"This restaurant is so cute inside, very aesthetic and beautifully designed. Food was delicious, we enjoyed the samosas, hummus, chicken shawarma, chicken kabob, and kufta kabobs as well as the mango and strawberry mojito mocktails. The service was also great! Our waitress checked on us often.I also wanted to mention that the five stars is in part due to the hostess in the front. She was so kind and really helped with our son who was getting a bit fussy. She made him a balloon hand out of a glove and a fun toy out of a water bottle. We very much appreciate her and would come back 100% because of her!! Thank you if you read this!!!"
"Amazing flavors! The chef really knocked it out of the park! Staff is helpful and friendly. Surprisingly quiet lol but very beautiful inside. The lighting is gentle and the music isn't too loud."

"Such a small mom and pop restaurant with a big heart.Start with a FLAMING Cheese Saganaki! Literally delicious! The pita is fresh and the cheese is creamy! (See pic)The best part of this place is they treat everyone so well! The customer service is fantastic. It helps that the food is delish, too.A special (dinner meal) comes with FOUR sides. F.O.U.R. not 2. So you will be full. Trust the process. Not sure if I got all the pics, but we had shrimp skewers, baked tilapia, and salmon (our party of 3. My only recommendation is for the green beans to be fresh... with the seasoning and way it is prepared, canned or frozen beans wither easily. I'm It's a little off the beaten path but easy to get to and a pleasure to enjoy!"
"I absolutely love CAVA.. the food is always fresh and the combinations are always interesting. The service is good as per the people working, but this location is extremely slow. If you're on a break I strongly suggest ordering a head by at least 30mins. Then when you arrive you only have to wait a additional 10mins for your order"
"My husband and I tried this and really enjoyed it. The food was well seasoned and hot, the server was very attentive and it was nice and quiet."
"Small, but mighty selection!Buffet is $16.99/adult which is a steal for all you can eat in this economy. Every dish was delicious and fresh. Do not miss out on the kebab meats and rice pudding!!"
"For starters the food is perfectly cooked, authentic, and full of flavor. Everything was well seasoned and perfectly tender. The appetizer selection offers 11 items to choose from The Turkish coffee and tea were spot on. I was greeted at the door with welcoming embrace and provided with kind service. The atmosphere is very well lit during day outs and plenty of space to not feel crowded. Definitely a must try!"
"Came in today to do a take out order for Mantu and Badamjan(fried eggplant). Both items were very delicious! First, the Mantu is basically a dumpling type bun filled with meat along with tomato paste, yogurt, lentils, and spices. The serving you receive is big enough to be a meal on its own. And it's incredibly satisfying as well! The Badamjan with Naan was amazing as well! They also have Kebob, rice, and baklava. The location was clean and well kept. Definitely recommend trying this location out. You will not be disappointed!"
"AWESOME SHWARMA! The bread is so soft and delicious the service was a normal type place nothing to write about, and the ambiance is a great local spot type of vibe. I definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a good shwarm! I went on a youtube foodie vlog and they were doing a video on Middle East food and my mouth was drooling. Hence I looked what was around me and this hit the spot!"
"Once in a while, my wife and I crave for a good gyro. We came across this location and decided to try it. The place is small and narrow but the menu is brightly lite and they had a lot of specials advertised. We obviously had the gyro with just the lamb and added lettuce to it as it normally comes with tomatoes and pickles. I am not a fan of pickles and I have to limit my tomatoes consumption. I also ordered the falafel appetizer as I really enjoy a good falafel. The gyro sandwich was good. Very simple and to the point . The falafel was not that good at all. But I know finding good falafel is hard to find. Not a place I would try again but at least I know where to find a sort of decent gyro. For the price, you just got the gyro only but the combo comes with fries and a canned soda. For the value it was a bit much in my opinion."
"Don't judge a book by its cover! This place may look like a typical convenience store but inside is an awesome place to order food. I came here after my friend recommended it to me and I'm glad I gave this place a shot. They sell primarily Desi and Mediterranean food, but I also saw some American items on their menu like hamburgers and cheese steaks. I ordered the spicy chicken biryani and a vegetable samosa. The biryani was only $4.99 and they stuffed the container!! It was easily 2-3 meals worth of food. The spice was hot but enjoyable and the meat was flavorful. The samosa was $1 and was okay, slightly oily and nothing too special. I'm definitely going to come back and try their other items!"
