"I'm always down for good food, even in a BP gas station. That's what you'll get at Taquería Taquito Express, which has a few other locations in metro Atlanta also inside gas stations (maybe BP as well?).There are tables and chairs and every time I've been to get food to-go, I find many of them occupied. The service can be a tad slow, but I think it's mostly because the employees are trying to find a groove. I bet they didn't expect for the place to be as popular as it is!AT and I have eaten tortas, burritos, tamales, quesadillas, empanadas, rice, and refried beans. AT loves the lengua and has had beef tongue in both burritos and tortas. I like the carne asada and barbacoa a lot, however everything else has been excellent and quite authentic. I even tried my first horchata here, which was tasty but a bit too sweet for my tastes. I ended up taking home my styrofoam cup and mixing it with tea for my own funky blend of milk tea, haha.I am curious about the breakfast items, so maybe if we can get out early enough one weekend morning, we can try breakfast tacos![#Yelp365: 82/365]"

"Two things that always cheer me up are tacos and nice people. I was in a bit of a funk and stumbled upon this place while I was out running errands. I've been to the butcher shop located in the same plaza before, but never noticed Taqueria El Vecino. They have a small patio and dining area, but I opted to sit at the bar. Luckily I came on a Tuesday when all tacos are $3.50. I ordered a Texas margarita that was good. I also got an assortment of tacos including carne asada, al pastor and Baja fish. All of the tacos were delicious. I also got a side of rice and it was light and fluffy. They have salsa bar that includes a variety of sauces and condiments.The staff was so amazing and checked on me frequently. I enjoyed my meal and look forward to returning."

Owner Darren is very friendly host and community supporter and makes sure all food is customized to our tastes.We have had most things on the menu. Wife's favorite is wild Mushroom quesadilla with their delicious brisket. I love the Texas fajita quesadilla, and enchilada supremas (4 assorted enchiladas), and /or any mix of tacos . "I was so sad when their other location Takorea closed down a few years ago, so I was excited to finally make my way over to Hankook. It's a pretty small parking lot but I came for an early Friday dinner and was able to find parking! This place is pretty no frills, but the staff is super friendly and helped me with placing an order. I just got a taco combo with the beef bulgogi taco and a pork taco with sesame fries and a soda. The food came out super fast which I appreciated and I was able to snag a booth as well. I loved the sauce on each and the price to value here just can't be beat. The star of the meal though has to be their sesame fries. OMG. I literally finished them all!! Overall, great quick service meal with some interesting flavors. Definitely check them out."

"Enjoyed a quick lunch at Twisted Taco. This location is on Emory's campus and caters to the employees and a few students. The twisted taco station has a great team that are always polite. They have daily specials as well as a standard menu of tacos, burritos, bowls and salads. They also have combos and some of the most delicious queso!I ordered a fajita salad which came with chicken, grilled onions, peppers, pico, cheese, and sour cream. You can also add guacamole, parsley, and various salsa."

"I'm seriously puzzled as to the 3 star average for Los Bravos. I've ordered from it more times than I can count. Well, at least more than I can remember. It's always good, mostly-authentic Mexican food (the default on soft tacos is a wheat tortilla, my personal preference, over the more traditional corn tortilla). The tacos - on a hard shell - are very high quality. I usually get the Barbacoa, which is excellent. The rice and beans are exactly what they claim to be - yellow rice and refried beans - but they're there to supplement the meal, not dominate it. With the Barbacoa, the pork comes in chunks that fall apart deliciously. The onions, almost the only other component of the dish, have a perfect level of crunch and taste amazing. The chips, which you get for free, are quite good, and their salsas aren't there to adorn the table, they're there to take a dish from good to great.Look, the place is simple, unpretentious. I've never sat down inside, but it's great delivery. I haven't found another Mexican place in Atlanta that approaches the quality here, and I'm always looking for new spots. I absolutely recommend Los Bravos. It's not trying to be something it's not, it's trying to be authentic, and it's doing a damn good job."

"One thing about me is that I love tacos. And I love birria even more!! The quesatacos and birria aren't on the big menu they have posted, but there is a little sign that shows they have them. With tax, the (3) tacos, birria, and drink were $13. Facility is clean and their health score is a 97. Staff was nice and helpful. There was a family ahead of me and 1 person and I waited quite a bit. Probably about 15 minutes. I was ok with that though because everything is made fresh and I can definitely appreciate that! Just be prepared to wait! I thought the food was delicious and extremely filling! My tacos had plenty of meat and the meat was soooo tender. I wish they offered a chicken version. Nevertheless I'll be back for sure!"

Ambiance is open dining area inside a grocer. It's clean and well organized. Go to the order counter / open kitchen and once the food is ready they'll bring it out to your table or you can pick up Togo. DR has 8, 4 person tables and add'l 14 bar seats. ++. Food is authentic and tastelicious! I tried asada, el pastor and pollo tacos. They came out naked on soft double corn tortillas with condiments to dress them to preference. They were quite good and lean, not greasy at all! I really liked the grilled scallions as I've never had them before. Grilled jalapeño was a nice touch as well. The portion size per taco was largest of all the taquerias I've checked out. I ordered 4 but next time, I'll do 2 or 3. In addition to tacos, they have a large menu including posole and tilapia frita. ++. Service was friendly but definitely helps if you speak Spanish. I didn't hear anyone speak English. Also they clear the tables. Gavi, the cashier was friendly and helpful. +++. Price is extremely reasonable. For my 4 tacos, I paid $5.95!! +. Parking is free and ample. It looked kind of sketchy but I was there on a bright sunny day with lots of people coming and going. El Sol taqueria is owned by Oscar whose family owns the grocery store. This restaurant is located in the same shopping plaza as Publix. There is plenty of parking directly in front of the restaurant. When I walked in there were no patrons and one staff. You can place your order at a kiosk, however, I am sure the staff can also take your order. I ordered a salad bowl and sesame fries ; don't judge me)! I have had these fries during every visit- they are that good! The salad was fresh and tasty. I have also tried the wings that are amazing! Overall- food is sold, service is decent and the restaurant is clean. It's a great spot to check out!"

