"I very much like this place. Super casual, friendly, and the food is always good. But I must quote my friend, the one who introduced me to Vintage Pizzeria some years ago. She says they have, "delicious food, friendly atmosphere, and amazing service. The food is crunchy and gooey and meaty and cheesy and wonderful."I asked what made the atmosphere at Vintage different from any other pizza place and my friend replied: "The lady that usually takes care of me there remembers my name and is always smiling and happy to see me."My friend's go-to meal here is an extra crispy Stromboli with pepperoni bacon and spinach. She says, "It is consistently good. I've never had a bad meal or a bad time there." Truly, neither have I. My wife and I have been several times, and whether you're having the pizza or some pasta, you really can't go wrong with anything on this menu. My wife and I usually split a Caesar salad and it is plenty for the both of us before we get to our entrée. Oh, and there are daily/weekly specials, and lunch specials that are worth examining. Some nights are busier than others. Maybe it's trivia night, or maybe the local softball gang just got done playing, or maybe the breeders are all out with their spawn. But this has never seemed stopped us from getting service and food pretty quickly. I'm not a beer drinker, but the beer list seems pretty decent and I'm sure they change it up with some regularity. Plus there is a full bar if you desire something with more punch and flavor. It's easy to see why Vintage is a neighborhood favorite. Holler if you want to meet me there."
"Came here on a Friday night to see the place more than half-way full. There are both indoors and outdoor seats (with space heaters) available to pick from. I shared an Insalata Mista Sapori, Tagliatelle alla Sorrentina, and Filetto pizza. The salad was well dressed and topped with the fun grape, goat cheese, and nut. For the pasta, though, I found it to be overly salted but still tasty. The filetto pizza was essentially a margarita pizza but with cherry tomatoes on a thin crust which was pretty authentic for what I've tried. Overall, I had a good experience with the food quality and the service being attentive. I wouldn't mind coming again if I was in the area but I would like to try a different dishes instead but still the salad."

The real hit is the pizza that didn't make the picture but was GONE in 10 minutes. The pizza is fresh and very very good. This very much could be a spot for a family on a cute Friday and Saturday evening."
"Pero's Pizza & Pasta is not like homemade by any means but it gets the job done. I came in for the $15 lunch special and it included 2 garlic rolls, Greek salad and lasagna. I enjoyed my meal although the salad did have some wilted lettuce in it. The lasagna was served piping hot and included meat and cheese. The ambience is dimly lit and cozy with mostly booth seating and the service is down-to-earth."
"As we were walking past Pizza Jeans my I said to my bestfriend, "ooh! Their Pizza looks good!" And he looked at me and said, "AND IT IS!!" Now listen, he knows food like I know food so at that moment... I had to have someeeeeeeeee. Walking into the space it def gives off cute pizza bar vibes. The area is super clean, visually attractive and high energy. As I approached the cash register I was excited to see a menu. LoL! Don't judge me, I was afraid I might have to read the writing on the wall. Haha!!! In any case, the hound lady was folding boxes to my left. She was super nice and welcomed me in. She told me to take my time and let her know when I was ready. Oh yeah, you know she got a tip. I love good service. Being in love with the 90's I decided to get a Mall Slice of Cheese and a regular slice of Pepperoni. If you didn't grow up in the 90's, watch an episode of Saved By The Bell so you can understand the art, attraction, and hidden nostalgia of a mall slice. Placed my order, gave her my name and I was off to the side as they crafted my cheesy goodness. When my slices were ready, the guy called my name and as soon as I looked at the plates I was mesmerized. I saw cheese bubbling, plain white greasy plates and uneven crust. I was excitedddddddddddd. Now, as my eyes are first, I let the camera eat second because babeeeeeeee... if I didn't, this review would have been all words. Ha. Though my bestfriend said the pizza was good, I'll be adult enough to admit that he lied. This pizza is amazing. I'm talking, bake me up a whole pie and leave me to my foodie moment alone. A man and his pie. Lmbo. The crust was doughy but had a nice crisp to it. The under crust was this but not too thin, well baked and infused with the sauce and pizza perfectly. Don't ask me which slice tasted better because I am unable to fully evaluate that question until I have 30 more slices of each. LoL. The cheese has its humble charm while the pepperoni had its texture variation and added robust pops of flavor, however, one thing for sure is that BOTH Slices were bite after bite of cheesy joy. If you're in the area and ready for a pizza filled moment of pure happiness, head to Pizza Jeans and get you some food joy!!"
