Tonight I went the drive thru and was rushed through my entire order. The dude sounded very annoyed and kept asking "are you done?" At the end of my order I asked for extra army sauce. When I got my bag from the window he hadn't given me any arby's sauce so I asked again if I could get some extra arbys sauce. I was polite. I wasn't angry. He took two handfuls of arbys sauce and threw them at me. They got all over my lap and the floor of my car. When I called to speak to a manager the guy who answered had a very similar voice and told me that he was not allowed to give me the first name of the person working drivethru for me to report a complaint. I'm pretty sure it was the same guy. I'm also pretty sure he's not the manager. Anyways on top of all that, half my order was wrong. Luckily there's another arby's just a mile farther from my house in the opposite direction.

It's been a long time since I last saw an Arby's and it used to be one of my favorite when I was a child. I'm very happy to see one opened here in the south Katy/Northwest Richmond area. And this one happens to be a gadget friendly one. The restaurant is equipped with USB plugs almost on every wall for almost all of the tables. Because of this it makes this a good family place for quick lunch with a reasonable price tag. Thank you Julie for the curtesy you catered us and thank you Caesar for quick turn around thinking on how to redeem gift certificate. You both made the experience pleasant here at the Arby's for our family.

I give this location 1 star because of the incompetence of the owner. I drove here on my lunch break only because I had a gift card, just to be informed this location has had problems with there machine reading the cards since they OPEN. The Manager said the GM is aware and just haven't fixed the problem. WTF! The only reason for coming was to not spend cash. The manager was apologetic but not accommodating of the inconvenience. My sandwich was threw together in a sloppy manner.....The positive is the fries were hot and fresh lol!

We went through the drive through and got home to eat. My husband was about to take another bite into his sandwich and I asked him what was sticking out of his sandwich. You can see exactly what it is in the picture. I was reluctant to go in the first place because when I first tried this location I had a hair in my ham and cheese sandwich. Needless to say I'm DONE!

I grew up going to Arby's. Back then it was nice change. I've been to this one and I'll admit I've been lazy and done the drive thru. But both times I can't seem to get what I order. I take my kids to see how they like it for the first time. We order two roast beef sliders and get chicken tenders! What an experience! Can't get those anywhere else.... Just now I go to get a BEEF 'N CHEDDAR and splurge for the double! That must secretly mean that I didn't want the cheddar part. Nothing like a lot of dry roast beef!Thanks for looking out for my waistline guys! I'll take it from here.... no longer a fan...

Have never had an issue at this location, though have never come at a time when there was anyone else placing an order. Always found the service to be pretty quick and consistent. Better than most of the other fast food options in that corridor.

Made an online order went to go get it went through the drive-through lady was a little bit rude. Told me it wasn't ready to go back around. There's another car behind me. So I did just that they gave me my order. I stick my hand in there as I'm driving away it's the wrong order and I'm touching cheese sticks. She exchanges my order when I go back around. Tell her she gave me the wrong one. They both seem to be bothered and not super friendly. As I'm driving away again I put my hand in my bag and take it fry to eat. It's practically raw and cold, when I exchange the bag, I told the lady to throw away the cheese sticks since I put them my hand on them. I highly doubt she did that. Got home gyro was greasy and cold. Just threw it away after a few bites. I would not go to this Arby's. Customer service stinks food is subpar by any means.Funny made a Google review to contact their customer service two weeks ago no response after they ask!

I found an Arby's! And, it was not good. I only write this review to warn my fellow travelers. So, it's been a few years and I remember the roast beef sandwich was good. But wait, they now have a roast beef sandwich with cheddar cheese. That sounds great. It was bad. I was thinking a slice of cheddar cheese melted on hot roast beef, but no it was a fake cheese sauce. It was like a Rico's condensed cheese sauce.... a disgusting witch's brew of chemicals that should never enter the body. Sure, it was popular in the 80s on movie theater nachos. In the Information Age, we know better.Gone are the days when you could order a "meat mallet" - a sandwich with every type of meat they sell on it. It was glorious! 8 oz of roast beef, a couple slices of ham, 5 strips of bacon, a filet of chicken all piled up in a bun with some au jus gravy. All for $7!!!! Apparently, the manager had no idea of what I was talking about. Arby's has rules now. I hate this modern world.

I couldn't remember the last time I had Arbys before this one moved into the new strip center. Now I guess I figured out why I stopped coming.Visit 1: extremely long wait and we were missing an order of loaded fries that we didn't discover until we got home. My bad. I should have checked. So I didn't review and let it go. Visit 2: very long wait again. I ordered at 6:32, and we finally got our order at 6:53... This being after they had us pull around back and wait because they were "having trouble with the salad". So I checked the order after learning from visit 1. My Greek salad is the same size as the gyro we ordered with no pita. Literally nothing different from sandwich insides. Plus we discovered that they rung us up for a chicken strip only with drink instead of the combo like we asked for. So short another fry order again. I got out of the car in the pouring rain to address the salad and fries and went inside. I got a big thing about how they weren't rung up right and "they weren't sure if I had ordered a side salad or not". Why didn't you just ask while I was waiting at the window for over 10 mins!? So I just got my corrected order at 7:01. That was a disappointing 30 minute drive through experience. We won't be back. The fact the my kids love your curly fries is the ABSOLUTE ONLY reason you don't have 1 star.
