"My dinner was delicious, the chef cooked everything to perfection. He did his tricks and they were also cute. He engaged with the customers also.. Definitely will be back.."
"My review is only based on one item I tried. I was at the CODA for lunch and wanted to try as many stalls as possible. I picked up a box from Aviva by Kameel and was excited to see the new Poke Burri location. The menu seems more limited than the Poke Burri menus I have seen from other locations. However, I spotted the Spicy Tuna Nachos and decided to try them out. I placed my order at 12:59pm (time stamp on my receipt) - and based on the time stamp I took the photo of my nachos at, it was 1:31pm by the time I was able to quickly snap a photo of my nachos. I waited and waited and finally after about 20 minutes and noticing that orders from after me were coming out, I checked with the register to confirm my worst suspicions - they had forgotten my order. They apologized and made them immediately after my complaint. They did not offer me any compensation for their error. The nachos were pretty tasty - but unfortunately, not worth a 30+ minute wait, which would be understandable if it were busy, but on a weekday after peak the lunch rush, it was not."

It's a lot nicer inside than the one in Marietta. We were sat pretty quickly. The sushi was great! My favorite was the Atomic Bomb Roll. I would order that again! The staff was night but I will say, they do stand by the food counter and just watch your table. It was a bit uncomfortable but I know they're just trying to do their job. Maybe go to the back and just check in every so often like at any other restaurant? Besides them watching us, it was a great place! I would definitely come back."
"Overall 5/5: One of my favorite lunch spots for sushi when i'm running errands in the area. Food 5/5: I love the sushi here. their sushi is always so delicious and fun. sushi here is decent priced, very affordable in my opinion. I always get so full here. We got a 2 roll lunch combo with the shrimp tempura & spicy tuna. Simple, but still great flavor. We also got their signature marilyn monroll which was probably our favorite along with the crazy crunch roll. i love the crunch of the shrimp in the crazy crunch, it it like no other. We also got the shrimp fried rice, which had great flavor and was good portioned. The shrimp had a good sauce held to them tipped over a standard fried rice. Service 5/5: Service here is great, the server is fast and never writes anything down but our order has yet to be wrong. She also makes sure our waters are full, and plates are cleared as we go. Ambiance 5/5: This place is casual, but i love the booth set up. It is a small space, but they utilize the space very nicely by having raised dividers between booths along with curtains. This just makes the place cozy, and private between each booth. Definitely recommend this place for a casual lunch with friends or coworkers. Thank you, Flying Roll!!"
"This was my first time visiting since they re-did the menu. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. There was no wait. We were seated immediately and it didn't take long for someone to ask about our drink orders and answer some questions about the menu. The kitchen works fast. My Katsu curry hit the spot in all the right ways. And the serving was huge. This was one of those dishes where my desire to stop eating (because I was full) collided with my desire to keep eating because it tasted so good. My wife really enjoyed her Omurice. She didn't elaborate because her mouth was full. And the environs are still comfortable. The decorations haven't really changed. The posters all still have fun with ramen, even though ramen is no longer on the menu. But it's a fun thing to laugh at. So I'm looking forward to my next visit. Holler if you're coming with."
"My new favorite sushi spot in Buckhead!!! This place has everything you could want: good prices & quality sushi, a HUGE menu, validated parking (and plenty of spaces in the garage), friendly servers, and a spacious restaurant with a patio! I had such a wonderful time here and will absolutely be back soon. I got 2 sushi rolls and it was very affordable and filling!"
