The spider roll is flavorful with an amazing sauce drizzled over it. The perfect combination of crunchy and chewy and the rice is not dried out like some places. The volcano roll is moderately spiced ( like a good hot wing level not too bad) lots of meat in it without being overly heavy feeling. I derive a new favorite animal I never once needed my soy sauce! ( it's just that good!)Unlike most packed sushi restaurants my food was at the table within 10 minutes of ordering and my tea was in 4 so you aren't waiting forever. I used to go to Kanki but now this will be my go to restaurant! Thanks to Hannah for amazing service and the sushi chefs for a job well done!

Stopped in for Sunday lunch, sushi was really good. Ordered 2 entrees with chicken. Both entrees were very salty, the chicken was extremely dry and over cooked. The waiter discounted the bill which was generous. I've eaten here before and sushi is great. Just won't order entrees again.

Wow wow wow! So glad we came back! This place is way better! Wife ordered sushi I got the beef bento box lunch it was outatanding if you havent been in a while you need to check it out. Inside is way nicer too.

4:08 pm. Waited 5 minutes at the table. No waitress but the concierge came and told me they are busy a an asked what I would like to drink. I party of 10 of what I see and lots of twos and threes. Let's see how long. 6 minutes in took my order. Server polite Food Miso soup Luke warm. Sent back Second round of miso spot on. Spider roll was good but I am used to hot fresh cooked crab. Presentation of the food was very nice and appealing except for the hand rollI had orders spider roll , omelette roll and spicy tuna hand roll. Got reg spicy than roll. Took about 7-8 min to get. Ambiance was nice and warm. Not the 5 star I saw 3.5 only. Would I come back again? No. There are others that hit the mark.

Not my first time here and won't be my last ! In a very central location in Wake Forest and with a great atmosphere. Sushi is tasty and there is good variety, pricing is probably on the high end. There are cheaper rolls but those are not very good, you want to go with the specialty rolls ! There is one that comes lit on fire, that one is my favorite, not only for the appearance but also for the flavor. Service was good, no complaints. There are only 2 good sushi places in Wake Forest and this is one of them !

Great place! Anthony was the greatest server of all time! True GOAT! We had a party of 9 and he was always very accommodating and available. The calamari and crab rangoon were delicious! We got 2 of the biggest boats and they did not disappoint! The biggest boat I've ever seen! The sashimi was outstanding and the sushi is on point! My oldest son said the fried ice cream was the best dessert he's ever had! This is a must visit!

Hubby and I had a great 31st Wedding Anniversary today! Asuka is very romantic with amazing food. Definately 100% recommend. I had the surf and turf roll and shrimp tempura roll both 10 out of 10. John had a Bento box with steak. He also got soup with his. Give them a try, lunch especially is a great value.We had not been in years due to prior issues. Today I read the recent Yelp reviews and we decided to give them a try. Asuka has been under new ownership since late 2019 and it shows. New decor, excellent music, service and amazing food.

Been here several times and it is always a fantastic experience. I try different rolls every time I go and they are always delicious. The Drunken samurai and the crazy crab are both phenomenal and highly recommended! No matter which waiter/tress we have had, they have always been great. This has become the go-to birthday choice my brother and myself.
