The food at this take out only restaurant is excellent. Always fresh traditional Cuban sandwiches and dishes as well some unique items. My favorites are the club sandwich and Big Gus, the daily soups are also very hearty and tasty.

This is a mother and son family business and I ABSOLUTELY love this place. It's small Cafe, located near the courthouse in downtown, Miami. I ordered the pan con bistec (which was well seasoned) with tomato, lettuce and potatoes sticks..ugh so good! It was big enough to shared with my coworker, I was actually full with my half. The service here has always been top notch, very attentive and just genuinely nice people. Overall, the food is amazing, and cooked from scratch (everything is good).I definitely recommend checking them if you're in the area, I promise you won't be disappointed and the prices are reasonable .

Came here with my bf earlier this year (pre covid). It was a little out of they way but because of the reviews, we made our way here in the rain! Did not regret this decision at all. It was amazing!! Completely worth it and soo cheap for the quality. The new world steak and eggs was AMAZING. the steak was so tender and flavorful. I was actually shocked!! At this price, I think it was 9-10$. Cmon... what more can you ask for!! My bf got the Joe sandwich that was also good! Stuffed with meat. Can't wait to return here when I go back to Miami one day!

This place reminded me to spend my money, ONLY where I'm wanted and I was clearly NOT wanted here. I was there 11:30 waiting patiently in line behind another man, giving him his distance. A guy walked up, stood beside me and the older lady took his order before mine. Ok, sir, you saw me standing there so you pretending to be sorry you skipped me in line was a whole entire ruse. But the lady should've served me first, so I was a little taken aback. It was a quick order so I wasn't that perturbed, so when I went to place my order for breakfast, I was disappointed to be told in broken English, "No breakfast". Ok, ma'am, that's fine I'll take...and as I'm about to order my shake another guy and the lady begin to have a conversation in Spanish on what he wanted to order. That was my cue to leave. And I proceeded to drive 5 minutes down the street to a Black owned business. If you stop by here have fun, being disregarded.

Tucked away downtown, this was a nice spot that is great for lunch. There is no seating area nor interior so all orders are for takeaway. The staff are nice, and the atmosphere of the place feels very local. I ordered the Cuban sandwich which came out to just about $10. The wait was about 15 minutes which I believe was a result of the amount of people waiting. Once I took the food back, it was still warm and I felt like it was worth the wait. The sandwich was prepared with just the right amount of balance between all of the ingredients. The meat was succulent, and each bite was full of flavor without coming across as too overwhelming. Overall, the food from this place was delicious, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the downtown area as long as one has some time to wait.