"Really enjoyed coming here! I was grabbing lunch with my sister the other day and it was later in the afternoon, so the place was very calm and not crowded. ***LOCATION***In the Lidl shopping center. Plenty of parking and easy to find!***ATMOSPHERE***The atmosphere is really nice. The decor makes it feel very upscale but the prices are very reasonable. The inside was calm with quiet music playing and overall really pleasant. ***BATHROOM***Also very clean!***STAFF***Very friendly and attentive. Our waitress came to check on us a couple times but not too much to where it was every minute. She made sure our food was out quickly and that everything was correct.***FOOD***Really good! We split: vegetable fried rice, cucumber and avocado sushi and the veggie tempura roll. I was so glad to see so many vegetarian options. They had a whole section on the menu! My favorite was the cucumber avocado sushi and my sister prefered the tempura roll. We both were not huge fans of the rice surprisingly because it had a really strong mushroom taste. It was very overwhelming, and I have actually never had mushroom in my fried rice at similar restaurants. If you like mushroom you would like it, but we only like a little, but not enough to flavor the whole meal. It was still edible and I am sure most people would enjoy it, but we would probably just order more sushi next time vs the rice. ***PRICE***I know the rice was about 10$ because they only have a full order, which was fine since we were splitting it. The sushis were each about 6$ I believe, which is a good price! ***CONCLUSION***Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area :)"
"This place is in a strip mall. The strip mall has two levels which makes it almost impossible to see the venue from the street. The parking lot can be busy if the other establishments are open. I came during a weekday night and there were plenty of parking.I was immediately sat at the bar. Bar space is pretty cramped so I would suggest a table if you came with others. They had plenty of Uber Eats and Door Dash orders being picked up while I was there so it is popular. The waitress was very attentive and recommended some good sushi rolls to me. The sushi chefs are right behind the bar and you can see them make the sushi. I got an Alaskan roll, chef choice - looked like sashimi, and Buckhead roll. All the rolls tasted great but I liked the Alaskan roll the most."
"It was good didn't sit around the big table but I want to say the food was delicious and I felt got a lot more sitting alone. Presentation was wonderful and service was excellent extremely well I will be back IRecommend that everyone go here for hibachi the wait isn't long at all."
"Once again back in Duluth and HAD to stop by. They're still AMAZING and on point. This time we tried the Sunset Roll which was delicious. The lemon added a nice citrus to the whole roll. Our friends got the Gyudon and reported the meat and sauce was nicely seasoned. The chicken teriyaki skewer was ON POINT! Not too sweet, seems like they use chicken breast, seasoned well and juicy."
"We came to this Chin Chin location yesterday for lunch. Chin Chin features Americanized Chinese dishes, and is not traditional style. This business is part of a chain, and this location is in Cherokee Plaza Shopping Center, near the end of the strip mall. Parking may be challenging, especially during weekday lunch hours. The hostess greeted us immediately when we entered there restaurant, which can seat a lot of people at the many tables in the dining area, while some customers can sit at the bar. Our server came by take our orders. This was the only time that he was attentive, and the service went downhill from there. We both ordered from the lunch menu. I ordered the twice cooked pork lunch special which has cabbage, mushrooms and bell peppers, and came with fried rice and a fried vegetable spring roll. R ordered cashew chicken lunch special which has bell peppers, also having the fried rice and spring roll. Our meals also came with soup; I ordered hot and sour and R ordered egg drop.Strange thing that I noticed while we were waiting for our food. Tables of customers who arrived and ordered after us got their food before we did. When we finally were served, our server apologized for the slow service. Throughout the entire time we were in the restaurant, I overheard our server telling customers at tables near ours, "I'm sorry for the slow service." However, the slow service only affected him and all of his customers. No other servers or food service were delayed. Odd ...Our food was good, as expected with Americanized Chinese food. I enjoy different textures in my food, as long as they're the expected textures, like crunchy cooked cabbage and slightly firmed sautéed bell peppers that were in my twice cooked pork dish. The fried rice was ok, as was the spring roll, which was just warm in temperature. My hot and sour soup was missing the spiciness, but, otherwise, tasted good. R said that his food overall was ok.Lunch specials prices at this Chin Chin location are higher than another Chin Chin location that we visit more often, and, still comparing the two locations, the food portions are a little bigger at this location. I like the decor at this location, though."
"A strong 4 for this Mediterranean dive just off the Emory campus. Expect a line, it's a small joint with few interior seats and a few outdoor tables. It's 95% takeout which works perfectly for its base. I went twice on consecutive days with friends. It was overrun by students who adore them. Fast service at a fair price and it helps to have a delicious product which I can vouch for. I had the shawarma both times with their only desert baklava. I also added dumplings. The counter service is fast! So be ready to order and step aside once complete. It's kinda like a Seinfeld episode of the Soup Nazi if you've seen. Any regulars will get it. The whole operation appears to be family run by Asians. The food was delicious! Most rave about their in-house sauce which is on the hot side in my opinion. Unfortunately no option for tzatziki sauce which I would have preferred. Wow on the dumplings. The baklava.is not in house but respectable and I enjoyed. Do not miss this college dive. Not gourmet, just solid Mediterranean fare at a reasonable price point. Parking is behind the building."

