"We had a large team event here and were able to try a bunch of appetizers, have a plated dinner and also enjoy a dessert. The appetizers were delicious but it take a long time for them to come out. Our servers were fantastic though and kept us up to date on delays and such. The overall ambiance was nice but also not anything exceptional. I had the trout for dinner and it was very over cooked but also had taken so long to come out that I wasn't hungry anymore. The green beans paired with it on the other hand were fantastic. Overall, this was a good experience and I'd be up for visiting again!"
"No Mas is a favorite spot of mine. Some friends and I came here after a wine making class in the area. We were seated immediately and our server began helping us immediately too. I love the decor here. The service is always amazing and I absolutely love parking for free. There are so many photo opportunities in this restaurant and their gift shop is amazing. We all enjoyed our food and appreciated the great service. We're already planning another visit as a group."

"My husband and I brought my teenage son for his first visit with his friends to celebrate his birthday. Staff is super competent and welcoming. Our drinks were refilled numerous times and the free chips and salsa were amazing. We also got the queso which was delicious. My son and friend split the beef fajitas with an extra order of flour tortillas, other friend got chicken enchiladas, my husband ordered the shrimp barbacoa, and I tried the Holy Tacsos, a vegetarian dish which was unique to me and delicious. The staff came with a big sombrero hat for my son and sang him Happy Birthdya in Spanish and a free dessert with birthday candle which I loved. Thanks for a fabulous birthday dinner for my teen!"
"I was so sad when their other location Takorea closed down a few years ago, so I was excited to finally make my way over to Hankook. It's a pretty small parking lot but I came for an early Friday dinner and was able to find parking! This place is pretty no frills, but the staff is super friendly and helped me with placing an order. I just got a taco combo with the beef bulgogi taco and a pork taco with sesame fries and a soda. The food came out super fast which I appreciated and I was able to snag a booth as well. I loved the sauce on each and the price to value here just can't be beat. The star of the meal though has to be their sesame fries. OMG. I literally finished them all!! Overall, great quick service meal with some interesting flavors. Definitely check them out."
"Came here for date night dinner and it was so good!! I had a drink that I didn't love, but my boyfriend had a house margarita that he thought was delicious. They have indoor and outdoor seating and it's decorated really cute too"
"My friend invited me to dinner here recently and I enjoyed it very much. They share parking with a host of other businesses, but I had no problem finding a space. We didn't make reservations and were seated promptly. Our server was very pleasant. They had a large selection of margaritas and I decided on the Texas margarita. I probably wouldn't order this again. It contained a lot of sour mix and wasn't very fresh. To eat, I ordered the camarones deluxe without cheese and added mushrooms. The food was good overall.I'd definitely return if I'm in the area."
"What a fantastic venue!!Atmosphere was hoppin, trendy, open, and hip, the food was some of the best I have ever eaten, bold, artisan, and full of fantastic combinations, however you are going to pay for what you get... it is on the high side. Our service was outstanding... we never wanted for anything and they didn't hover. The place was full and rockin, but somehow they managed to come around just enough. We started with chips and salsa like any Mexican Food place but the salsa was AMAZING! The right combination of heat, flavored, freshness, and consistency. It was a sign of good things to come! Then we had an appetizer of the Tostada pork belly. Seriously.. OOOH MY GODDIE... IT WAS SO AMAZINGLY TOO HOTTIE! A symphony in my mouth of the best combinations of flavors I have ever had. This might be the singularly most delicious dish I have ever eaten. The flavors exploded with ecstasy as I chewed. If for no other reason you have to come and try this! After this I thought that the main meals would fall short. There was no way that anything else could come close. They proved me wrong. Everything was outstanding. What a find... a truly spectacular meal in every way! Yes it is pricey, but it delivers out of this world food!"
"Have had this restaurant on my list since we initially moved to the metro ATL area. We happened to be nearby and decided to come in around 6pm on a Saturday. There was no wait at the time and were able to get seated but shortly after the dinner rush began and folks were having to wait. It's a cozy spot with good service. They have a kid's menu which we ordered from for our 2 year old. Our son loves guacamole but theirs has jalapeño in it so it ended up being a no go. To eat I had the steak tacos and they were tasty and filling. Reminded me of the type of tacos from our time in Mexico. The esquites were also on point. Bonus was I ordered a margarita and they were having an anniversary celebration so my margarita was a 2 for 1. Would come back without hesitation when in the area."