"Lovely. Elegant. Familiar. Nestled in Snider Plaza is this subtle gem. How did I miss it? So cozy. The atmosphere is welcoming and a table is warmly waiting for you. Gentle flavors, smiles and repeat customers grace refill this space. Yelp reviews drew me in. It's good isn't it. Cozy home kitchen table experience and bring a friend."

During our visit to Dallas, we stumbled upon a vibrant hookah and shisha lounge that impressed us from the moment we walked in. The ambiance is truly a standout - the space is beautifully designed with stylish seating, mood lighting, and a modern decor that creates a relaxed yet energetic vibe. The music was perfectly curated, adding to the overall atmosphere, and the service was attentive and friendly, making for a welcoming experience. We decided to order a variety of dishes to share, starting with the Shrimp Dynamite, which was absolutely fantastic. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, coated in a creamy, spicy sauce that packed just the right amount of heat and flavor. The Fried Rice was another winner - aromatic, savory, and well-seasoned, making it a great complement to the shrimp. We also tried their Hummus, which was smooth and rich, served with fresh pita for dipping. The Fries were crispy and golden, a nice side to balance out the more flavorful dishes. However, the one downside of our meal was the Lava Cake we ordered to celebrate a birthday at the table. Unfortunately, it was a letdown - the cake was dry, and the molten center was more like a thick, gooey mess rather than a rich, flowing sauce. It didn't live up to the expectations set by the rest of the meal.Despite the dessert disappointment, our overall experience at the lounge was fantastic. Between the delicious food, great atmosphere, and attentive service, it's definitely a place we'd return to. Whether you're looking for flavorful bites, a chill environment to enjoy hookah, or simply a place to hang out with friends, this spot has it all. Just maybe skip the lava cake and stick to the savory dishes!

Our server Yaman was so kind and friendly. The food overall was pretty good- we enjoyed the sample of appetizers, but the gyro meat was a bit dry. The ambiance is welcoming with many tables and beautiful decorations.

First time here, came in for a late lunch. Place was empty, but slowly people came in and most were take out orders. Our food came last even though we were there before the other two tables. The gyro was delicious and the Greek potatoes were a first for us...healthier option than fries. The only thing missing was some hot sauce/chili. I will definitely come back, I am surprised I hadn't found or tried this place before! But I guess the name doesn't help it's identity as a Greek spot.

I have been wanting to try this place right next to Whole foods. I understood it to be a Mediterranean sort of Chipotle with bowls and wraps.Hubbs and I arrived around 12:30pm on a Wednesday and the line was maybe 25 folks deep, but it moved pretty quickly. I had hubby wait in line while I popped into Whole Foods to get a bag of chips (They only offer pita chips here). We got the regular chicken wrap, we told the guy making it that it was our first time there and he didn't even charge us! Hubbs also got a strawberry drink (I tried the blueberry lavender drink which was SOOO good, I kinda want to get a big one and take it home to make cocktails.)The wraps are hard to split - but i just whacked it in half and it held up pretty well. Boy, did this sandwich HIT THE SPOT!! It had chicken, hummus, lettuce, tomatoes (another spread I can't remember) and what made this great was a bunch of Kalamata olives. WOW, fresh crunchy, chewy (all the textures and fresh flavors that were just a perfect light lunch). I could totally have eaten a whole one - but would have been stuffed, half was actually perfect.I thought the lamb meat and the spicy chicken options looked good too on the line as they were serving folks, but I will be hard pressed to order anything other than that chicken sandwich again, it was that good!!

Cafe Medi is cozy yet spacious. It's located in the heart of old town keller. After perusing the reviews, I got the chicken schwarma sandwich and upgraded my order to include the small lemon rice soup. The order came with a bag of pita bread and garlic sauce. The prices are on par with other Mediterranean places. When I came to pick up my order, I was greeted quickly and given my order quickly. The lemon rice soup was bursting with flavor and paired well with the pita bread and garlic sauce. The chicken schwarma sandwich was delicious as well.