Excellent Hibachi!!!My expectations of non-american food OTP are pretty low. I was totally wrong for walking in here expecting food the same quality as Panda Express lol. The service was great. Everyone was actively making sure you are well taken care of from the chill young woman at front desk, to the chef and the waiters. The smell of smoke was substantially controlled as well. The menu is reasonably priced and the portions are MASSIVE. The food was DELICIOUS!!! SO MUCH FLAVOR! not just butter and soy sauce like most places. The sushi had a little more rice than I would like, but it was pretty ok. I had the hamachi roll.

You had me at sushi burrito! I tried the soy mate tofu bowl and the uncle iroh and both were delicious! I was expecting to have to douce everything in soy sauce however, both items were perfectly sauced! I really appreciate the vegetarian options on the menu! It's a order at the counter and sit anywhere kind of place! They called my name quickly for my meal! I enjoyed the Thai tea as well! If you haven't been to the coda collective food hall it's a nice area with inside/outside seating and games as well. I parked across the street at the AT&T deck and it was 8$ for several hours there.

If you love sushi you should really check this place out! The service was fast and the staff is really attentive. They have an all you can eat menu. They do not have fountain drinks so everything is served per bottle. They don't offer you water off rip they typically ask in the middle of your meal I'm guessing so you can purchase a bottle drink first. It's a nice little venue with the typical chairs and table style dining. You pick from 5 different courses and you pick about 2-3 things from each course. You are allowed to get more once your first set of food is finished.(trust it's a lot of food). Went fairly early during the day so caught the lunch pricing it was roughly about $20 per person including the drink.

Pretty good spot in Duluth. Friend of mine turned me on to this place and I literally drove past 20 other sushi restaurants to get here. It was worth the drive. Small place inside but makes the service more personal. I ordered a rainbow roll and chicken teriyaki plate on my first visit in. Both dishes were well seasoned and delicious! The whole dining experience takes awhile here, the sushi chefs take their time with the food prep, so don't come in for a quick meal. So stop by for some authentic Korean sushi!

Off to a slow start. Ordered something off the menu - as a frost timer I try and tried lightly before I indulge. Ordered the caterpillar roll. The roll that was delivered was missing items... the toppings. Not sure how that happened. But I received the order with a smile. Because of the mistake the roll was comped :-) the have some interesting combinations on the menu at a fair price under the sushi platter section on the menu. What I did find helpful was the menu layout is easy to follow. The udon looks tempting and the description of the "signature broth" was a game changer. I cannot wait to come back and give them another try. There is plenty of parking but remember anticipate a wait since this plaza is full of restaurants and most are crowded during certain hours

I came here under the suggestion of a friend. They told me the Maki wasn't really good, but I didn't want to try it for my first dish. I ended up ordering the shrimp and vegetable teriyaki, which was amazing. I love the sauce they use. I'm happy with the amount of sauce that was on the food. I asked the waiter to bring me out sake and I didn't care what flavor because I wanted to just guess and I enjoy all types of sake, so it was not a bother. And I'm grateful that they Went on a to surprise me. I know how challenging that can be in the food business because everyone is particular but they made an excellent ones so I suggest trying the apple sake.

I ordered the Saba, the Ika, the Toro, the spicy tuna, and the Unagi. My order cost $57. I got 6 pieces of nigiri sushi and 5 pieces of sashimi. The interior was very classy and while I did not stay they had protocols in place for Covid as well as hand sanitizer available and they wore masks when taking my order. There was an outdoor seating area, but it didn't look very comfortable overall.Sushi itself was very good. Everything was fresh and very tasty. The Unagi was fantastic. They did not add too much of the barbecue sauce to it it was more about the flavor and texture of the unagi itself. The Toro was on point and had a good mouth feel as well as a clean palette. The spicy tuna wasn't necessarily very spicy. The saga was fresh. The Ika had the perfect amount of give and it was fresh. The real question is would I go back? I probably would not go back because it was quite a bit more expensive than I expected. I knew it was going to cost a little more, but I really didn't expect it to cost me quite so much.