"Parking lot was extremely small but they were not really busy.Place is cozy on the inside. Waitress was extremely nice but did not speak English. The menus are in English and I know some Spanish. This was not a problem at all but wanted others to know. The pineapple juice was good. No pulp so it probably came from a can.I ordered the Large Nachos. It comes with chicken and steak. Everything tasted great and I love that they brought me 4 different salsas."
"Ordered the cheese dip as an appetizer: exceptional cheese dip.Scarlet Bean quesadilla as an entree: really good, especially with some cheese dip on it. Those were the biggest beans I've ever seen! They taste like a mix between red beans and black beans. The quesadilla tasted better day two haha.Service was friendly, we sat at the bar. The "bottom shelf" reposada tequila tasted like top shelf.Highly recommended."
"My family and I checked this out on a Fri night just to go somewhere different and we may have found a new go-to. Most of my praise is probably because of how kid-friendly the place is while the grownups can get decent Tex-Mex (of course, this goes without saying that we know we're not expecting authentic)."I loooove queso," my daughter announced each time she dipped her chips for a bite. Nothing more needs to be said. I got the chicken enchiladas, our kids had hard tacos with generous servings of rice as a side. While I can't remember what my husband ate, I do remember we had our fair share of yucca fries which is a family favorite we used to get but is no longer served at Green Coyote. We'll be back soon."

Really happening place for happy hour - the drinks are good and the happy hour foods are delicious! I really liked that they have QR codes so you can pay whenever. The vibe is different depending on if you're sitting in the bar area or the hotel area. Service was good too although it seems like only certain areas of the restaurant are available for the happy hour menu sometimes (it was fine that night I went but the waitress was very confused because usually it's only in the bar part)

We dined at this restaurant while meeting some out-of-town friends who were staying in downtown Atlanta. Pleasantly surprised, they have two hour complementary parking in the lot behind the restaurant. The interior of the restaurant looks colorful and artistic with a slight day of the dead theme. They have a gift shop and café right next to the restaurant. Our server was friendly, and she took our beverage order quickly. She took a little too long to return to our table to take our food order. Nevertheless, we were amazed at how quickly the food was served after our order had been taken. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food. Being that we're all originally from California, we have a pretty good sense of what good Mexican food tastes like. They have a brunch menu on the weekends, and two of us ordered egg dishes. I enjoyed the breakfast quesadilla, and added chorizo, which apparently is made in house. It's in the downtown area, not too far from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, so if you're looking for some good Mexican food as well as free parking, then I would definitely recommend you try this restaurant. Cheers

I have been trying to get here FOREVER but it's always packed and I see why! Nothing like an authentic Mexican restaurant that has anything you think you want! The menu, the parking, the food, the drinks were 10/10!! Our waitress was a gem! Explained everything and it made my selection extremely hard! BUT! I ordered the brisket quesadilla and my goodness SOOOO GOOD! Its slow cooked for hours. I also had a huge sangria that you can tell was made days ago with all the greatest in it!! The inside gave me old school Mexico with a hint of pride and authentically! The music was not played too loud in the restaurant. So pleas go here if you can ever get a table and tell them Jeneen, their new customer sent you!

Finally made it out to Hankook Taqueria! It's definitely a bit off the beaten path and has free parking but not too many spots. Definitely a grungy looking place on the outside but stick with it!The menu here has a ton of protein options. The blackboard specials were recommended to me so I got the carne asada taco special and one beef bulgogi taco as a combo. The fries are chef's kiss and so good especially with the mildly spicy ketchup. Delish! Both tacos had so much protein and was nice - however, the carne asada taco left so much to be desired flavor and protein texture wise. It needed more oomph. I love blue cheese and all, but the fried tomato and dressing were a miss. The dressing was super thin and ran out the taco. However, the beef bulgogi was immaculate and couldn't be made better. Definitely redeeming. Coming back, I would try a different protein. My boyfriend got the beef bulgogi burrito and the rice here really hits. The rice to anything else ratio in the burrito is definitely off, but with the rice being as yummy as it is no complaints here! I most definitely will try the bowl here at some point. With the prices and flavor here, I was baffled paying for 2 people and having dinner be under $25 before tip? Definitely will be back and try other items on the menu!