This place is very good. Limited variety but great quality. Service is good and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Get here early on the weekends as it tends to get packed. I love this place. Clean and conveniently near the Parks Mall. I never feel bloated at this place. Cindy, the mgr is hot and welcoming!

I give this place a 3/5. Only because the portions of the kabobs were very little, and the ribeye kabob, although super flavorful, was not tender and very chewy and was also not at all spicy as indicated. I would definitely come back here for the eggplant, the star of the show, lamb shank, and salmon kabob, which was accompanied by the softest yummiest pita bread. For dessert, i got the baklava, which was decent, but I have had better. Next time, I want to try the mantu eggplant that also look good and lamb chops. The staff was very friendly and the young nephew working there was very helpful and very mature, so adorable, which was surprising like he could run the whole place. I recommend giving this place a try. I did come during busy dinner time so there was a bit of wait and maybe that is why the kabob portions were small so next time i will go during off peak times. Also, they need to expand their menu and add more things to it like more veggie options like roasted potatos or stewed spinach, another reason for 3/5.

"Loved it! The owner was at the grill making dinner. He's been working at this location for over 24 years! The owner recommended the platter - and the price is one of the best you will find for the portion size / quality in DFW. The soup is strongly recommended - I can see it quickly becoming a winter favorite. Plenty of spice that grows in flavor as you reach the bottom of the bowl. The hummus was spot on - really well made with the Kofta kebab having a great balance of spice and char from the grill. This is very much a family run operation where you can't help but feel welcomed in for a home cooked meal. Very casual atmosphere - perfect for lunch, dinner, or takeout/delivery."
"It's funny how from the outside you wouldn't think much of a restaurant with a plain text sign that says "Istanbul Grill". But it caught my partner's eye since Turkish food isn't a very common cuisine. We came here to celebrate my grandfather's 100th birthday and he wanted to treat 30 of his family members out to dinner. The restaurant graciously provided us 3 long tables for our reservation. The interior is very Turkish. Beautiful artistic taste with the evil eye decor and colorful handmade lighting fixtures. The service was unmatched. If you finished your water, right away someone came over to refill. I swear this was the most hydrated I've ever been at a restaurant. The food was PHENOMENAL. Everyone ordered something different, but we shared a mixed cold appetizer platter and a mixed hot appetizer platter. They even served the table warm pita bread. The cold appetizer was a really nice mix and the flavors all blended so nicely together. The most memorable hot appetizer I was able to get my hands on was the zucchini cake - YUM!Since I was with a large hungry group, I knew to order a few things on my own. I got a red lentil soup which warmed my soul. I could order seconds or thirds. For entree, I got a lamb chop which truly tasted fresh off a grill. My partner got a gyro plate. The meat was so tender and perfectly seasoned. Some family members enjoyed a Turkish coffee and Turkish tea - they loved it. The restaurant even provided a baklava dessert platter with a candle for all of us to sing Happy Birthday to him. Wonderful staff, wonderful food, memorable experience. Highly recommend Istanbul Grill."
"Best chicken shawarma in town, hands down. We went on a night when they had a live guitarist softly playing up front. This is a BYOB place that offers fresh, delicious food is an atmosphere that is comfortable but understated.Try the baba ghanoush, the lemon rice soup, and the chicken shawarma (duh)."
"Food was good but it took 45min to get my small takeout order. Ordered online, showed up and waited over an additional 20min.. When I arrived I was told it was "almost" ready, but it seemed like they just started working on it. 4 people in the back not really doing anything and no sense of urgency. Ordered a Ouizi, Tabboulie and Kunafeh. Never had a Ouizi before and enjoyed it. Kunafeh was also good and a new favorite dessert of mine. I'd order from here again if I knew it would be ready on time. They also didn't provide utensils which I didn't discover until I got to my hotel... A bit of an inconvenience."