"I hadn't been to Fellini's in years and it was still as good as I remember, My companion loved it and said it's the best pizza he's had since moving to Georgia from the east coast."
"Good pizza! stopped in at this spot on a Saturday night- to my surprise there was no wait which was nice! It is a small restaurant so I would expect at peak times there could be waits. To start we tried the burrata which had sweet potatoes, mozzarella, and beets. Which was delicious! The pizzas were 16-18$ each and there were several vegetarian options. I tried the fungi and polpetta without the meatballs. The server informed us they could make any pizza vegetarian. I liked the polpetta over the fungi pizza! The parking was valet behind the restaurant. I managed to get lucky and find free parking across the street in a lot.Service was good- very attentive!"
"We dropped in for drinks and appetizers! The bar tender (and owner) was great. He dropped by to check-in on us and offered his take on many of his drink creations. Definitely stop in to check it out."
"Some might prefer a New York style pie, others like Neapolitan and a few midwesterners will swear by deep dish. Buckhead Pizza opened in 2008 and aims to define an Atlanta style pizza, with several locations now across the city.Regardless which style of pizza one desires, a few things about pizza should be consistent. The quality of crust is perhaps the most important factor to consider and this is where Buckhead Pizza struggles the most. A very cardboard like consistency that is simply unpleasant and largely tasteless. It's somewhat reminiscent of old Domino's crusts back in early 2000s and while I'd hope the that Buckhead Pizza is less synthetic than the big chains, the bottom line is that the recipe needs a lot of work. The rest of ingredients were fairly as expected, but pepperoni was minimal and even the cheese does not taste great, with odd artificial aftertaste. All around, Buckhead Pizza is a disappointment on the pizza quality itself on a delivery experience. Perhaps dining in is better."
"Dolo's is legit! The Matey is phenomenal and watching the pizzas get made was like watching an artist work! Definitely will be going back to try some of the other creations!!!"
"Fellini's has the look, feel, and even the smell of an old-school pizzeria. I loved seeing the hot pizza oven, front and center, as soon as we walked in. We ordered a large pie with mushrooms, tomatoes, and ham (they do half-pie toppings here) and issued a framed postcard so that our order could find us in the dining room. Seating space is plentiful here, including an expansive indoor dining space and patio spacing outdoors. We sat indoors, where an otherwise industrial space was made to feel cozy with soft lighting and splashes of artwork all around the perimeter. Our pizza arrived at our table within ten minutes and found it to be better than average for Atlantan pizza. The sauce is excellent - neither too sweet nor salty - and the crust had a unique chew beneath the crisp. Interestingly, we noticed our slices with ham had become a little soggier than the ones without, which made us wonder if certain toppings might release moisture to the detriment of our pie. Either way, we devoured most of our pie and appreciated that Fellini's keeps their takeout boxes on a helpful table by the dining space so that you can easily retrieve whatever you need on your own. Service here is brusque yet efficient. Since most things are set up for self-service, we enjoyed the ability to dine without having servers repeatedly check in on us. The parking lot outside is small but seemed more than enough spaces on a weekday night (weekends might be another story). We were also happy to discover they're open until midnight, so we'll certainly be keeping Fellini's as an option for late night eats."
"Giving three stars b/c they're one of the only spots open till 4am. Pizza looked good but was weak. Crust/dough was sooo soft, tasted more like an open face grill cheese. Was done with it after one slice ( I am a native NY'er and frequently make my own pizza so could be biased). I did love the carolina bbq wings- we need this flavor at more spots! Fried shrimp was good too but skip the pizza."

