"Ate lunch there yesterday for first time. We started with the crab rangoons which were hot, crispy & tasty. Hubby had the Spicy Thai Basil chicken. It had quite a kick. Very good. I had the honey walnut shrimp (off dinner menu). It was also very good. For the cost though, next time I'll just order off the lunch menu.Server was nice & attentive with the drink refills. We'll return."

"I was heading towards the house from the airport after being on the road for most of the week and stopping here for dinner popped into my head. There was plenty of parking and no wait as I stepped inside to the hostess stand. It is an old school Chinese restaurant and I love that! The staff were pleasant, very available and eager to answer questions. I sat near the bar and there was a fair amount of pickups for takeout.I highly recommend giving it a try- the menu is huge and while I tried two relatively mundane dishes, I am willing to, next time, lean in and try some new dishes."
"It was good didn't sit around the big table but I want to say the food was delicious and I felt got a lot more sitting alone. Presentation was wonderful and service was excellent extremely well I will be back IRecommend that everyone go here for hibachi the wait isn't long at all."
"OMG food so good I ate it two nights in a row! While on family vacay we initially went to Benihana's and they had an hour wait time. So I came to my trusty yelp app and boy I'm glad I did. First night I had the shrimp fried rice and chicken egg rolls. Absolutely delicious! Second night I had the beef fried rice and crab ragoons. Again everything was delicious! The staff were very friendly! I ordered for to go so from what I could see the restaurant was nicely decorated."
"Two of us came for lunch on a quiet Thursday afternoon. First, the food. Really good here. I had the chicken in green curry, which was flavorful and pretty spicy as requested it spicy. My buddy had the traditional pad thai, which he enjoyed. Large portions. Service was prompt and friendly. Nice interior seating area with semi-private outdoor dining are too. We ate indoors. It was a little pricey for lunch but worth the treat. Not many folks at lunch time and staff mentioned it gets busier at dinner time.Conveniently located on busy Roswell Rd. Plenty of free parking. Same parking lot as Publix, so did some shopping there after lunch.Enjoy!"
"I'm not from around there, but the place wasn't hard at all to find. I have a flight attendant friend that travels all the time and she loves this spot so I wanted to check it out. The iced coffee was really good. I loved it and if you're a coffee person, I definitely recommend it. The ladna seafood was also pretty good. The gravy had a perfect consistency and the flavor was also pretty good. I liked their ladna flavor a lot. I also liked how they used different seafood in this. I also ordered their papaya salad lao style. I requested medium level spice. It came out on a tray with cabbage and pork grinds. The papaya salad was pretty authentic. Next time I come, I'll probably ask for a lower spice level lol. I have a low tolerance in spice so I shouldn't have ordered a medium. I also tried their pho. I liked how it came with a lot of veggies. They gave me a plate full of beansprouts, basil, lettuce, lime, pepper, and shrimp paste. I love lao pho because I love the lettuce and shrimp paste. The customer service was pretty good. The girls that worked there were very nice and courteous. In all, I will probably be back to try their other dishes if I'm ever in the area. Their menu has a lot of authentic lao dishes (dishes you would get at home from your momma) so I can't wait to try more of their items!"
"Food was fresh and clean tasting! Customer service and cooks did a phenomenal job; this is the second time we have ordered from BeThai to moving ATL . would recommend delivery; they take great care of their customers and truly show care. Looks at all the kind notes you get with your order ? Who wouldn't want to keep ordering great food from kind people"
"My first time here today. I love what I have ordered from them. Especially green sauce with smoke salmon basil rolls. Very delicious. I got a reward points. But what can I do with its?? Keep collecting? Will be back again!!"
"10/10Literally a hidden gem! This place is SO cute and they have so many options. I'm honestly super surprised this place wasn't as busy as they were. The Lychee Martini pairs perfectly with the sushi. Dean our bartender was wonderful and super warm, he gave us a little history on the company and how long they've been here and other locations. The sampler was 10/10 and for $41 you really can't beat it. Now the black and white sushi wasn't my favorite, for my taste it was too cream cheesy but I should've chosen that. This place is cute either for a date night, a girls catch up, or just a solo date. I'll 100% be back"
"Very good Thai food in Hapeville, GA. I have also reviewed the Paper Plane and this seems to be the same place. I came here to eat, however this is also a great gathering place for groups of any size wiht an outdoor patio, social games, etc. A full bar is available with local and signature drinks. My dish was the 3 flavor chicken stir fry. As I implied before fresh made and tasty.I will come again when I am in the area."