"This might be one of DFW's best kept secrets. It's tucked away in a small shopping plaza off of Hall-Johnson/121 with plenty of parking available and very reasonable prices.Walk in and look at the expansive menu, which is essentially broken down into different variations of plates, kabobs, platters, and sandwiches. Order up and sit at one of the available tables/booths. What we got: Gyro sandwich contains plenty of nicely flavored gyro meat, veggies, and a warm, soft pita. We've tried the kofta kabobs, chicken shawarma, beef shawarma, and you just can't go wrongThe guys running this place (or at least always at the counter/preparing the food) are always super nice and patient. Shout out to them for always maintaining a positive attitude, whether its during a chaotic day or a slow day.Note: This place can get busy, so you may not have any luck calling in your orders and/or you may have to wait a little bit, but it's worth it!"
"My sponsor treated me to dinner on a Friday evening. We discovered it was a drive through as we reviewed the website in more detail on our way over. We were accepting of this less formal adventure as we considered how pleased our baby dog would be since we would return home quickly and he would be able to review our food selections while he spending time with us. The restaurant is a renovation of a hot dog stand in the middle of a parking lot. They did a good job and improved the appearance. The order takes longer that a burger joint since they make a more custom meal. We ordered Baba Ghanoush, Chicken Bowl and a Gyro Bowl. One of the difficult issues was driving home smelling the wonderful flavors and not being able to sample the way you do when you have a burger and fries. The best part was opening the containers and being able to start sampling the great mix of foods. This is a very good opportunity to make a quick stop after being struck with a sudden craving for Mediterranean. We enjoyed all of the foods. They provided a good helping of the chicken and Gyro. Hope they don't start cutting back."
"So I've been meaning to try Cava for awhile now, and today I finally did!! While the food was good, the customer service at this location was PHENOMENAL!! Seeing as it was my first time, I had a few questions and the two ladies helping me were SO kind, patient, and helpful!! They made the BEST suggestions and went out of their way to make sure that I had a great experience!! I had a lot going on and now that I'm thinking about it, I don't remember what their names were, which is unfortunate, because they absolutely deserve to be recognized!! They truly went above and beyond for me, and after the day I had, it truly meant so much. I am so grateful for their kindness. Anyway - ON TO THE FOOD!! I had a greens and grains bowl with the Superfood greens and the Saffron Basmati Rice. For my protein I got the Honey Harissa Chicken. For my toppings I did the pita crisps, tomato and cucumber, pickled onions, tomato and onion, fire roasted corn, and Persian cucumbers. I got a variety of sauces, and I got them all on the side, (just in case I didn't like any of them). SO glad that I did that! There were a few I wasn't a fan of, but the ones that I liked and ended up putting in my bowl were the harissa spread, skhug, garlic dressing, and the hot harissa vinaigrette!! As someone who likes at least a little bit of spice, I think I had the perfect combination of sauces for my preference, so FYI - if you're like me, DO NOT SKIP the skhug, the harissa spread, and vinaigrette!! Then if you want, add some garlic dressing to balance it all out. SO GOOD!!There were SO many textures and flavor profiles going on in this bowl and somehow, it all worked together perfectly!! All the vegetables were super crisp and fresh, and the chicken was juicy and delightfully seasoned!! I figured the honey harissa chicken may be too sweet, but thankfully that wasn't the case. It had a touch of sweetness, but it was definitely more savory overall, so that was a nice surprise!! Oh and before I forget, I have to talk about the drinks!! I decided to put together a random concoction of the classic lemonade, cucumber mint lime, and the pineapple apple mint. Not quite sure what the ratios were, but I did mostly classic lemonade and a splash of the other two and somehow it turned out amazing!! It was light, super refreshing, and delicious!! So yeah - long story long, the customer service ALONE warranted 5 billion stars, but thankfully the food was fantastic as well!! DEFINITELY check this location out whenever you're in the area!!"