Vintage Pizzeria serves Jersey style pizzas, pastas, salads, and drinks from their full bar. It has a vibe that could personify the essential neighborhood bar or neighborhood pizza joint. They really aim to serve families, couples, and people just trying to grab a bite. Their pizzas are solid enough and come at a pretty reasonable price for what you get. A large will feed two hungry people or three average hungry people. Expect the cheese to slightly cover most of the toppings, but fear not, they are hiding under there. The largest salads will feed probably five or six people. They're fresh and crisp. Service is prompt and friendly. They're quick to provide refills and check on you often without being too much. The parking lot is a little annoying and tight for larger cars. Part of the parking lot dead ends to the right as you enter.

Sapori di Napoli holds a very special place in my heart. It's the restaurant my boyfriend and I had our very first date at 6 years ago this upcoming May. I made a reservation last week to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, and we were seated immediately after checking in at the host stand. There was a line ahead of us to speak to the host, so we were glad we had a reservation! They had a reserved sign on our table and everything! Upon being seated, we were soon met by our waitress. She was kind and attentive. We enjoyed glasses of Montepulciano, complimentary bread, the Insalata Regina, and the same pizza we ordered on our first date: the Popeye. It was just as good as we remembered! We loved everything, from the cozy ambiance to the welcoming staff to the delicious food! Thank you for serving us--we'll be back!

I've ordered delivery and pickup from this place a couple of times and have had great experiences every time! I usually get the deluxe slices and man are they good. This is a hole in the wall place for pizza that I will come back to over and over again.

Charlie has been in business for over 40 years in this location. Absolutely amazing! He is such a nice man and has become a local figure in Buckhead. Their pizza and pasta is top notch. They also have wonderful salads I highly recommend Pero's for lunch and or dinner. Clean comfortable seating with great wait staff.

Quick and friendly service. The portions were huge and kids loved it. We ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza and according to my kids this is the best pizza they've ever had. Cheesy and crunchy just the way they like it.

It's me, not you. If you like American-style pizza, you'll love Fellini's. It's quick, inexpensive, service was super friendly, the terrace was fun, and the beer was cold. But if you like Italian pizza, you'll dislike this gloomy mess as much as I did. The crust seems fine, but the American food obsession that more is better made this pizza less. I hadn't been to a Fellini's Pizza since my sons were teenagers. And they're now in their 30s. And now I remember why. Next time -- if there is one -- I'll order a whole pizza made the way I like it: fewer ingredients, less cheese and less tomato sauce so you can taste the crust and the vegetables.

I enjoy this little pizza spot. It's not that far at all, and the service is always good! It's a small shop, not the biggest restaurant, but it works! They have some space at the bar, and some outside seating, but it just depends on what time you get there! The restaurant has the pizza oven going, and everything seems to be fresh.I got the meatballs as an appetizer. They were good and have 3 different types of meat in it. Pretty decent. I also got the wicked pie for a pizza. Now that was good and had a good flavor. They have a lot of different types of pizzas, I would need to come several times to try all of the different types (and I plan on it).

Service goodServer know the menu? YESMy son came in for a pizza My son enjoyed the pizza..... thinner crust... cooked well through ... robust tomatoes sauce and dough. Due to my food allergies, I went with a simple salad.... Fresh chill lettuce and crisp... no complaints here
Visit Restaurant Page"My @diningoutatl Passbook is my go to method of trying New restaurants in the city and surrounding areas.Last night I tried @athenspizza for the first time and I can definitely see why it's a neighborhood favorite.@athenspizza clearly has a regular crowd. Each evening offers a different special. Monday was "Baked Spaghetti" ; which was ordered. I also wanted to try the Mediterranean Pizza and ordered a small 6in.The pizza was absolutely delicious and the crust was divine! The spaghetti contained mushrooms which I enjoyed but, if you don't like them you'll need to request for them to be omitted. Great food and friendly service! I'll definitely be back!"