So it's in my neighborhood so I figure I would give it a shot. It's not super big but just big enough. It can help plenty of people and they have a full bar as well. Parking is free because it's in a complex with other things so you don't have to worry about that. You come and have to wait at the door and then no seat you. It was actually fairly quick. It took a minute to get him in you and to get somebody over but after that it was smooth sailing. They were nice and friendly and I had no issues.I tried the chicken hibachi with fried rice and I tried to spicy shrimp and spicy crab roll. The sushi is $7 a roll basically so I thought I would give it a shot just because. It's a sushi bar after all so I feel like it should be good lol. The food was pretty good. I don't have any complaints. As for a little spice and it didn't have as much spices I wanted to on the hibachi, but that was not the end of the world. It was still good and still tasty.
Visit Restaurant Page"Drove by this spot countless times but finally checked out Sushi Yoko. After stopping by the Tomato 2 Japanese Grocery Store, we stopped by and had a quick lunch. PRO: - Affordable! You don't see $10.95 lunch combos around very much anymore so imagine our surprise when you have 24 options to choose from. Everything on the menu seems very reasonable for lunch. All lunch orders come with ginger salad, miso soup and rice. - Service was good. Our food arrived pretty quick and presentation was nice. CONS:- Location isn't very convenient and the space is very dated. The entrance isn't very obvious and honestly doesn't look very nice from the outside. Main entrance leads down a hall that has two doors at the end: one for the Japanese market and the other for the restaurant. Sashimi quality was OK - not the freshest but you're getting this at a steal. Ginger sauce on the salad was yummy. Grilled salmon was very good albeit it's a small piece. Udon was very basic with only a piece of sweet tofu on top and some scallions. No other garnishes. Parking: private lot (free)Overall, it's A-OK. Glad we had the opportunity to try this place."
"Beautiful restaurant! This is the nicest vegan restaurant I've been to in GA! Ambiance is on point! Many different photo ops throughout the restaurant! Food was fabulous! I tried the bang bang broccoli, the 1000 layer potatoes, crispy rice and the kombucha mojito.Service was just ok they seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. At one point we had two servers coming over asking what we needed and saying oh you didn't order anything but the order was provided to the other staff member. It was confusing for everyone. Regardless of the service the food and ambiance has me sold. I'll be back soon!"
"10/10Literally a hidden gem! This place is SO cute and they have so many options. I'm honestly super surprised this place wasn't as busy as they were. The Lychee Martini pairs perfectly with the sushi. Dean our bartender was wonderful and super warm, he gave us a little history on the company and how long they've been here and other locations. The sampler was 10/10 and for $41 you really can't beat it. Now the black and white sushi wasn't my favorite, for my taste it was too cream cheesy but I should've chosen that. This place is cute either for a date night, a girls catch up, or just a solo date. I'll 100% be back"
"I ordered the steak bowl with white rice and vegetables. The broccoli and zucchini were very good and I liked the rice. I liked that the broccoli was crunchy and not overcooked. There was a lot of steak included with the bowl which was good because it balanced everything out. The steak texture was a little too chewy for me. The restaurant offers bowls, ramen, sides and drinks. This location is in the Lee + White food hall."
"This is another new addition to the food hall scene in Atlanta. The space and the aesthetics inside and out are decorated beautifully throughout. They have plenty of seating areas. Rather, it be booths, tables also some food stalls have bar seating.Halidom Eatery has about eleven different food vendors in total, plus you can grab a drink, at bar,Le Rose, which gets pretty crowded from what I saw. You can also book your own private space, and they have events throughout the month. Unfortunately, the vendors are pretty expensive. I was very indecisive about what I wanted to order, so I went with ATL Dogs. I had a chicken sausage with sweet potato fries, which cost me $19 and some change with a tip included. I would definitely return to try different vendors whenever I'm in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way because there are so many other places that are less expensive serving mediocre food."