"Discovered this place from yelp! My son was wanting speghetti so we looked up a new Italian spot! We were seated and noticed the art work on the walls. Very nice touch as some were interesting to talk about. Food was amazing. We ordered the Fritto Misto, very tasty and unique batter. I enjoyed the crispy shrimp that's added on along with the two sauce! I definitely enjoy both sauce. One was tomatoe based and not sure what the white sauce was. However both complimented the shrimp, calamari, and onion strings. We ordered the short rib ravioli, Dua, and speghetti with meat sauce and meatballs for my son. All three were amazing dishes! I definitely would recommend them. Ingredients were fresh, and food was amazing. I enjoyed every bite! You can tell each dish was well thought out and put together perfectly. Customer service was perfect ! Nick and Rdeeda, took the time to speak to is even when they were busy. Nick was very warming as he wanted to ensure we had a great meal! You can tell he enjoyed what he does and put alot of care and love into his establishment! I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for an enjoyable meal! I'm coming back for their brunch! Ask for Rdeeda when visiting. I'm sure I spelled her name wrong ! Apologies! She's an amazing server! Everyone there were friendly and attentive. Must Try!"
"Came here, and stumbled out of the blue waseem amazing!! he put together a meal for us and we had a little bit of everything that hummus and baba ghanoush and the platter was incredible, and the bread comes out in this huge circle, it was truly an experience! Really enjoyed ourselves"
"I recently had the pleasure of trying Pizzati's Pizza, and I'm so glad I did! I've never had Mediterranean-style pizza before, but the friendly staff took the time to explain everything and helped me choose the perfect pie.I went with the Akkawi cheese pizza, and it was incredible! The cheese reminded me of feta but with a slightly sweeter flavor - like elevated cheese sticks! The calzones were also amazing, with a perfect balance of toppings and cheese. I added feta to mine, which gave it an extra kick. And the marinara sauce? Perfect for dipping! Not only was the food delicious, but the service was top-notch. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. Plus, the prices were great!Pizzati's is LGBTQIA friendly and hands down the best pizza shop on the strip. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!"
"This place is so good for a quick, delicious bite to eat. I got the combo platter. It was easily enough for two people. I tried to do it all myself. I finished but I wasn't hungry the rest of the day. So good and the service is very attentive."
"Imagine your favorite cafeteria line, only Mediterranean and it's meat and three, and that's my best description of Fadi's. Located in a busy newish plaza, I was totally unprepared for the wonders inside. I chose baba ganoush, Greek salad, and root vegetables paired with a sauced chicken and the whole thing was amazing. I realized too late I probably should have chose falafel because that's something I don't get at home; or just all veggie sides because they were so amazing. I also failed to add a dessert to take home, but now I have a plan for the next time I am in Dallas, right?I consider this a must-visit."
"We have been going to Yummy's on University Drive a few times and we like that location quite a bit. We wanted to try this new location which is more convenient based on where we live. It's roughly the same size as the location on University Drive and the menu looks the same. They also have delivery via Doordash if you don't want to have to go to the restaurant. It looked really clean and everyone was really friendly. We tried their hummus which was pretty good. The pita bread had an odd flavor, it seemed oily and it tasted like they should have replaced the oil. I also had the gyro sandwich with extra meat. It was PACKED with meat, unless you are a big eater, the normal sized gyro is more than enough.I will give this location another shot, I hope to have a better experience on my next visit."
"The service was amazing. The moment we arrived we were greeted with warm smiles that felt so genuine. All of our questions were answered with patience. Jon was so amazingly nice and courteous. We ordered to go.Lamb shank: tender and savory with rice and eggplant. It was very tasty and not a drop was left behind.Four kebab: each were so tender and not a bit dry. Each very flavorful and even my very picky daughter ate it up. The salad lightly seasoned and fresh. Eggplant: very well seasoned and hit home. It was very nostalgic for me and reminded me of when I was little eating something so similar that made me smile with every bite.Dolma: just the right amount of flavoring and with every bite bursts with flavor. Was the right texture.Turkish tea: so light and not bitter. Very refreshing even on a hot day.Loved coming here by just the great aura Jon and staff gave. So warm and made you feel right at home. The food is great and has me craving for more! The ambiance is just amazing! Thank you again for making my day!"