"The food was good the service was exceptional and the price was high! The ambiance was vey dim and quiet it was rather romantic we went with the whole family. It was a birthday celebration and everything was amazing! Thank you for a good time."
"Counter style ordering. Neighborhood pizza jointPros: Quick serviceFriendly staffYummy pizzaCons: Limited indoor seating and even more limited parking ( you have to park down the adjacent side street along the road)"
"We've ordered many times through delivery but never had a chance to actually eat at the restaurant until now! Lots of parking available and space inside. The menu includes appetizers (like fried ravioli), salads, special features, pizzas and both italian and pasta specialties. While their dishes are around $20, the portion sizes are pretty huge and you will be guaranteed to have leftovers. Our table came with a basket of fresh garlic knots/rolls which were so yummy!Chicken Parmesan ($20): our go to item. You get two pieces of chicken that is nicely fried over a bed of spaghetti noodles with sauce on top. The meat isn't dry and there's plenty of sauce. Our favorite thing to do is to mix these noodles with the fettucine alfredo - it makes such a delicious sauce!Spaghetti with meat sauce (+ a meatball $2, total $19): classic meat sauce. What surprised me was the meat ball and how juicy and flavorful it was!Blackened alfredo pasta with shrimp ($28): we typically get the fettucine alfredo with shrimp but decided to change it up a bit and get the blackened version. It's essentially the same thing except you're paying an extra $3 for the blackened seasoning they sprinkle on top. It's good but I don't think is $3 extra worth. I would opt for the original, they give you a generous portion of shrimp and the sauce is delicious Overall, I think this place hits the spot if you're craving classic Italian dishes. Recommend with the chicken parmesan and the fettucine alfredo - come hungry!"
"Nice clean and happening! We ordered cheeseburgers. Service was quick. Nicole and I had a beer too. We were in town for the French Festival which was a couple of blocks away. That was fun. The restaurant has inside and outdoor seating. The burgers and fries were no joke and good, but perhaps that I was just especially hungry."
"After a day of exploring Lil 5 Points, I decided to grab some pizza from Savage Pizza. For a Saturday evening, the place was busy, but there were seats available both inside and out. Since it was hot, I opted to sit inside. Be aware that parking can be tricky and difficult to come by, so be prepared to pay for parking or find a spot nearby.I looked over the menu and decided to order a Medium 13"Pizza Buttafucco (Meat Lovers), which comes with 6 slices and is made with red tomato sauce, Italian sausage, seasoned ground beef, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, mozzarella, and parmesan ($17.99). I also got a fountain drink for $1.49. The wait for the pizza was about 10-15 minutes, and it came fresh out of the oven. The pizza was amazing. All the meats, from the Italian sausage to the Canadian bacon, were seasoned and cooked just right. The dough and crust were perfect--not too tough--making each slice very desirable and flavorful. The slices were big enough to make you full off a few: I thoroughly enjoyed my pizza and the comic/superhero aesthetic of the place, to the point where I could see myself coming back frequently. I suggest anyone who loves pizza and comics to try Savage Pizza."
"Great new addition to the chastain park neighborhood. Super cute inside and great service. The food and cocktail options are great, you can't go wrong. The pizzas are a must. The crust is so soft and fluffy. The chicken parm and the eggplant Mariana were actually my favorites though! The chicken parm is a very large portion! It's a fun place to come and split things with a group!"
"Great pizza spot. You definitely get your moneys worth. The my definitely don't skimp on the toppings. 1 pizza is enough to be split amongst 2 people."
"If you love thin sliced pizza, this is the spot. Great for family, date, lunch, networking spot. Located in new plaza in the smoke rise area. Pizza, calzones, salad, dessert, alcohol, juice. The best part is the addition self serve. Fresh garlic, pepper, oil the spicy oil was amazing. Very pleasant staff."
