My family and I checked this out on a Fri night just to go somewhere different and we may have found a new go-to. Most of my praise is probably because of how kid-friendly the place is while the grownups can get decent Tex-Mex (of course, this goes without saying that we know we're not expecting authentic)."I loooove queso," my daughter announced each time she dipped her chips for a bite. Nothing more needs to be said. I got the chicken enchiladas, our kids had hard tacos with generous servings of rice as a side. While I can't remember what my husband ate, I do remember we had our fair share of yucca fries which is a family favorite we used to get but is no longer served at Green Coyote. We'll be back soon.

This is one of the harder reviews I have had to write because it seems to be a good place with good and fresh food. I however just did not love it. I have to say first of all, I did not like that they did not offer a lunch menu. I am not sure I know of another Mexican restaurant that does not offer lunch specials. So for no real main dish on the menu at less than $10, it's going to be more expensive that what most people think. I got a bowl which was served in a taco shell bowl which was nice. There were two things I did not like about it. One was the texture. Everything in there was very fine diced including the chicken. So it was a very smooth bowl of food without much texture at all. Even the guacamole was completely smooth with no chunks of avocado. Also there was a slight flavor to the chicken that was not what I had expected. It was slightly bitter and acidic. I am not sure what that was and whether they might marinate the chicken in something, but it was not cohesive to the rest of the bowl. The ingredients seemed to be good quality so maybe perhaps it was just this one dish. Also, a little odd but I never saw the same server twice. Five different people came by my table and one of them was part of the kitchen staff because they had on an apron and gloves. It was not bad service by any means, it was just odd. Overall, I don't have really any bad things to say about this place. It was just that several small or odd things added up to me not enjoying it as much.

We've been to Fresco a few times and always have great experiences. The food is really good, the staff is so friendly. We've tried various dishes including enchiladas, tacos, and grilled chicken entrees. They also have unique sides, such as elote and yuca fries. The menu is large and has a variety of items to suit your taste. The kids' menu is a good value since the portions are large. I would say the only thing I didn't love was the basic red salsa that comes with the chips. The vibe is nice too, and my kids love pointing out all of the skull decor.

I wish the experience were consistent. One day it's awesome. Another they sigh when they see me, ask me to order to go even though they don't close for 25 more minutes and have 5 tables still there and I'm all alone and a regular. If I want a margarita and a taco, I coulda been in and out and a great review... again. The food is good and the vibe is fun or miserable depending on the mood of the staff or what manager is working I guess.

Was in town for business and had the knack for Mexican. This place had good reviews so I headed over. I sat at the bar since I was alone and was warmly received by the bartender. I got the house margarita. Really good for a house margarita. The chips and salsa were excellent. A good kick but flavorful and not too hot. I decided on the grilled chicken burrito and it had a great grilled flavor to it. The sauce on the burrito tasted excellent and I finished the whole thing (plus the whole basket of chips and salsa)! I got the side of Mexican rice and it was very fresh. Truth be told, I hadn't eaten since morning but it was all really good nonetheless. This will be my go to Mexican when I return to the area. PS - It's not overly fancy but it's very clean and welcoming.

Came here for the first time. It was surprisingly good. The place was easy to find and plenty of parking. Came in for lunch and it was not overly busy. Had three wait staff who all took care of everyone. Ordered chicken fajitas with Mexican rice black beans. It was good quality and quantity. The beans were very good and a large portion. They also provided chips and salsa with the meal. The team was very attentive to everyone in the restaurant. They were also knowledgeable about their menu. The ambiance was good as well. Music playing over the whole place and was good. Enjoyed and will be back.

We leaned into Yelp and tried a new place... great experience! The menu is not pages and pages to sort through- I liked that. Speaking of likes- here are two LOVES:There is a choice of flour or corn tortillas. (There is something about the smell of corn tortillas that I don't like) and, two, it turned out that because we were there on a Wednesday it was house margaritas for $6.99. Great price, huh? But it was just fantastic! It was made with pride and quality ingredients! (Those of you who have had something in a glass that was made with a neon mix know what I am talking about!). It was so enjoyable! Amazing! The staff were very attentive and the service was quick. We sat inside to try to avoid the pollen but there was a cute side patio that looked inviting!

The food was awesome! We went for lunch and got a chimichanga with ground beef and black beans on the side and the shredded chicken quesadilla with yuca fries on the side. The yuca fries were crispy and amazing! The black beans were super flavorful! Everything was great! The service was great, staff was walking around refilling salsa and offering more chips when we were low. I definitely recommend going!