This was my first time here. The young man that served us was so pleasant and patient. He provided excellent service from start to finish. They have a pretty extensive menu, so it took a while to decide what we wanted. We opted for 2 large soups- egg drop and hot and sour and an order of shrimp egg foo young. The soups were $4.25 and the portion size was well worth it. We enjoyed the noodles that were served with the soup. The shrimp egg foo young were pretty good, too. The total cost of our meal was $24. I'll return and check out a few more dishes.

Found this spot searching for a new Thai restaurant. The previous reviews do a good job of explaining the service and ambiance of the restaurant, so I'll keep my review solely on the food:- Coconut Soup (4/5) I ended up ordering the coconut soup and it was delicious! As described on the menu, the soup is a mix of coconut milk, mushrooms, chicken, and everything was super of flavorful. It was a tab bit runny but it was fulfilling. A ordered a cup and it is big enough to share between two people if needed. - Curry Rangoon (5/5) this was the first time I ever had rangoons made this way and I would definitely recommend them! It almost tasted like eating a samosa with a Rangoon shell. If you like both those dishes, it's a must try. - Chicken x Tofu Pad Thai (5/5) I got the chicken Pad Thai and my wife got the Tofu. Both were great and fresh! We got it medium heat and that was definitely hot! So if you're not that big on spicy dishes, stick with mild. But the dish was fulfilling and was able to be spaced out between two separate setting, but if you want to try out the restaurant but are unsure about what to get. Start here.

I wasn't feeling well so I was decided to order some soup! To put something on my stomach because I was hungry! It seasoned well and it hit the spot! I'm very grateful of this restaurant for such delicious soup especially when I'm not feeling my best!

AMAZING!!! Lately I've been striking out in my search for good Chinese food and this place wasn't it...IT WAS FANTASTIC Chinese food. The decor was simple but very well done. The service from the greeting to ordering to the server were all phenomenal. That said let's talk about the food. We started with the shrimp dumplings. They were fried to perfection and served with a really tasty sauce. Next for our entrees we had a sea bass in broth and hunan beef. Both were probably two of the tastiest dishes I've ever tasted. The portions were generous and every bite was super flavorful. One side note - one of my challenges with other restaurants was the texture of the meat in their beef dishes. Sometimes it's almost velvety...just weird but NOT THIS PLACE! The beef was cooked to perfection and the texture was that of tender steak - like it should be! No doubt we will be back soon!

It's funny because I've lived quite close to this restaurant for a over a year but never tried it. My date and I were able to be accommodated pretty quickly without a reservation luckily. Also, parking was okay since its located in a plaza. Upon entering, the place looked nice and kept up well. It had a nice vibe. The salad was fresh and soup was perfect. The chef tricks never get old, still enjoyed them as if I never seen before. I ordered the filet mignon and chicken combo. It was very flavorful and a great portion! The teriyaki sauce was different than what I'm used to but really really good. Overall 9/10 experience. Give this place a try!

I was downtown this week and the craving for Asian food hit me, I stumbled on this restaurant tucked in on a main road, I honestly would have missed it if I was just driving by. What stood out to me about the restaurant more than the building was the was a very colorful woman Mrs. Chang who cracked jokes and made you feel at home it was very nice and inviting. But the restaurant and layout is very nice and cozy honestly. The food was great soooo many options that I NEED to try, did I mention they have Sushi and not just 5 basic rolls they have a great selection. This will definitely be one of my go to spots in the city. More to come!

I dined in today and it was a great experience. Our waiter Ted share he was on day 3 of employment but we had no idea. Great food and great service!I noticed when I went to update the review, I ordered the exact same thing (with the additional of more protein) I did when I got take out- Tom Kha soup and Drunken Noodles.