"Pizza Verdura Sincera was one of the best plant-based pizzas we've had in Atlanta. We don't usually get pizza often because most places are quite overpriced for plant-based products but this was a great place. I personally eat meat but still enjoyed this place and will certainly come back with any vegetarians or vegans. It was affordable, delicious, and a great spot all around! We were able to split the regular size between 2 people."
"I had an amazing experience here today, we were the first customers to arrive. The staff was friendly and personable.I ordered a slice of pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, feta cheese and spinach. The pizza was delicious and the toppings were very fresh. I also had a small slice of lasagna which was delicious as well. The menus were pretty and easy to read. I love the fact that they offer slices of pizza and not just a whole pie, the same for the lasagna too, you have a choice of small portion or large portions.I also love the decor spacious seating. I will definitely come here again, maybe I'll have two slices next time."
"I've been coming here since the 90s and it's always great quality. No wonder they are still in business. I ordered Mom a small pizza for herself (not pictured) and a pasta primavera for me and my little one. My son really loved the flavor and texture of the garlic knots that came w/ the pasta. As did I. The portions are big enough for two or three. Eat here, you won't be disappointed."
"Had a craving for a pizza slice so I stopped by this location. It has plenty of parking which was convenient since its on a busy road. I ordered a slice of white pizza and added pepperoni. I asked the baker to only place it in the oven for half the normal time. He let me see the slice before boxing it to make sure it was cooked to my liking. The slice was great. Really cheesy and helped sooth my pizza craving."
"I felt like having some pizza and was glad to find this place that sold it by the slice. The booth is attractive and they had a few pizzas available. The slice I got was the special and was around $7. It was a large slice and they threw it in the oven to heat up. It took a bit longer than I thought and after abour5. minutes, I got my slice on a paper plate. The temperature was good and the combination of toppings was really good. the honey was a nice touch and there was a good spice to it. The crust thickness was great for me, not too thick or too thin. It was a substantial piece of food that filled me up. I also got a canned drink from here and the price was fair."
"I usually choose a restaurant based on cuisine. Sometimes my decision is based on location. And tonight? I wanted a patio to get in the last licks of summer. Since it was overcast with a strong threat of rain, the patio needed a protective overhang.Vespucci's it is!Technically our dinner was 3.4 stars, rounded up because the patio was recently refurbished and just what I was looking for. Plus our server was solicitous and really good.We ordered a cheapie bottle of chardonnay -- $20, and it wasn't half bad! -- which we enjoyed with Vespucci's signature breadsticks and marinara sauce. As you can see from my photos, our entrees look good, but frankly lacked oomph! Bring on the garlic! Even the capers in T's chicken picata were bland -- which to be fair, may be the preference of their clientele. (Hey! We're not in New York, and I noticed a lot of seniors Saturday night.)We splurged on dessert, sharing an order of mini cannoli's. Some restaurants in GA fill cannoli shells with whipped cream -- a big yech! Vespucci's uses an authentic filling of ricotta, perhaps mixed with mascarpone and a drizzle of chocolate. Very good! All in all, a lovely evening with a not-half-bad dinner."
"I've ordered delivery a few times from here and also picked up as well.First off, Steven (hopefully spelled correctly) comes off as a very genuine guy cooking up some solid food. Originally from Pittsburgh but his last major gig was at Greenbriar in West Virginia. I was impressed with how quickly and thoroughly he got back to me regarding a few questions I had for him.Secondly, I'm extremely impressed with the dough he's using here. He's got the fermentation time and process down. Steven also said he pretty much built a stone oven in his backyard and got started cooking for friends and grew via word of mouth.Thirdly, all of the pizza's are topped perfectly and topping distribution is on point as well. Quality of all the toppings and cheese has been spot on as well. Lastly, all of the specifications I've asked for via different POS platforms have been addressed. Whether extra garlic sauce here or something there.I look forward to frequenting this place and if you are a pizza connoisseur you must try. I'm putting Steven in my top 5 ITP pizzas for sure at the moment."