A friend of mine local to Atlanta treated our group of 3 to lunch at Bone Garden Cantina. It was a Saturday around 1pm when we walked in. There was a short wait, less than ten minutes, and we were taken to a table. The staff were friendly, despite how busy the restaurant was (no open tables). We enjoyed chips and queso as an appetizer and I have to celebrate this queso. The texture was so smooth and it tasted fresh and not like fake cheese. There is a slight kick to it, but I wouldn't say it's spicy. Our food came out quickly and there were no complaints from the table. We enjoyed one of the specials - the steak adobo quesadilla, a house salad, and the birria brisket enchiladas. This is a great cantina vibe restaurant for lunch and we enjoyed the ambiance and flavors! I would definitely visit again if I'm in town.

I love how an impromptu visit can turn out to be one of the best ones ever decided. One of my best friends and I drove through some crappy weather to get to the restaurant. After a few wrong turns, we finally ended up at the location and got our drinks as well as grub on.We split a chips and salsa while waiting for our entrees. I went for the house margarita and the brisket chimichanga with a side of guacamole served in a chip bowl. Everything was delicious! I could have one or two margaritas after dinner if I wasn't so full. Our waitress was super sweet. She took our order and came to check on us periodically. Her bubbly personality caused us to have some conversations with her during her down time while she wasn't waiting on customers. I would go back if I'm in the area again.

"My friends and I came here so I can finally experience happy hour having originally came from Boston. Drinks were $8 with about five different selections to pick from. There were also a handful of snacks based about chips and different dips. We tried their House Authority Marg and Ginger Watermelon which I thought was too sweet and not with very much alcohol. We had plans to go somewhere else later on so I wanted a smaller plate and something less likely for me to spill on myself. I opted for the pork carnitas quesadilla and made a special request for their homemade hot sauce which they luckily had! You can't really go wrong with a quesadilla and the pico de gallo and sour cream on the side were good additions. However, I did not find the hot sauce spicy and if anything it was slightly creamy. My friends seemed to be satisfied with their chicken flautas (also on happy hour) and fish tacos.Overall, I was not very impressed with the food or drinks. Staff were super friendly and attentive however. Not so sure if I would find myself here again as I'd be more interested in checking out other restaurants instead."
"Best local Mexican food! Hits the spot for homestyle food. Drinks are strong and the special salsa burns in your mouth! We love it. Brisket items are amazing. Seafood is yum!"
"Came here for the first time on a hot summer day and was surprised to find out the restaurant is open so it is HOT even with the ceiling fans going! The service was good and quick since we came in on a weekday and there were very few people in the restaurant. The food was ok, not bad not great, and fairly priced. We ordered the tacos and guacamole to share; they were both good. Parking is easy as there is a large lot in the back."
"When my cousin told me where we were going, you know your girl immediately had to look it up. The first picture I saw was tostones. I was sold. Something about this spot was new and refreshing. It was exactly what I was looking for on my trip to Atlanta. Fun and open outdoor seating surround the walk up area for ordering. To the building's side is where you pick up your order. Everything looked delicious but I grabbed the carnitas mulita. Before I talk about that l, I have to mention all the dips. Yes that's right, we ordered all the dips as per the flyer. The guacamole was chunky and had a kick. The queso was thick and more of a dip rather than melted queso. It had so much flavor. But back to the mulita. They crisp up the cheese on the outside and then dress it as a quesadilla. My only complaint was I needed more carnitas. They put a few big chunks of meat, but it definitely could have been filled out more. The agua fresca was a mango tropical flavor, also very refreshing. I wish I could have got the whole jug. This place is truly a gem. I hear the happy hour is lit. If you're in the area, this is a must visit."
"I was there on a Saturday afternoon it was pretty empty so we were seated right away. We got there right during shift change so we had two servers which made some things a bit confusing but it wasn't bad. Both servers were very friendly and the food was good. The Bloody Mary tasted great, this is a good spot to watch sports as they do have several TVs around the whole place."
"Friend of mine and me decided to come here for lunch one day. Be advised, parking is a mess and we got lucky there was a spot on the road. Either way we walked in ordered. We each got 2 tacos and shared a side fries and for lunch it was amazing! Quick, easy not too expensive and delicious. No complaints to be had here and it was delicious. Can't wait to come back."
