can have nice conversations.Price: great pricing. It is average for the area and very fair for the amount and quality

Daichi has the very best sushi lunch deals Wednesday through Sunday, but they are closed Monday and Tuesday. Over the past decade, I have had only positive experiences, though it can get very cold in the small dining room. Speaking of the dining room, it is very small and is not likely to accommodate a large party, the same goes for the sushi bar, also the long time waitress (owner?) would likely be flustered if an unexpected large party showed up. She is very soft spoken and attentive. There is a wall size chalkboard that has higher end specialties like A5 beef. Finally, they have REAL wasabi! You won't regret giving them a try.

This is one of the most friendly, accepting, comfortable, and family-friendly dinin' spots you'll find in this area. The staff are incredibly cordial and polite. The food is, primarily, tex-mex, and, yeah, some folks will have less than stellar opinions about that, but, don't care - the food is made fresh, is small kitchen style, and, I find, along with the staff, that makes me feel more at home.I'd definitely go so far as to bring a date here, because it's an atmosphere for *"real"* folks, it's well-suited to relaxed, casual conversation, so, it's a warm, comfy spot, for down-to-earth conversation, and getting to know just 'bout anyone. Also, as someone autistic, who might be considered "neurospicy", I've been here on my "off" days, and know I'm in a relatively safe spot, if I'm feelin' particularly vulnerable to the world Thanks so much, for that! I've tried quite a few things, on their menu, and have never left feeling anything other than happy with my meal.Pictured is a grilled chicken salad, with their in-house chipotle ranch dressing, which is a perfect lunch. It's right-sized, and, doesn't make me want to nap, afterward. Also, I've always enjoyed the queso, with guacamole

Came for lunch on a Monday. No wait, and service was quick. Food came out pretty fast, and there are high chairs available for little ones.Pretty tasty mediterranean food but a bit on the expensive side. The chicken was quite flavorful and paired well with the tzatziki sauce and greens in my bowl. The spicy hummus has quite a kick, impressive. No pita included with the bowl :/The wrap is also delish. Pretty big portion; my friend gave me a part of hers since it was rather large. The lettuce, tomatoes, french fries, and meat encased in the warm wrap is flavorful and savory.Great food and casual atmosphere!

Tumble 22 is a local favourite from what I gather. It's also exclusively a small TX chain restaurant. This location is one of the four near the Austin area. Chicken is their specialty, specifically Breaded Hot Chicken. This location is joined at the hip with Via 313 Pizza, which looked a bit confusing from the outside. I thought they were the same restaurant until I attentively took a second glance. Not the largest of venues, but it does have a good amount of seating. They have a full bar along with bar seating as well. Parking is not an issue, ton of parking available outside and around. #ChickenSando:~ LIL' O.G. - 4.5Generous portions. Everything is BIGGER in TX! This was the LIL' O.G. NOT the regular O.G. Still a good size Chicken Breast Sandwich. Perfectly Crispy with Coleslaw, Pickles and Mayo. Good stuff.~ w/ SEVE'S COLLARD GREENS - 4.5/5Tasty Collard Greens, not bitter or fired! Good size portion for a side.#Sugar:~ CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE - 3.5/5Not for me...This looked amazing. Unfortunately I thought it looked much better than it tasted. A ton of Cream...not much else. Rejoice Whipped Cream lovers, which is not I...