"We have at Sunnyside Pizzeria now a couple of times, and we really like it.They have a really cute restaurant in the atmosphere is great. It's a Neapolitan style pizzeria. My favorite pizza there is the hot honey pizza with pepperoni. It's delicious! My husband has had both the Mexicana and the Diavola, and he enjoyed both. We love the crust and that it's wood fired. They also serve pastas and more. The staff who work there have always been nice. And the kitchen is in the main restaurant, so it's cool that you can see the chefs prepare the pizza.I love that you can make a reservation. Plus, they also serve gelato!"
"I came here for an early dinner around 5 pm on a Friday. There were still plenty of tables to pick from but I imagine they do get busy so highly advise making reservations for larger or later plans. Indoor and outdoor seats in their enclosed patio with space heaters are available. For an appetizer we shared their Vongole E Cozze Al Sugo Di Pomodoro which came in a white wine, tomato sauce with 4 crunchy toasted slices of bread. This even came with the mini forks and plate for shells so you can TRY to keep your hands clean! For entrees, we split their Home Run Pizza and Pappardelle Antonio. The pizza had a well developed crust with a hearty amount of toppings. I really liked the long wide noodles with lots of sausages and bell peppers. Overall, the food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. Ambience was both casual and fancy so definitely wear what you want. I would love to come here again and highly recommend others to check them out!"
"Junior's Pizza reminds me of New York's pizza. The slices were thin and crisp. The crust had a nice crunch to it. Yum!Buffalo bill slice with blue cheese ($5.15): This slice was tasty, but I'm not a fan of buffalo sauce due to its tanginess. And the sauce here was tangy indeed. The little chicken pieces helped tame the kick in the buffalo sauce.White slice with anchovies ($5.40): I love a white pizza, and Junior's did it right. With $.75 extra for anchovies, every salt-filled bite reminded me of Italy. The dollops of ricotta cheese (?) definitely soften the saltiness of things. Even the hubs loved my pick.If you're a fan of New York style pizza, you can get it by the slice here or a whole pie. I would highly recommend!"
"Placed a call in for two slices. Service was great on the phone and when I arrived. The pizza slices and restaurant gave authentic NY pizza vibes. The pizza tastes great and the size of the slice reminded me of NY as well. I'd definitely recommend and visit again."
"I loved the design and interior of this restaurant. Tables are spaced out enough that you have privacy. Our server was quick to take our drink order and leave menus. After tasting our Coke, it was flat, so she easily changed it out for iced tea. There are pizzas, appetizers, salads and a few sandwiches. I settled on a meatball hoagie with chips. The sandwich came quickly and was a nice size. The bun was toasted nicely and the sandwich was nice and hot. The meatballs were good and I loved the sauce and cheese. Good choice! Our server, and sadly I don't remember her name, was fantastic."
"My Mr. and I wanted pizza for dinner and was looking for some local places nearby. Urban Pie seem to have really good reviews so we gave it a try. We ordered takeout via online through Yelp. We ordered:Spinach salad (large)Margherita pizzaMirkwood BBQ chicken pizzaGranted on a Saturday night it was busy which was understandable. When my Mr got there at estimated pick up, it wasn't ready. There were three orders before him. Again, he was patient and was cool about it. When he got home, there were a couple of things that was wrong with our order. He asked for Jalapeños on his pizza. Did not add. Paid for large salad, got a small. Asked for lemon vinaigrette dressing, received Balsamic. I thought the food was good. Loved my Margherita pizza. The crust was on point and the sauce had a great flavor. With tip we paid $60.00 (with tip) for two 12" inch pizzas and a large salad (paid for a large only got a small). Very pricey in my opinion. He didn't feel like walking back because we were tired from a long drive from Cincy so we just dropped it. If the order was right, then the money we spent would've been well worth it."