"I came here on a Tuesday night to satisfy my nacho craving. I was surprised with how empty this place was during dinner time. Only 2 tables were occupied at 6:00PM. I did a B-line to the bar where I was immediately greeted by a handsome and friendly bartender. He swiftly brought me salsa and chips and took my drink order. The chips were definitely fried in old grease. To play it safe, I ordered the cheese nachos with beef. Not too bad. Pretty solid actually. I had a few bites and was interrupted by a lady next to me yelling, "those nachos look amazing!"while staring at me while I took another bite. Strange. I asked for a box, finished my beer, and left. Would I return? Only to see the cute bartender, but for the food? No. There's plenty of better places around I'll stick with."

There is a farmer's market here.I came in and noticed they have outdoor seating under a structure and plenty of in door seating. I ordered at the bar and waited about 15 minutes for my order. They charge more for take out and using your credit card. I think 10% for take out and 4% for credit card. This is not a big deal to me so I still tipped on top of the extra charges.The birria tacos were great. I love how they put the menudo in a cup with a tight lid. The barbacoa tacos were filled with protein but could have used more seasoning. The hot sauces were too hot for comfort."

"El Azteca!! This IS the original El Azteca that we all know and love. They have been around Atlanta for over 35 years that I can recall. My first experience was in Buckhead at the little old building on Roswell Rd. During the fun days of Buckhead we hit the Piedmont Rd location every weekend. Now 35 years later I found the Midtown location to be just as good or better than my memory serves. Midtown location is easy access from the expressway. Service is always good and the food is consistent, hot and delicious. If you're craving Mexican in Midtown this is your spot! Parking : Free parking behind the building."

They used pulled chicken the pieces were big and the enchiladas were full with meat. The rice and beans were both delicious as well which I'm shocked because usually it's one or the other that is good. They didn't have no nasty refried beans that you'd expect they were whole beans and pinto I believe really good. The whole meal was flavorful and they give you plenty I definitely have enough for a second helping. I'll be ordering from this place again."

"The Corner Taqueria has been a staple in the Smyrna tacos and tequila scene since around 2012. They are located just inside Smyrna Market Village near the main entrance off Atlanta Road and are connected to Zucca Pizza. Corner Taqueria is a solid neighborhood spot that is more bar than restuarant, as the first thing you see when you walk in is the bar...where they have more tequila choices than food options. Additionally, they have several TV's lining the walls throughout the place, so it is definitely a place to catch the game! To be honest, if it wasn't for the Dos Equis "XX" on the wall, I would not know this place was a taqueria and focused on Mexican cuisine. This isn't a bad thing though, as I really enjoy the atmosphere, décor and layout! The menu is Mexican inspired and features the standards such as quesadillas, salads, queso, guacamole, nachos, rice, beans, burritos, tacos and a few house specialties. We did get chips and salsa shortly after being sat. They delivered crisp, well seasoned and tasty chips along with two salsas, one red and one green. When we ordered drinks, we tossed in an order of Queso Fundido, which was melted chihuahua cheese with peppers and chorizo served in a cast iron skillet alongside flour tortillas. While I am usually a fan of fundido and expect it to be thicker than your average queso, this version was tough to get through. It was the first queso I have ever had to cut to get onto my chip or tortilla. The cheese was melted, but I guess started to cool quickly, even with the cast iron, and it became a solid piece...not the best by far. For our dinners, we both got a couple of tacos. They have 10 varieties of tacos and between us we got (2) steak, (1) chicken and (1) fried mahi. The tacos were well dressed and filled nicely. The steak was good and well seasoned and the fish was thick, well breaded and the Sriracha tartar sauce was something I never knew I needed to experience! The chicken taco was good, a tad dry, but overall a tasty bite. While I just sipped on my water, my partner did get something from the bar, an Iceberg, which is a beer with a scoop of margarita in it. Never had it before and last night was not the last time I will have that simple yet fantastic combination! Service was solid. Our server was triple sat at the time we got there and while it was not the quickest service, she made sure to come by as often as possible to keep us updated and to apologize. She did an excellent job given the situation! Overall, Corner Taqueria is a great place in a fantastic location! We will definitely be back for lunch, dinner or game days!"

"Taqueria Los Hermanos is my go-to Mexican restaurant in Atlanta. I used to frequent the Lilburn location, and have been ordered from this location many times when I used to work nearby. My friend and I met here for lunch with our kids since this location was more convenient for us. This location is very similar to the Lilburn location in look, feel, and overall ambiance. The service was also fast and friendly, and the food is consistent!When I arrived, the place was busy but not packed. My friend was already seated with her two children. We ordered shortly after and food was brought out within minutes. I ordered shrimp tacos and my son ordered a burrito. We also got queso to share. Food was exactly how I remembered. Flavorful and generous portions.We always have a good experience at Los Hermanos and this was no different!"

"It's great Mexican food and worth the drive to Marietta for sure! I came here from Atlanta I live in because a friend recommended it, it was a bit hard to find at first and easy to miss if you aren't paying attention since it's in the corner of a shopping plaza. Food tasted great and came out quickly. Price wise everything is around the same price you would find with similar Mexican restaurant except for the margaritas are only $3 and they are very strong. Staff is super nice and it wasn't busy at all on the Tuesday around 4pm when I came in. It's definitely a hide gem in the area since there are many competitors all around with in 2 miles of it. I definitely will be coming back for the food and the margaritas."