"This place was pretty busy during the lunch hour so I would suggest to call in or place an order online. The pick up process was simple. The team was friendly for the short interaction I encountered. The food was fresh and generous in size. This was my first time visiting. I ordered a shrimp burrito bowl. There honestly wasn't anything magical or different about this place. I enjoy authentic Mexican and this place reminds me of Tex-Mex food. If this is your vibe go for it. I think this is a one and done for me."
"Place was great! The honest was a little awkward and we didn't realize we were being seated. She just walked off and didn't say anything. Oh well. The Salsa was good, you could taste the smokey flavor with a nice smooth Tomato finish. I'm guessing they grill their peppers before making the Salas. Also, they didn't make it hard to get. The waitstaff give us two bowls of salsa to get us started. I ordered a 3 Taco plate and was able to order 3 different Taco's. One of them had an egg in it. There was a piece of lettuce in there as well. This really added a lot of crunch per bite. It was not the usual Taco! The decore and walls had a very modern-day feel. Nice and clean! Actually wanted ro come back and try more menu options!"
"Oaxaca Tacos and Tequila Bar has a cute trendy space with a unique drink selection that tequila and mezcal lovers will enjoy. The cocktails here are some of the best I've ever had, I highly recommend anything that contains their housemade infused tequila. Unfortunately for a place that names itself after its tacos the tacos are subpar; the barbacoa was extremely dry and the lengua was underseasoned. If you can get in on a busy weekend night you'll enjoy the drinks for sure, but I would personally avoid the tacos!"
"The Basics: This is authentic and the best quality Mexican food I have tried in Atlanta. There is not much to the dining room and there is no patio during covid times. You order at the counter and sit down at an open table. This restaurant is as casual as it gets and is meant for more of a quick stop in than a long meal. However, you must try the food!!Things I like: The food here is authentic and amazing! These are the best tacos I have ever tried. We tried the chicken, pork, and steak tacos and all are great and worth trying. They have corn tortillas that taste extremely fresh. We also ordered chips and queso and the chips are thick and crunchy. Must try taco spot for sure! Things I didn't like: There is not really an environment here to sit down and have a long meal and no real service. Also, there is no outdoor seating for the covid times. We ended up taking the food out to our car and eating it there. Overall, a very down to earth and casual joint in Atlanta, but with some of the most authentic Mexican food you will try in the area!"
"My friend and I attended the fireworks show at Lilian Webb Park in downtown Norcross, and we walked around downtown Norcross exploring the booths. We wanted to get something to eat, and she recommended Zapata Tacos because they were so good. We went into the restaurant to get carry out for the tacos to bring to our spot at the park to watch the fireworks. The hostess was very professional and friendly, and took our orders. She told us our orders would be 15 minutes each and welcomed us to have a seat while we waited for our orders. Everyone was kind and pleasant towards us. The ambiance was very nice and classy for a Mexican restaurant. It was packed and busy, which is a good sign for a Mexican restaurant. Our orders did take 15 minutes each, and we checked out with the host. I ordered the Taco combo of three tacos and beans. My taco choice was two pollo tacos (chicken) and a pastor taco (marinated pork). I took the bite of the pollo taco and it was amazing! It was hot and fresh and grilled to perfection! The chicken was cooked to perfection and the flavor was excellent. The sauce for the tacos was very spicy, but very good. The marinated pork taco was just as good, and had great juicy flavors. I was very impressed with the beans. The beans were excellent and just prepared the right way. They were not too salty and tasted wonderful. Probably the best beans I have had in quite a while. Zapata Tacos was excellent and if I were in Norcross again, I would definitely come back here and dine inside for dinner. The tacos are fantastic and a great value for your buck! You have to go to Zapata Tacos and Tequila bar for the tacos! The margaritas are excellent as well!"
"Delicious Mexican cuisine in a lively atmosphere. I walked into the restaurant with a hour til close and had a great dining experience that I didn't feel rushed to complete. The chips and salsa are so good. I like the green salsa personally. I'm usually a quesadilla, taco or, fajita kind of girl but, I tried something different during my visit and the Taquitos Dorados did not disappoint. My only request would be that the salad be put on a separate plate. Though quite good, the salad dressing seeped into my Taquitos and took away some of the crisp factor.Oh! And you may thank me or want to fight after but, with checking on on Yelp, you receive a free shot of Devils Water. Just know that the tequila is infused with TEN peppers...it's pretty hot!"