Amazing food with a huge menu just outside the ATL airport. Hidden gem for sure! Small family business with great authentic food. Definitely coming back to try more things. We ordered the papaya salad, Laotian style. It is much much more pungent than typical Thai style. Very strong crab paste flavor. Freshly made. Pork pad Thai was excellentThe Pork Belly in basil sauce is amazing! Pork had a great crunch to it. The sauce and veggies were excellent!
Visit Restaurant Page"Best Thai food in town, great lunch specials, awesome owner. I've had the basil chicken, beef and broccoli, and panang curry and they were all delicious. Go-to Thai place!"
"Came here while trying the new food hall at The Battery. I ordered the Chicken Curry. It was good and the portion was perfect. I wasn't overly full but I was satisfied. I would go back."
"This place was so cute and the food was delicious! So delicious that we forgot to take photos of the food!I recommend a visit here if you like Thai food! We tried only appetizers:Tacos - very flavorful (3) come with this order Calamari - it tasted regular but definitely was fresh Coconut Mussels - good Fresh Basil Rolls - these were delicious and come with a dipping sauce. ****the sauce contains nuts and here is where they lost a half star from me. I told the waiter that there were two people at our table with nut allergies. One ordered the basil rolls and he didn't mention it came with a peanut sauce. Smh. Tom Kha - super delicious I ordered without proteinKung Katiam - THE BEST DISH! Simple but soooo flavorful! The shrimp were excellent Roti MassamanThis was just ok to me. It's massaman soup as a dip in my opinion."
"Slow service and mediocre food. Not bad for the area but, for the price, I was hoping for more. Comfy patio and not too crowded during a convention in town."
"*DOORDASH* Thought was just okay but decent. Liked that we can choose how spicy we want it (Thai hot for me, duh).Basil chicken was correctly done with ground chicken but thought was quite small portioned. Pad Thai was ok was a bit dry. Coconut soup was so salty."
"Convenient after a lil drive. Fast service. Food was ok but a tad pricey. I may return"
"There's nothing like a nice dinner, tranquil setting, prompt and kind service, and understated music that encourages intimate conversation. It's always a special treat when visiting. Could not offer a higher recommendation for this restaurant!"
"I fell in love with the cream cheese rolls. The service was fast and friendlyThe storefront is cute and went well with the ambiance of the food court. Even tho they were a crowd favorite, the wait was not too long"
"We were so pleasantly surprised by the quality, flavor, and freshness of our recent takeout order from Thai Chili, which made for a perfect Friday evening in. Her pad see u with tofu, egg, and broccoli was delicious and not too oily, whereas my red curry with tofu and eggplant was light but flavorful. We rounded out our order with crispy fried tofu with sweet chili sauce, a nice, clean green papaya salad, and flaky and rich roti for dipping. In a town replete with really good Thai options, Thai Chili is now at the top of my list for delicious and fresh takeout."
"Saw this place in my local area, they are apart of a delivery only establishment, but their food is AMAZING. The owner, John, is super friendly and really knows his way around a wok. We ordered a bunch of authentic Thai/lao dishes: Lao sausage, fried fish balls, fried chicken wings, papaya salad, and lobster curry and we loved everything. For anyone looking for local authentic southeast Asian food I highly recommend Nee's Thai kitchen."
"I did a review on this restaurant almost 10 years ago and the food has still been consistently good. I ordered the chicken coconut soup hot pot and the avocado shrimp which was delicious along with the appetizer platter that has a little bit of everything and it did not disappoint. The owner of the restaurant came out from the kitchen just to verify the food was high quality and it was. If you're in the Jonesboro area and you're looking for really good Thai food please stop it Taste of Thailand."
"Good Thai food in Sandy Springs. My go to order is Chicken Pad Thai and have never been disappointed with it. They will make it spicy, but prefer pad thai plain. We have had the spicy curry dishes and they are good. Green curry chicken is a favorite too. This was during covid and inside dining was closed. You order at the front door, they make the food, you pay, and take it home. Too bad indoor dining is not open, as they did a great job remodeling after a fire a couple of years ago. Order taker was OK but she seemed hurried. Actually the place was pretty busy for weekday lunch with take out only.Located in strip mall set back from Roswell Rd in same plaza as Publix which is a lot easier to see from the road."
"The aroma was tantalizing entering the restaurant! Very good service, fresh and flavorful Chinese and Thai cuisine served."
