Delicious and juicy birria quesa tacos. The birria broth was so tasty that I wanted to just drink it straight. The service was quick and helpful. Great place for friend and family hangout.

Wow! We ordered the first time, we are thinking it would just be regular Mexican food but the food was SO GOOD. the Birria is SO flavorful! We did takeout so not sure about service actually there, but I did stop by to pick up one time and saw it's just a little shop - maybe some would even call hole in the wall. Anyway - I def recommend the food!

Can't believe I haven't been here before. We have been obsessed with Birria tacos for a while now. I saw someone mentioned that this was a good option in Duluth. It is in a rather inconspicuous appearing small shopping center. You can definitely tell it's authentic because there's a wide variety of Hispanic people and other ethnicities that were eating here around lunchtime when we came. Service is a countertop. Our cashier didn't speak much English, but we were able to get by with our rudimentary Spanish. Some of the other workers that speaks English fluently.They were promoting the birria ramen with two tacos. We definitely had to try that out especially on a cold winter day. The consummate was not as flavorful as I was used to but still very delicious and full of meat. Ramen was pretty standard. The tacos were delicious although there was a bit too much cheese from my liking. It's absolutely genius that they put the Ramen in the consummate just because there's no reason to ever waste it. it was fulfilling that I was able to be full after just one taco.I absolutely love the bar with variety of pickled vegetables. The variety including fresh limes, made it easier to eat the otherwise greasy food.Overall, very modest place, but definitely one of the better and more authentic restaurants I have seen in Duluth. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

Extremely fast and efficient service -- I received my food within 10 minutes. The quesadilla was tasty, although a tad bit too greasy and lacking some crispiness. Consomé was great, no complaints there.

Food good but they so damn stingy wtf do you mean i can't get no extra sauce ? For three tacos one sauce each? Every other location has the cups out and don't charge extra for salsa , wtf you gone do charge me for a lime? Every other location lets you get extra anything you want and they stingy asses ain't even got no lil cups or nothing i had to ask for them just to be told "it already comes with it" no shxt..? I want extra doofus . A single small ass salsa cup for 6 tacos . Yall suck really blew me . Be fr tiny ass cup skimp ass location

I love El Indio!! I have taken 3 people here and they have all loved it. When quesabirria was a huge trend they were one of the first places to have it on the menu. And it's delicious here. In fact everything is delicious! They even humor me and let me order in high school Spanish! Everything is soo good, in fact here's a funny story. My friend and I came for lunch and we each ordered 3 tacos. Long story short we both ended up ordering more, about 6 tacos per person and it was so worth it because it's super tasty. I definitely recommend!! Just be cool with it if you're not used to more authentic places, everyone will be super nice to you and very understanding!

This is seriously some of the best food I've had in a while. First time I've been here and I can't wait to come back.

The most authentic tacos that you can get in Duluth. First time here and everything was delicious. Service was quick. We ordered tongue tacos, Al pastor quesadillas and birria tacos. I wish the tacos and consome had more cilantro. We sat in to eat and everyone was quiet, that's how you they were all enjoying the delicious food. Will definitely be back.
