I got the chicken avocado fried and the baked eggplant. The chicken was creamy and didn't feel greasy at all, the eggplant was open face and full of yummy Mediterranean spices and diced eggplant. I just wish I had gotten more!!

This place is great! The empanadas were individually excellent; each were full of filling and baked (or fried) to perfection. The staff was welcoming and it felt like a local spot in a big city. Highly recommend!

This place is located by my job and I have always wanted to try it so while on that side of town on a Saturday afternoon I chose to stop and pickup dinner for my dad and I. I informed the you man at the counter that it was my first time there and he was very helpful in helping me pick out 4 different empanadas. The beef o e and the shrimp one were my favorite while my dad enjoyed the chicken empanada and also the ham & cheese one. There is a small wait since the have to either bake or fry them but my wait time was actually between 7-10 minutes, wish I had paid more attention to the time. They are located in a strip do plenty of parking available. I believe they are open for lunch starting at 11 am through dinner. I am definitely going back for lunch and suggest you give them a try well. Happy eating .

The guy behind the counter (Venezuelan) is super friendly, informative and smiling ear to ear! Such a welcoming vibe! It's a cute little place--I got my empanadas to go, and I only waited maybe 5 minutes. I decided on the salteña, mushroom and Hawaiian--all baked. I can't decide which I like best, so I'll just say they're all amazing! They are stuffed with lots of ingredients--no skimping here! The dough is cooked to perfection! The salteña has potatoes with ground beef, and the potatoes are in small chunks rather than mashed into the beef. The mushroom one has caramel used onions and makes it oh so gooey good! The pineapple in the Hawaiian one is subtle, perfectly balanced with the ham and cheese! Can't wait to go back and try some of the sweet ones!!! YUM!

Was heading with the wifey out and I really felt a hunger for empanadas. So we decided to try this fun little place. Being the hungry guy that I am, I ordered one beef, one avocado chicken and one ham and cheese empanada, all baked of course! You can get these baked or fried, but if you have seen the size of my belly, you would understand why I went with baked. Put it simply, they were all amazing and not every expensive! They come with a side green type of salsa ish thing that really adds to the flavor when eating the empanadas. They also have a free water stand that has fresh fruit inside the water container! I felt like I was eating at a very classy place with my fancy free water! If your in an empanada kind of mood, check them out! You won't be disappointed.

Pineapple empanada is to die for. The savory empanadas are good, cant go wrong with the ground beef one.

VEGETARIAN REVIEW:I wanted to love this place. It isn't far from my house, they have vegetarian options, and the kids and I like good empanadas. Unfortunately, they missed the mark. We order the caprese, spinach, four cheese, mushroom, nutella with fruit, and dulce leche with walnuts. The empanadas were really quickly, but it took the guy forever to label each box. By the time he was done, I didn't care which ones we got. If a customer came in, he stopped labeling. If another order was ready, he stopped labeling. If the phone rang, he stopped labeling. It was obvious that we were the lowest priority. We took our food home, and they didn't look bad, but they weren't good either. The caprese was watery, the spinach used was either canned or frozen, and the four cheese was distinctly unappealing. The dessert empanadas were better than the savory ones, but they still weren't phenomenal. Ultimately, we threw them in the trash. Oh well.

Great empanadas. The dough is nice and flaky...I mean it really is good.... Even the vegetarian option. I believe we had the veggie curry.. chef's kiss.. It was full of flavor. I recommend this place highly...only reason for not being full 5, is because it is a small place...I know this is not their fault so hopefully one day with all the business they get, they can expand into a bigger place!!

I arrived at 1:58pm and the cashier was mopping the place. It took her like one minute to acknowledge me but it was ok since I was looking at the menu. When I was ready to order I asked for the Lunch Combo which ends at 2pm. It was 2pm on the dot but the cashier didn't want to honor the combo even when she knew I have been there for a couple of minutes. I showed her my phone which it was showing 2:00pm and she checked her watch and was also 2:00pm. After a couple of times trying to explain to her the situation she totally declined to honor the lunch combo. I feel that is not the way to trat your customer when obviously I've arrived before 2pm.

Wow! Delicious empanadas. Had them delivered 35 miles and they were hot, fresh and flaky. We tried the beef Mediterranean, the chicken curry, the pineapple and cream cheese(OMG!!), and the dulce de leche. Knocked 'em out of the park!We WILL order again. Best empanadas I have had in the city.