"I've driven past Canton Buddha quite literally hundreds of times over the years, and I couldn't tell you why I never stopped in to give them a shot. Feeling a bit lucky after finding a couple of hidden gems over the past month or two, we decided to try our luck again at Canton. So what did we think?First off we were actually pretty excited to find that this actually is a real restaurant with several spots for dining....not your typical Chinese strip with maybe 2 tables and a take out vibe (though we did get ours to go).We ordered the following this evening:Roasted pork with mixed vegetables ($13.80)General Tso's Chicken ($14.05)I inquired how much it would be to take my plain fried rice and switch it to veggie fried rice. I assumed $2, but I was told $5, so I left the veggie off.We both agreed that the winner of the flavors here were the Roasted pork with mixed veggies. Slightly spicy, savory and the pork was not chewy. Well done large chunks of onion, bell pepper, green beans, broccoli, green squash and cabbage. I also feel that this was a better dish the next day. The General Tso's Chicken on the other hand was chewy, sometimes dry, and had an almost plastic taste to it. Neither of us finished this because it completely missed the mark.Located off of Peachtree road in the Publix shopping center with the Barnes and Nobles bookstore, parking is shared in this lot and you're really not going to have trouble finding a spot. The issue will be will it be in front of Canton. There are also multiple exits to get onto Peachtree, with at least two red light exits. You win some, you lose some, and we took a gamble at Canton Buddha with high hopes. Sadly i've had much better, and it may be a while before I give Canton Buddha another shot."
"New experiences are often well worth the effort. Thai in Decatur is an example of a street kitchen located with other kitchens in a grub hub. Each kitchen provides a website to review the offerings, prices and pictures. You compose your order and wait for the pickup text. It contains a code that opens a locker in the building entrance area where your order is ready for pickup. Worked like a charm and my simple lunch Pad Thai order was steamy hot and very good. Especially the iced honey/lime tea. All in all, I regret this concept has not materialized in Louisville. I'm looking forward to it."
"R and I found what we think is one of the better Thai restaurants in Atlanta tonight at Thai Restaurant of Sandy Springs, based on our overall experience.Thai Restaurant of Sandy Springs is in a very busy strip mall and shares a free parking lot with some popular neighboring businesses. Because of this, parking close to the restaurant is usually a challenge; however, customers can drive around to adjacent parking lots and will most likely find available parking. This just means that customers will have to walk a little farther to get to the restaurant. This restaurant is on the small side, and, at least tonight, it was busy with lots of take out orders. While we were there, there were only three tables (including ours) with customers dining in. I counted 7 tables (or groupings of tables), available for customers to sit at and eat in. There are other tables that the employees use as staging tables for all of the take out orders. Wood (various types of it) is the predominant material used in the restaurant - tables, chairs, walls and decorations, and the Thai influence is displayed everywhere. We were warmly greeted immediately by one of the employees (the only one we saw), and seated very quickly right after she found out there were two of us dining in, and provided us menus.R ordered the Pad Thai with chicken, and I ordered the Pad See Mao with beef. Our server asked me if I wanted the spice level for my dish to be medium or mild. I hesitated because this was the very first time we visited this restaurant, and I was unfamiliar with how hot the spice levels are. I, at first, told here that I like spicy, but I wanted mild tonight. The server said, "I think you'll like medium. If not, you can drink lots of water." We all laughed at what she said, and I ended up ordering the medium spice level. Our food didn't take too long, and we both loved our meals! The Pad See Mao was spiced at medium level with peppers and had two slices of jalapeño. This dish was cooked perfectly - the rice noodles had a nice consistency and weren't mushy, the beef was tender, the bell peppers were slightly crunchy and the basil leaves added a nice subtle sweetness. R love his Pad Thai. We were both so hungry that we ate all of our food. The portions that we got were rather big, and, for normal eaters, I imagine that these are actually 1.5 servings each. Our server was constantly busy the entire time we were at the restaurant. Not only was she the server, but she answered all telephone orders, bussed tables, greeted everyone who entered through the door, brought out and organized the take out orders, and called out all of the orders to the cook (we were next to the kitchen, so we could hear them talking, but didn't understand the language being spoken). This employee was absolutely the best - friendly, funny and so nice!Towards the middle of my meal, I had stuck my fork in a slice of bell pepper, and it flicked a little of the sauce into my face. I quickly closed my eyes and wiped my face with my napkin just to make sure that none of the spicy sauce got into my eyes. Our server must've seen me wiping my face, and hurried over to me to ask if everything was okay. I explained what happened, but I don't think she believed my explanation, and, instead may have believed that the spice level was just a little too hot for me. (Lol!). The next thing I knew, after I resumed eating, she brought a cup of Thai iced tea to me and told me that the drink should help cool me down. I graciously thanked her, and, honestly, that was the very first time I had a Thai iced tea. It was not too sweet, and it actually DID have some cooling effect on my mouth. As we were leaving, our server smiled and wished us a Happy New Year, and we wished her the same. This was an overall great experience, and we will definitely be back!"
