Aroma de Cuba we have tried me and my family and may I say they cook really really good. They were in the parking lot of Walmart on 70 but I haven't seen them hope to find them soon but I do recommend this food truck.

Stopped into the food hall and decided to try the cuban food. Our group ordered a chicken bowl, cuban sandwich and empanada.We were all happy with the flavors and food options. Loved the green sauce.

One of the best Cuban Sandwiches I've ever had. The bread is perfectly crispy, the aioli is great but it doesn't even need it. The pork is fluffy and well seasoned. Can't wait to have another one. Very easy access to I-95.

The Revolution sandwich was over the top delicious! The bread makes the sandwich for sure. So good. Glad we stopped here.

Really good yucca! Get the loaded! The cilantro sauce is fantastic. What a pleasant find in an odd location. The family shared beef empanadas, loaded yucca and churros. All delicious! It's very clean inside!

What an incredible for truck!Let me start with the owners, extremely welcoming and friendly! Wonderful wonderful couple! They worked quick and were kind when explaining the menu to me. Then the food. The Cuban was perfect. Absolutely one of the best I've ever had. That will be a hard Cuban to beat! Everything is made in house by the couple and you can tell every sandwich is made with love! The sandwiches are HUGE! They do not skimp out on thensandwiches they give you and I promise you will not walk away hungry! The Revolution is a Cuban with A twist. I didn't think you could make a Cuban sandwich better but they definitely did. The green aioli on top is light and flavorful and the perfect compliment to the other extras they added to the Revolution. My first time trying Yuca fries and I freaking loved them. Perfectly crispy. Topped with pulled pork and that green aioli. Man, if I could just eat the yuca fries for the rest of my life I would! Absolutely delicious! This food truck is known to frequent the Johnston County area so if you see them make sure to stop because you won't want to miss out on this amazing food!
