Been craving BBQ for weeks but wasn't sure about the local places we've seen. Ashy Legs lives a few blocks down and we always see the trailer outside, so figured we would give it a shot. We got chicken, ribs, brisket, and baked beans. All of them were absolutely delicious. We'll be happily going back there regularly, great set up going on there.

Had Ashy Legs BBQ and it was delicious! If you're hungry be sure to find your way to this hidden gem food trailer parked off hwy 237 in Warrenton,TX in between the Lone Star Gallery and the old Sterling McCall Cadillac Old Car Museum (which is also and antique treasure chest) during the antique shows! You won't be disappointed! The owner isn't joking when he tells you "he doesn't put any sauce on his BBQ" - trust that you won't need it! So delicious!

i was charged with finding superb catering for an office luncheon for our 4th of july celebration. after heated debate we settled on a bbq theme. being in the summerwood location there are not vary many options. however with a quick google search and a click i stumbled upon ashy legs. the couple that caters are sweet and kind. the level of service surpassed expectations and the bang for buck impressive. the food however was no where near the level of service. the food was 100 times better. a+ service with a+++++.....food. this is a lethal combination for a filled tummy, a satisfied wallet and a sure to return client. great job guys!!!!!

You've got to track them down and try this BBQ. Homemade everything, smoked sausage, boudin, ribs and brisket are tender and well seasoned. The smoked Mac and cheese and mustard potato salad are some of the best you'll find anywhere. Also the prices are unbelievable. You get a 1 meat plate with 2 sides, bread, homemade bbq sauce for only $10 and you can add additional meats to the plate for only $2 per meat meaning the four meat plate is only $16. Giant turkey legs for $10. They even have desserts too. They are hard to catch sometimes so you have to follow on Facebook or Instagram to see where they are going to be but if you can catch them, don't pass this spot by. They also do catering which is how I got the 2 slabs of ribs for a great price.

First time trying Ashy Legs BBQ today. They came downtown to park at the farmers market hosted by Houston's First Baptist church (held every third Thursday). We purchased meat by the pound and it was all very very good! We sampled the sausage and ribs first and ended up taking home a pound of brisket, a pound of ribs, half a pound of sausage, a side of Mac n cheese (has a smokey flavor to it) and a side of potato salad. The bbq sauce was sweet and super tasty but the meat was very flavorful without it too. The owners were also very nice - both teachers. :) I would highly recommend!

I'm visiting Humble and when I needed BBQ fix, I settled on the spot called Ashy Legs. The name alone intrigued me. I got there, not knowing they were a mobile establishment. I approached the window and placed an order for a few things, only to learn it was the end of their business day and they were out of much of what I wanted. In the interest of filling that void, I ordered what they had left - smoked sausage links, boudin and potato salad. When I got home I first sampled the smoked links. Rich, fatty, evenly-smoked, spicy and slightly to the peppery side of mild. The potato salad was well salted, vinegary and sweet. Typically I prefer dill pickle, egg and minced onion, however the guys have a version well-suited to accommodate their selection of meats. Now this brings me to the last component to the meal - that boudin. I'm from New Orleans and typically get boudin from Best Stop or Billy's. There is a certain shared palate for the pork and rice sausage and in our region, we rarely deviate from core preferences. These guys make an exceptional product. In Louisiana, the boudin is traditionally heavier on the pork. Ashy Legs is more liberal with their rice. As a result, you might not get as much of the livery presence and some of the other more subtle accents, but the porky, green-oniony-seasoned link was cuts above average. I've had several different boidins outside of our states aforementioned gold standards and Ashy Legs easily surpassed those of several local and grocers offerings. I would love to give the gentlemen 5 Stars, but if I rated a BBQ establishment on anything not mainly ribs, brisket, chicken or pork, I'd be doing the public a disservice. On the other hand, based on my experience with them, these guys deserve your business, if for no more than to stand as a comparison to other quite-solid-to-superior BBQ outlets.

I try to frequent local small businesses whenever possible. Today I placed an order. The estimated delivery time was over an hour. However, I didn't complain because I was hoping it would be worth the wait. Needless to say, the wait time was way beyond the estimated delivery time. I eventually cancelled my order and decided to try another spot close by. To be short, I'm extremely disappointed.