"This Thai and Vietnamese restaurant located in the Sandy Springs area of Atlanta offers a nice selection to choose from. They have seating indoors, outdoors or at the bar. I started with the Tom Yum Shrimp Soup $8.95. I also had the Pad See Ew with tofu $16.95. Both were very fresh and delicious. We were there for lunch and the service was friendly and efficient."
"Thanh Thanh has officially back up for business y'all. After speaking to the owner, we found out they took the whole family back to the motherland that's why they were closed for so long. my family was sadden when we thought they shut down for good. The day we went back, we ordered a whole fish and the Vietnamese bbq. Mind you it was only my sister and I and we were eating like there was no tomorrow. All the herbs and vegetables was so fresh and their Che was so so good. Please be mindful that this is a family owned restaurant and they're super short staffed so don't get on their back about the service. They do put grass on the ticket due to our own people are very cheap when it comes to tipping. If you want to try more of an authentic Vietnamese food, this place is the place for you. Until next time!!! Peace"
"Haven't been here in a while, came for lunch and glad that they haven't changed much.. I got some veggies rolls and pad see ew with chicken. It was very flavorful. I'm glad I came and will definitely be back. My friend had the yellow curry and she loved it..."
"I had high hopes for Bangkok Thyme after seeing it featured on a local television segment. We were greeted cordially upon entry by a lady who was most likely an owner or manager. After being seated it took some time for us to decide upon our orders so eventually a different lady checked on us. This lady was totally robotic, no smile, no enthusiasm or energy. It was very difficult for her to answer questions about the menu and the options offered. We decided to just point to the items and take them as the chef prepared them. We ordered an appetizer of squid rings which came AFTER our main entrees arrived. We had a sushi order as an app and it arrived with our entrees. The squid rings were tasty and I'd order them again if I ever returned. My entree was so underwhelming I don't remember what it was. The miso soup was ok, and the California rolls were okay.Maybe I should have arrived with a television film crew in order to be treated like a valued customer. The menu isn't cheap versus the quality of the service and the mediocrity of the food. It will be a long Thyme before I return to Bangkok Thyme!"
"I can't believe this was our first visit to L'Thai when we live mere minutes away. The restaurant is located a few blocks deep in the West Village complex, with some street parking and free covered parking just around the corner from the restaurant. Inside, the space was quiet and even serene when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon. I was surprised to see that the fried calamari was listed as gluten-free on the menu, since most breaded seafood isn't. While tasty, the batter was a little crumbly and my husband, who prefers his calamari on the smaller side, was a little weirded out by what he called "the big, juicy squid rings". The serving size was less than what we would have preferred, but given the price, it's all right as a starter. Our entrees were where L'Thai shined. The husband's pad woon sen was tasty - hot, well-seasoned glass noodles with good hunks of chicken throughout. While his dish was great, we both agreed my order of the yellow crispy chicken reigned supreme at the table - a crispy filet of chicken breast atop a fragrant, vegetable-specked puddle of yellow curry. The fresh (gluten-free) coating stayed crisp as I dragged happy spoonfuls of rice through the sauce until every last drop was consumed. As an added plus, our meal ended up being far cheaper than we expected it would. The menus don't currently have prices because the owners are in the midst of reprinting them. Our server offered to let us know exact prices if we needed, but we decided this would be a fun guessing exercise. When we got the check, our jaws dropped at how economical our meal had been, especially given the taste and the sublime service we'd received. Side note: There's a funny dress code here of no gym shorts or sports wear. I haven't seen it enforced, but there's clear signage out front and figured you should know if visiting."
"Hello 5th star. That darn Jonathan is still dope & witty with his presence & service. Yes, visit Tin Drum if you're craving savory & fast casual Asian fare. Also visit or call to place an order with the hopes of chatting with Jonathan...he is so freakin' amazing. His service is top notch, yet his engagement & positive affirmations does it for me.My go to order is still the Firecracker Cauliflower & made with Teriyaki sauce to make it Vegan. Today I tried the Grapefruit Green Tea with Grapefruit/Lime Slices & Mint Leaves...so refreshing.Fixing the previous review typo...my Godson actually introduced me to this location. He luvs the Curry Chicken & inhales his food each & every time we come here. Always a pleasure in visiting & supporting Tin Drum."
"Order food on a whim tonight. Ordered some roti and coconut soup. It was OK but I've had better. It scratched a itch but I probably wont go again. The soup was too sour and not spicy enough and the curry that accompanied the roti was really sweet. $8 for 2 pieces of small roti is steep. The packaging was great and the food was ready very quickly. A little too much bold and not enough authentic thai...maybe that's the fusion. In a pinch I might try a entree but I'll stick to my usual locations."
