Austin Chai Wala

Delicious Kashmiri chai! The chai is served steaming hot and so I had to wait what felt like 10 min for it to cool off but it's so worth it. The pistachios and flavor bend are sweet and the chai has a unique blend of spices which are truly harmonious together. Have also tried their chicken mayo garlic roll which is a paratha roll stuffed w pieces of spiced chicken garlic and lots of saucy mayo. This is quite spicy so beware. It is the size of a medium burrito. I feel like the prices are on the high end for a food truck but it definitely passed the test for yummy street food.

Been searching for my go to chai spot and finally found it. I went with the classic chai- dood pati and it was perfect for a chilly night. Sweetness level was also perfect.I had it Friday night, and was craving it all day Saturday and Sunday!

Have tried their kashmiri chai and regular chai and have to say it's delicious! Nutella paratha was ok but would love to try more of their options

Just had the bun kabab with egg and it has to be the best in all of USA. As close as Pakistani bun kabab you can get. The other favorite items amongst the customers were the chai and Kashmiri chai. Everyone seemed to be ordering it. This place is a must try for Pakistani style fast food.

I always wanted to try themWhen i first heard about Chai wala, and today I made a trip to try their chai. They were closed but hey the guy still offered me Chai. He took his time to make the best out of and yes it was soo good. 30 mins drive from me but it was worth driving their. I simply love it.

I love how Houston has a chai truck. It's a unique concept, definitely something I have not seen in Houston. I hope this truck stays around for a long time. *crosses fingers*My bf and I ordered an iced chai and the kashmiri chai. I loved how everything was made on the spot. But I can also see this being problematic when there's a long line. At least you know your tea will be freshly made. The iced chai wasn't too sweet and tasted very refreshing, especially during a hot evening. I never had kashmiri chai before but my gawed, It was amazing! It kind of had a floral taste to it, and the spices were not overpowering. I also liked that it was lightly sweet. I definitely will come again.***Warning! Since the teas are freshly made, the hot teas can be burning hot to hold.

If you want to experience the best tea in Texas, this is the place to go! Their masala chai is top notch - great quality and worth the money!

The best masala chai I have ever had outside of my own kitchen. I mean...insanely good. The chai was like $3-$4, rightfully so! The chai in the east coast is usually $2 which is exactly what you pay for. I'd pay $5 for this chai - it deserves the same price as a latte from any coffee shop.

Good chai and decent samosas. We went on a evening when it was rainy - a perfect atmosphere for some chai and samosas. This place did not disappoint.