"Slow service and mediocre food. Not bad for the area but, for the price, I was hoping for more. Comfy patio and not too crowded during a convention in town."
"50% off all sushi. All the sushi has tasted great. The place is clean on the inside and not busy when I visited. The sushi seems to be priced a little higher than other locations but the sushi is much bigger. Sushi is so big that it may fall apart while eating but that is not a big deal.I ordered the Superman roll, Lenox roll, and Lobster soup. The Lobster soup was a complete miss. There was a ton of mushrooms and a few lobster pieces at the bottom of the bowl but not worth ordering. The Superman roll uses soy paper instead of seaweed wrap. The Lenox roll is a deep fried tempura wrap and it is delicious."
"The food was really good and plentiful! Enough to share for 2 people for around $23.00! I had the grilled shrimp and scallops and grilled veggies with cucumbers and other veggies. It also came with white rice and soup. Service was fast and friendly and a nice ambiance for a moderate date or family friendly. Located on a 2nd floor where you have to take stairs so wear comfortable shoes."
"My favorite sushi restaurant in our neighborhood!Don't let the bland exterior and shopping center fool you. This restaurant is perfect for private lunch or dinners. Every table has its own very private booth. There is also a bar area for more casual seating. The food here is fresh and delicious. They have a variety of "bento" entrees if you're feeling a bit of everything. My personal favorite is the Lady's Bento. Service is always amazing. Very friendly and fast. Prices are reasonable. Definitely a neighborhood favorite!"
"This place is beyond!Stopped into Fukulala for an early dinner with a friend. Nestled in a busy shopping center, however we were able to find parking quickly and were seated immediately. Service was quick and helpful. This place immediately gives off chill vibes with its cozy seating and calming lighting. We immediately ordered. We order the pork belly buns, soju to drink, and a few of the shrimp and salmon signature rolls. Everything was delicious! And good size portion for everything. It was awesome to see it all be made but even better when it tasted amazing! Definitely will be back whenever I'm on this side of town."
"We were craving sushi and stopped by for a few rolls. They seemed like a family-owned small business, with their daughters playing at a table - it reminded me of my own childhood! The service was super friendly. All the fish that we had was fresh. We tried a few Regular Rolls and a Tempura Fried Roll (Godzilla). The tuna inside the Godzilla Roll was cooked, which makes sense looking back, but wasn't what I was expecting when ordering.Since we went on my sister's birthday, we got a free Tempura Cheesecake! It was really yummy - the outside was crispy, while the inside was warm and oozy."
"Buffet styled and only at $9 per lbs!*** Breakfast time is the BEST time!!! *** Easy picks from American to Asian NOT BAD ALL.Only thing I will stay away from will be rolls (not tasteful at all)"
"Come hungry. If you come for dinner they have all you can eat crab legs which are constantly being turned over because people are loading up. They've got sushi, they've got ramen, they have all of your standard hibachi favorites. There is so many things to try here to include matcha ice cream for dessert. Everything is actually made fresh and it is worth the price of Entry"
"Ive visited here quite a few times for their XLB and chocolate dumplings alone.Expertly made Taiwanese 小籠包 xiao long bao (soup dumplings) and dumplings, hidden right here in the suburbs of Metro Atlanta. No pre-order, no hassle, and inexpensive. We are so lucky to have a posh, new restaurant like this. I love coming here when I miss Taiwan. The atmosphere is so engulfing, the smells of 牛肉麵 beef noodle soup and jaozi fill the air, it's intoxicating. Brings me back to Xinyi. I can't wait to visit their Tamsui location next time I visit Taipei."
"Food is so good and affordable! Everything is fresh. Best shrimp fried rice down in this town. I love the small, simple menu. Krab salad was tasty and fresh.. Sushi is good too. Finally something different, simple and good."
"While attending Dragoncon this week we had lunch at Yami Yami. Pretty much you buy food by the pound so you can mix sushi pieces with any of the other foods they have available. Buffet style, you grab your styrofoam container and pour away. Reasonable price and you get a variety of food. Unfortunately, no pics were taken."