"quick personal service. AMAZING Caesar salad (even though we forgot to tell him NO kale lol), bbq chik pizza was awesome as well!"
"Great spot to watch the game. Consistently good service and food. Giant pizza by the slice and decent selection of beer. Also friendly staff. Our boy Josh deserves a shoutout for changing our game to the big screen, thanks!!"
"Dear Milano's. Thank you for delivering our pizza at 10:30pm as we worked late into the night. Your cheese was gooey and delicious, your crust was firm but welcoming and you mushrooms were fresh and lovely. Thank you for using FRESH vegetables and REAL cheese!! You are wonderful. Love the pizza!!"
"Madgreens is absolutely my favorite place for a healthy meal! I have both the both the wraps and the salad. And I haven't been disappointed ever.My two favorites are the Ty Cobb and The Spicy bacon, you can get both in salad or wrap and customize as you want! The staff have always been friendly and are all versed in ingredients and sauces and suggestions. The ambiance is very cute and open!"
"Conveniently living right around the corner, Pokeworks has become my go-to for a quick, yummy meal! I always order the spicy ahi-tuna bowl and it never disappoints! With a build-your-own bowl setup, I love being able to choose from a wide variety of toppings and customize my bowl just the way I like it.The service is consistently fast, friendly, and attentive. There's also plenty of seating if you want to enjoy your meal there. I appreciate their rewards app -- it's a great way to rack up points and earn discounts on future visits."
"Holy cow what a sandwich!!!I did not do this place justice with the one picture that I took of my food. It's a smaller bar with a good selection of beers on tap or cans. They even had Sours on tap which made me automatically love it!!I sat by someone who worked next door and she recommended the food so I got a sandwich.* Sourdough Southern Italian Just get it. I know the picture does not look appetizing but oh my God was it delicious. I'm not kidding when I tell you I almost cried. The meats were deeply flavorful and the sourdough been charged just enough with the right amount of oil to make it crispy yet not greasy.I honestly don't remember much after that first bite because I loved it so much. Highly recommend!"
"Good food. Great burgers, fries and different flavors of cheesesteaks. Good service and friendly staff as well"
"We had the brisket spud and Philly cheese steak with tea and fries mushrooms, very tasty the meat, the potatoes well cooked and big . We will come again. The dinner area is very clean and homey atmosphere."
"I was surprised to see the rating for this place! I'm a pretty picky person and found this is a decent place. Love the fireplace ambiance! Truly a cozy place. Food is good, I liked the Smoked Sirloin, personally think it's better than the Top Sirloin in my opinion. Service is good. Will be back for sure."
"Service was nice, love the salsa ala charra, but I got the breakfast bowl and it's not good. Raw, unseasoned kale, no avocado and the corn and black beans are so dry. I've had other things here that are delicious, but would not recommend the breakfast bowl."
"I doordashed MAD Greens and was really impressed with the packaging and quality of food. (Great for keeping leftovers!) I highly recommend the trio hummus plate. I loved all 3 flavors and it made a good snack throughout the night. Only suggestion - skip the rice, it was too much of the bowl, but everything else was perfection."
"Hawaii poke is such a great spot for fresh delicious poke! This quiet, clean area provides such a great spot to study or even chat with friends. The service is quick and the staff are so kind! Now, there is a whole system when you walk in, think Subway or Chipotle. You go basically to the end of the restaurant to start your selections; bowl size, rice, mix in, protein, sauce, toppings (unlimited toppings btw!) and you're done! I usually get a regular size bowl, hawaii poke rice, seaweed, cucumber, sweet onion, salmon x2, hawaii poke sauce, creamy cilantro, furikake, masago (3 scoops), roasted corn, crab meat, organic tofu, jicama, & seaweed salad. (Not pictured) I always get myself a hot miso cup from their miso machine. So yummy for chilly days! They also have low sodium soy sauce (green cap) for those who want an alternative to the regular soy sauce they have. Definitely worth checking out!"
"So this review is great! Reason being, Is i love to see business thrive and get better. I want to apologize on my end that I have not updated this in my experiences. The reason i updates to a 5 Star is from my current experience even though the service here has always been top notch. Today my wife struggled with the website order and somehow ordered no cheese on one side of our Pizza . Believe or not John ( Great employee that assisted me) Opened up the pizza and kinda felt there was something wrong. He asked me if that was correct, and i said it suppose to be a cheese side for my kids. With no hesitation he turned around and fixed me up a cheese pizza at no cost!Much love and respect for John and Slice Street Pizza. We already order it weekly, but this goes a long way and we know that they care. From now we will keep calling in LOL. Thanks guys, keep crushing it!"
"This is my NEW Wing stop!!! Got hot honey and garlic Parmesan wings!! So good!! I was looking for a place to eat wings and watch football and thank goodness that Angela's Ronzoni's Pizzeria had it all!!! Great food and great staff!!"