"10/10The rooftop is beautiful and great music. I ordered queso and chips and it was great. The queso was perfect temperature and my margarita perfect. The bartenders were super friendly and busy."
"I came here on a Friday night around 5:30pm. It was my first time here and I spotted it immediately with the bright lights outside. Soon after I arrived the restaurant started to fill up with people. I started with the 15oz house margarita on the rocks and it was pretty tasty. My entree was the rollos de fajita with chicken and steak mixed. It's a lot of food and it's absolutely delicious and seasoned so well. We sat at the bar and the service was stellar to start but as it got fuller, they stopped checking on us as much. Overall, great experience. Would definitely return."
"We stopped by here on the way to the airport since we were delayed and it was a good choice. The location is about 5 minutes from the terminal and on the way from the north 75/85. The location is in a strip mall at the far left end. We parked and went in, and the first good sign was that there was a police officer ordering (you know the cops know the best places to eat!). There is a $5 minimum to use a card.I ordered at the counter and english was not an issue. The menu was clear and I got 5 tacos (3 carne asada and 2 chorizo), all traditional style with cilantro and onions. I also got the carne asada plate, which came with rice and beans and tortillas. The tacos were amazing as were the flour tortillas that came with the plate. The carne asada on the plate itself was a bit overcooked and chewy, but the seasoning was right on!"
"Great spot for a casual dinner. I'm a big fan of their cocktail menu. They have some really fun tequila / margarita cocktails to choose from. The menu is pretty big with options for everyone! We loved their queso. The tacos de papa we really good and the presentation was amazing! Highly suggest these. The fish tacos were also pretty tasty! Would love to come back for brunch!"
"Bar service was great! Abuelos has their house made tequila which has some bite to it! Liquor can be a jacket lol. The food was used fresh ingredients and someone's Abuelo was definitely in the kitchen. It is a family friendly environment but for me... there is just something about socializing at the bar over margaritas and shots. MUAH I'll be back :)"
"Tortilla Chicken soup brought me back to this place twice in one day! Decided on this place for lunch, order the soup and a taco, all very yummy, about 8 pm that night I decided that the soup was the best I've had and went back for a bowl. The service was great on both visits and the upstairs seating was just perfect! They have good prices and great margaritas! I am sure to return."
"Elmyr combines my two favorite things-dive bars and Tex-Mex- and does it so well that it has become one my new favorite spots in town. A taste of home for this displaced Texan, Elmyr gives off heavy Austin vibes with its grungy interior, metal soundtrack, and greasy spoon Mexican fare that just warms my heart. We stopped in rather late on a Saturday evening and found a perfect high-top for two. After starting out with a couple of pretty good margs, we shared the chips and queso before digging in. From their ample vegetarian options, she went with the tofu quesadilla, whereas I had to try the migas, which were as good as any I've had back home. Elmyr gives me everything I need in a fun night out and we will be frequenting this spot for years to come."
"Pretty good food and decent service. The chips were really bland and soggy, but their tamales and burrito were good. Their kids pizza was a standard 6" deep dish pizza, nothing to write home about. And the service was good. The staff was a little awkward, but they were all nice."
"Mi Barrio was a nice find while on a business trip to the Atlanta, Georgia area. MI Barrio is definitely one of those hole-in-the-wall, mom-and-pop type joints and I don't mean that in a negative way. I have found that the best Mexican food does not come from some restaurant that has an emphasis on hipster ambiance, but rather, I have found that the best Mexican food comes from these humble little spots. The service here was friendly and prompt. I went with tacos and they definitely were on point. Add some of their sauce and the tacos were definitely a great example of how incredible a taco can be.Mi Barrio is definitely a great option and I would definitely recommend Mi Barrio."
"If you are ever under the weather , sore throat, congested and want to get better faster?Come here and order the chicken soup. It is a nuclear reactor for your health. It has chicken, cheese, rice avocado, pico, etc. definitely a get healthy soup! I love their enchiladas and the tamarind drink was great! The restaurant is very spacious, very well lit and clean! The staff is very welcoming, attentive and they always have a smile. Maybe they have the soup everyday and that keeps them happy."
"Great lunch specials here. Got chicken enchiladas for 7.99. Standard fare but quite delicious. I'll definitely come back to try their other items."