"Haven't been here in a while, came for lunch and glad that they haven't changed much.. I got some veggies rolls and pad see ew with chicken. It was very flavorful. I'm glad I came and will definitely be back. My friend had the yellow curry and she loved it..."
"I'm so happy to have found this restaurant on Yelp. I wanted to head to Sandy Springs for other reasons but wanted dinner first with my family. Love the vibe here and the decor. I haven't been to a restaurant in a long time that had the kind of service we experienced. From the front door on, we really felt welcome. The hostess was especially amazing and my daughter at the end of the meal was debating sorbet, and she actually brought a small bowl to her complementary with a little whip cream, compliments from the chef. It was such a nice gesture. Let's talk about the food... My sushi roll. The Mexicana was terrific. It was fresh, spicy, and their spicy mayo was on point. My ginger salad was fresh. My daughter enjoyed her salmon roll. The pickiest one of us all, my boyfriend, always seems to compare every place we go for hibachi to one place that he really really likes. He said their hibachi parallels the place he likes so well. That was shocking to me. He also ordered a nonalcoholic Mojito, which was very refreshing. They do have a full bar, but I decided not to drink last night. I'm so glad that everyone had a terrific meal, and again the service really stood out. This place is a little drive for us but so worth our time. Please give them some love too and keep this business thriving!"
"I had high hopes for Bangkok Thyme after seeing it featured on a local television segment. We were greeted cordially upon entry by a lady who was most likely an owner or manager. After being seated it took some time for us to decide upon our orders so eventually a different lady checked on us. This lady was totally robotic, no smile, no enthusiasm or energy. It was very difficult for her to answer questions about the menu and the options offered. We decided to just point to the items and take them as the chef prepared them. We ordered an appetizer of squid rings which came AFTER our main entrees arrived. We had a sushi order as an app and it arrived with our entrees. The squid rings were tasty and I'd order them again if I ever returned. My entree was so underwhelming I don't remember what it was. The miso soup was ok, and the California rolls were okay.Maybe I should have arrived with a television film crew in order to be treated like a valued customer. The menu isn't cheap versus the quality of the service and the mediocrity of the food. It will be a long Thyme before I return to Bangkok Thyme!"
"Delicious pan fried noodles !! My husband loves pan fried crispy noodles so I am always on the hunt for them. These are outstanding. Nice and spicy !He had the House Pan fried noodles. It cameWith chicken, beef and shrimp and some veggies in a spicy sauce. It also came with a side of rice. We ordered delivery and will definitely order again or come in to the restaurant when we are in Atlanta again."
"While dining at Big B's next door, I noticed the happy hour menu posted on the door at Taka Sushi. It was at that moment I knew I needed to come back and check it out. We'd brought the pup so we needed to sit outdoors... and of course it was raining... but luckily the outdoor seating was covered. Happy hour consisted of half off beers, discounted select glasses of wine, hot sakes & Taka vodka seltzer. $5 California and spicy tuna rolls and $4-5 salmon/tuna/hamachi nigiri. And honestly that's all I need to sustain myself LOL. We ended up gorging on nigiri and rolls - but to fill up further, we ordered off the regular dinner menu. The okonomiyaki hit the spot and the sashimi sampler was chef's kiss! The fish quality seemed lower in the happy hour dishes than the sashimi sampler, which of course, makes sense. I will have to come back again for a full dining experience to get a better picture of it all!"
"Japanese sushi restaurant closed for inside access with to-go window pick up serviceLocated next to Ardens Gardens in the shopping plaza behind the Chevron on North Decatur Road and Clairmont Road. The interior is closed and you can walk up or call ahead or order online. I ordered the 3 roll specials for lunch- the prices are increased, maybe due to Covid 's impact on their business . The sushi was ok tasty, calamari and spicy salmon. Comes with chop sticks and soy sauce packets. The lunch special includes a ginger salad... which consists of slices of iceberg lettuce, carrot spirals, and a ginger dressing. The food was ok. Service was quick but very impersonal. Think - ordering from a vending machine customer service... that is about the level of interaction you have. The prices are decent but I likely would not return here given the numerous other options around."
