Asuka Ramen & Poke-Edgewater

Outstanding make your own bowl! Highly recommend! Super delicious ingredients and fresh.Very yummy

Pretty small cute restaurant with open view kitchen. They build your poke bowl right front of you. I like this poke restaurant as they give pretty generous amount of ingredients. The pork bun appetizer is pretty good too.

I was a bit skeptical of this place because it's located in a strip mall right next to target but it was delicious! I got a poke bowl. The ingredients were very good and had good flavor. There was a lot of rice in the bowl, not a whole lot of toppings were added so the portion size was a bit disproportionate for my tastes. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were quick to help me and I was in and out of the restaurant within 5 minutes.

Excellent poke spot, I got a build your own bowl and opted for two portions of tuna and a portion of salmon (the build your own bowl includes 2 proteins). The ingredients tasted fresh and I thought it was well worth the price. I think I paid around $20 for my bowl. The cashier had great recommendations, she had purple/pink hair!

I stopped here on a chilly night to get dinner and it was so delicious! This spot offers counter service and you can sit in the cute interior or order takeout. They have make your own poke bowls and a big selection of ramen. They offer gluten free sweet potato noodles and zucchini noodles for the ramen. You can also choose white or brown rice for the poke bowls. I ordered pork katsu curry which came with 2 pork cutlets, carrots, and potatoes. It was a lot of food. You have to try Japanese curry! It's made with apple and honey and so good! Everything tasted so delicious in this dish. My partner got the vegetarian ramen. The broth was a rich miso soy broth. It came with fried tofu, seasoned mushrooms, spinach, egg and noodles. It was so flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly! I'll definitely be back! TLDR: Delicious food, healthy options, vegetarian and gluten free options

My usual poke spot was closed so I decided to give this one a try. It's pretty good. You can definitely taste the high quality ingredients. The workers were pretty cool too. I would definitely recommend going.

I want to give kudos to Asuka for delivering right on time even though we don't live that close-by. Also, the ramen stayed hot and the eggs were just cooked right. However, we're talking about poached eggs here, which were a bit disappointing since Ramen is supposed to have marinated eggs!Loved the Tonkatsu Ramen and its milky broth, makes you wonder if there was real milk in there, lol. Very flavorful and rich. The duck ramen, on the other hand, was meh. From the broth to the noodles, from the duck meat to the corn kernals, nothing "clashed" in a good way. I felt like I can have a better instant noodle experience than this duck ramen.I'm sorry to not have tried the poke bowls, maybe next time!

Huge portions all around! I've ordered poke from here through doordash several times, but this was my first time coming to the restaurant in person! Very friendly staff with lots of food to choose from. I already knew their poke was good, so I decided to try their ramen for the first time. It was pretty good, but I think their poke is much more memorable. My fiancé ordered their pork katsu curry which was ENORMOUS. He's a big guy and he barely finished it! If it was me I'd have enough to last me for at least two days worth of leftovers haha! We also shared the spicy tuna nachos which was actually quite spicy! We were way too full to finish it tho. Great place!

Admittedly, I was a bit skeptical of a new ramen and poke restaurant in a strip mall. Not that I practice the judge a book by its cover mentality...but c'mon you never know! Luckily, Yelpers hit the nail on the head. I eat way more ramen then I do poke. However, the other night I was actually craving a poke bowl. Asuka popped up as one of the only places open in my neck of the woods, so I figured I knock out a local spot from my bookmarks.These cats are no strangers to the scene, with two Denver locations. One down E Colfax and one in Greenwood Village. The digs are simply laid out and very clean. A bright menu board spells out the ramen dishes, poke bowls, and various appetizers. The Spicy Combo Bowl - fresh ingredients are the name of the game here. I'm not expected grade A fish at a place like this when you're mixing all the ingredients together. But hell, the tuna and salmon were fresh and packed with heat. The crisp veggies were a nice touch. Plus, they put a massive portion of white rice in the bottom of the bowl.Additionally, the woman behind the counter prepared this within seconds. Fast, tasty and won't break the bank. Cheggitout!