"I am a total Flower Child. No, wait. Let me try that again. I am a total fan of Flower Child. There. That's better. So until last week I didn't know this location existed. I was looking for a place to have lunch with a friend and I thought they'd be coming from their house in Central Austin. Instead they were coming from their place of business in West Austin. I was looking for a new places to try that were reasonably priced. I did not know this location existed because I've only gone to their Domain location previously. This is a much more open and airy location than the Domain. There is inside and patio seating available on the deck. It can be quite pleasant when the weather cooperates. The day I went it was a bit chilly so inside would have been a better choice temperature wise (and for another reason I'm about to explain). It's best to arrive early for lunch. When I first arrived about 12:30, there were still inside tables available but 10 minutes later the place was packed with a second wave of lunchers.I usually have the Ginger Miso Crunch salad but I decided to explore today and went with the Mushroom Bolognese. As usual Flower Child never disappoints. Topped with almond ricotta, the combination of squash zoodles and marinara was quite filling and delicious all at the same time. (Okay to be quite honest I would have liked a little more generous portion, but this was enough for lunch)That having been said, I take one quibble and it's a situational one with the outside seating. Even in early January, the bees are active. I almost made the mistake of swatting at one myself, mistaking it for a housefly that have been on the table a bit earlier. Unfortunately my co-diner made that actual mistake and got stung. This happened despite moving the cute bud vase of wildflowers to the opposite end of the table. Of course you can't cover all perils in an outdoor environment. It would be nice if the bud vases were filled with something less attractive to honey bees, because getting stung is a real bummer to an otherwise fun lunch. I ran in and got some ice in it to go container and luckily my friend didn't experience a reaction. That quibble aside, this is the place to go for lunch in the Walsh Tarleton and Bee Cave Road area. For the best experience, arrive early, and dine indoors.Highly recommended."
"I love finding food that my body will thank me for! We got radish shots here two days in a row because they were so good. They were tangy and refreshing with a hint of chili powder. The salad was beyond just a salad. It was sooo full of flavor and different textures. The ginger and garlic vinaigrette gave everything such amazing flavor. Really recommend this place if you're trying to find delicious and nutritious food."
"YUM! I visited Ollie Birds for the first time today and it is delicious! We got the half bird (all white meat) and will definitely be back to try the sides, wraps, and salads. The all white half bird is very generous. The breasts were huge, and one of them was plenty for me and my toddler and 1 year old. The service is excellent and super friendly. Don't miss out on this place!!"
"Surprised as we knew this was a chain and not your mom pop authentic Mexican. Came for happy hour and grabbed a seat (3-6) at the bar. Drinks are strong (no complaints here!)Orderedd off the HH menu and the catfish beignets did not disappoint! Flakey, perfect crust that isn't too thick! Gringo tacos...suits the name. Queso is a great started, smokey flavors!"
"Nice find on the other (east) side of I-35 in Kyle. We found it looking for a place that participates in Marriott Bonvoy's Eat Around Town. CAULIFLOWER crust was not shown as an option. I asked. It was delicious. Very thin and crispy crust. I ordered veggie. My husband had a calzone. No wonder they have dozens of 5 star reviews."
"Going by the name, I didn't know what to expect. Well, this is one of those family owned, small town fantastic restaurants That you always look for! What a surprise! The 3 people with me all went for the normal cafe food this type of restaurant is famous for, and loved it. Me? I'll have the special please, steak and shrimp. A perfect medium rare, I'm now too stuffed for dessert. I watched everyone have pie ala mode, but that's ok. I took my to go. The owner, and some of the staff were older women, and everyone of them were just as sweet as they could be. We talked with them till it was time to close. I 100% recommend this restaurant to each and every one of you."
"I finally gave this place a try and ordered the mango tango smoothie and a chicken salad sandwich. The food tasted great- ingredients were fresh and light but a little heavy on the mustard for me. I might ask for light mustard next time. My smoothie flavor was good but it was too overblended- frothy like if that makes sense.Other than that I'm definitely going to make another visit to try the other items!"
"Nacho BBQ? This is next level. 10/10. Must try in Austin. I have no words to put into this text box."
"It can't for the life of me understand how everyone working at the Texas State Capitol doesn't weigh 5 billion pounds. Each. I mean, c'mon, really delectable dishes. They have something called a Texas SOS: Two pieces of toast with sausage, peppers, onions, jalapeños, and gravy for only $4 ... 5 bucks if you add a fried egg. Made to order omelettes, breakfast bowls, biscuits and gravy, none of which will cost you more than a Lincoln. This cafeteria-style eatery joins (IMHO) only the Cheesecake Factory as having found a way to do a variety of food genres well. And they do it in that big, heaping, succulent, Texas-sized way. And they serve lunch, too! I had the best BLT of my life for $4.50. Another in my group had a GIGANTIC club sandwich...from my rogue bite I can say, YUM! Other rogue bites were of a build-your-own ham sandwich, chopped beef brisket ($8.50 with two heaping sides and a roll), Lone Star Taco Salad ($6.50), and a $5 stuffed baked potato that should make TGI Friday's want to give up and go get a real job. All making me wish I had multiple stomachs. While I don't have much to say about the intellectual vacuum that has put Rick Perry and Dubya in charge in the halls of Texas power, I can say BRAVO the the Capitol Grill. Amazing prices, great eats of all types. I'd recommend making your way to the Texas State Capitol ... just to get breakfast or lunch!"