"We were in Addison for the kid's swimming competition and decided to try this place since we were in the mood for something different from our usual routine. We went for lunch on a Sunday. We found street parking near the front entrance. The ambience of the restaurant is upscale-casual. Everything was clean and wiped down. There is nothing really "mediterranean" about the interior, but that did not matter. We were greeted by our server very soon after being seated. It took a few minutes to digest the menu since it is pretty extensive and everything looked enticing. The wife decided on babagonush for an app, while I tried the Turkish tea pot. The tea was really tasty, especially after adding a bit of honey for sweetness. I tried the babagonush and thought it was good with a smoky aftertaste, but the wife disagreed and thought it was a little bitter. But it's my review so I have the final say. It was smoky. It was a large portion so we could only finish about half. It comes with a good amount of pita bread. We were also given a cup of lentil soup, gratis. It needed some salt but basically was good. The wife and I decided to split a combo tower which is one skewer of chicken and one of ground beef. We decided a Greek salad and roasted veggies as our sides. Everything was spectacularly good. The beef was juicy, tender, and had wonderful seasoning. Delicious. The chicken was juicy, tender, and had a wonderful grilled flavor plus whatever marinade they used. Delicious. The roasted veggies were perfect. Delicious. The Greek salad was perfect. Delicious. Service was very attentive and helpful. A very pleasant young woman whose name I did not get but it stared with a M. She was great. Overall, I consider this place to be a real find. It is off the beaten track of Belt Line by a few blocks, but if you see this restaurant it is definitely worth a try."
"Take out deliveryEverything came in the order and packed well. Had the Manhattan Bowl and the Chicken Bowl, and a side of Garlic Fries Both were really good and just the right spice on each dish. It was more than enough for two people. Even had left overs. I recommend this place for take out and I plan on ordering from there again soon."
"Shout out to Moe's Gyro for their hummus and their Greek salad, two dishes that are absolutely essential in my life.. Moe's food is all so pretty and colorful and fresh. Their Greek salad is crunchy and filled with lots of veggies, and the dressing is so good and acidic. The hummus is that perfect velvety texture and super rich, it doesn't need anything but it goes with everything. Of course Jon enjoyed his gyro pita wrap and fries. The gyro didn't fall apart and the meat had great flavor, and the fries were crispy and salty. Shawarma is up next on my list."
"I've been here probably 5+ times now. Their rice, hummus, and grilled meats are so freaking good. Portion sizes are huge (prices reflect that). Chill dining experience, nice staff, perfect for takeout. Check this place out if you love Mediterranean!"
"When I'm eating Mediterranean food, I'm always gonna have fresh produce on my plate. Whether I'm ordering a shawarma plate or falafel or lentil soup or hummus, I need something crisp and raw with it! A Greek salad. A little side salad. Pickled veggies. Tomato and cucumber slices. Lettuce and carrots and onions. You know how it is. And the freshness of the produce is pretty important. A couple times we've ordered from Gyros to Go and the produce has been colorless, limp, and watery. I'm not expecting picture perfect, ultra-radiant veggies or anything, just a little color and crunch! Besides the bland produce and the to-go orders being a little messily and loosely packed in styrofoam containers, we've enjoyed the food and prices here. The chicken and beef shawarma and the gyro meat are all so well seasoned and delicious. Jon loves the garlic fries. The hummus is a great texture. Quick delivery!"
"This is my second time having Plaka's Greek Kitchen and it is definitely some of the best Greek food I've ever had. Their Gyro Wraps are amazing and so is the Falafel and hummus. Also want to mention the owner is extremely nice and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!"
"This was a nice spot to grab something quick & healthy with friends. The food was fresh and tasty, I liked my Gyro meat. Sometimes Gyro makes my tummy hurt but I like the taste and this one didn't! Staff is friendly, we ended up staying past closing cause we got carried away in conversation and the staff didn't bother us which was kind. But I dont promote doing that bc it's rude, it was just nice that they let us have our conversation while they were cleaning up."
"Tasty food! Excellent service! Fresh and hot! You name it! Glad we found this Gem of a place. They also have a really nice and spacious outdoor seating with a pergola for dining Al fresco. Highly recommend the chicken tender kabob and the hummus."
"Food was very good and the restaurant was neat and cleanIt's a restaurant where you can carry on a conversation The wait staff was very inattentive"
