Food was great, good flavor and variety. Not your average Mexican food stop. Great service.

Update: Things have gone downhill when it comes to service. They don't care as muchbas they used to and the servers will just walk by you and not make eye contact so they don't have to helpyou.

I have been coming to Oaxaca for a few years, and I have never been disappointed. The food is always so flavorful and the drinks are always just as good. It's a casual restaurant and the vibes are fairly authentic. It's not the biggest restaurant, but there is still plenty of seating if that makes sense. This particular time, I went around brunch, and they do have a brunch menu. You can also order from the regular menu as well if you don't want to eat from the brunch one. I got the chilaquiles and a pastor taco for my meal. Both were very good. The chilaquiles was a huge portion, and I was honestly able to eat only about half of it. The pastor taco was so good. It was definitely a little dry, but they have sauces that you can dip and/or drizzle. I washed it all down with a spicy pineapple margarita, which was very refreshing. Overall, Oaxaca is a great place to go for brunch, lunch, or dinner. The service is great and the prices are pretty moderate. They have a huge menu, so you are bound to find something you like. And if you're not too sure, ask your server. They do a great job at answering questions you may have as well as offering recommendations.

One of the best fish tacos I've ever had! The Baja Fish Taco here is amazing! It is full of flavor and the fish is very tender.We also tried the Barbacoa, Al Pastor, and Chorizo tacos, but they weren't anywhere close to as good as the Baja Fish Taco. The other three tacos were slightly dry and the Al Pastor was way too tough for my taste: this is why my rating is a 4 and not a 5. Ordering take-out was very easy, I was able to order and pay over the phone. The staff was very nice, and the inside of the restaurant was cute.We'll give them another shot in the next few weeks!

Everything about this place is a yes! Drinks, food and service is amazing! Definitely recommend!

Oaxaca Tacos and Tequila Bar has a cute trendy space with a unique drink selection that tequila and mezcal lovers will enjoy. The cocktails here are some of the best I've ever had, I highly recommend anything that contains their housemade infused tequila. Unfortunately for a place that names itself after its tacos the tacos are subpar; the barbacoa was extremely dry and the lengua was underseasoned. If you can get in on a busy weekend night you'll enjoy the drinks for sure, but I would personally avoid the tacos!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Lawrenceville!!! This time I got the shrimp and chicken taco on a flour tortilla. The meat was seasoned well on both and it comes with onions and cilantro on the top. They were ok , they would be better with sour cream and cheese but that was extra. The rating was based off of the tacos . The street corn was good but this was my first time eating street corn. The service and ambiance was good like usual.

10/10 ambience!! I tried theseasonal huitlacoche mushroom quesadillaand its safe to say I was not a fan of thembut we got tacos and they were killer!! The chips and salsa were really delicious and refreshing. Everything was super fresh and tasted delicious! I would definitely recommend if you're in the area looking for yummy mexican food! They give decent portions for a good price and service was friendly. I saw a sign that said they had bottomless horchatas (unfortunately while I was leaving) and will have to come back to try some!

Great atmosphere, service was prompt, and food was outstanding! The tortas are HUGE and full of flavor, and my steak tampequina was delicious. This will be a place we put on our regular rotation. The only thing that makes me sad is that we didn't discover it sooner!!

I came here with my husband and my family for dinner and the food never disappoints!! It's a very clean restaurant and the service here is great!The drinks are delicious and well made too! Definitely recommend coming here!
