Bathroom floor. Yes, it is exactly what it looks like. Avoid Zooming in.
Bottom of my new suede boots, after visiting bathroom at 1235 Fry Rd in Katy, Texas. Had to drive home in my sock feet.
Huge Side salad only $1.69
The best sandwich ever! A must-try.
Over priced? You be the judge.
The toilet bowl empties from bottom, but mgmt kept it open. Employees wore the same shoes right back into the food areas and serving areas

There aren't many Arby's around so whenever we find one we have to take advantage. I worked for Arby's when I was a teen and since then I have been a big fan. My all time favorite menu item is the Turkey, Ranch & Bacon. I usually just get the sandwich but this time I decided to get the wrap. It was delicious!Restaurant was clean, every other table was off limits for social distancing purposes and the restrooms were separated for staff and customers. All staff members were wearing masks. Will be back!

How do you serve a French dip sandwich without the French dip? Now I can't eat my dry a$$ sandwich because I got screwed by some incompetent idiot. Thanks a lot.

He is also going to be going in the military I wish him all the very best. The restaurant was clean and full of happy faces.

I stopped here with my wife on the way to drop her off at work. Ordered a large beef and cheddar and two large drinks at the drive thru. The total was $12.20. At the window the rude little SOB who took my $13.00 threw my change at my hand letting part of it go to the ground. Being in a truck it wasn't possible for me to just pick it up. The rude little SOB just said "it's right there" pointing at the ground. No apologies at all.I insisted he get me the correct change (more the principle than anything at this point). He slammed the window shut and after fumbling around for five minutes finally retuned with my change. A moment later another girl with an attitude came with the sandwich I ordered. Of course I asked to speak to the manager. She immediately pulled back the sack with my sandwich and called for the manager to come to the window. The girl who claimed to be the manager ("Elsy") did not offer an apology at all although she had been standing right behind the rude SOB when he threw the change. She simply stated "I told him to get it from the gratuity jar and pay you".Obviously these kids have no respect for anyone so I just stated give me my sandwich because I don't have time for this, you've just lost another customer".The girl holding my sandwich shoved it out the window and in a poor attempt at sarcasm yelled "have a nice day!"I assure you, not only will I have a nice day, but your nearby competition will have many nice days. I will not return to this location again. If this behavior is considered acceptable for over priced food that frankly just isn't up to par with other Arby's locations I certainly won't be returning here.

6 Pictures are worth a THOUSAND Reviews. Yes, that's what it looks like on the floor in the bathroom. (feces and urine.) Yes, they knew about it. Yes, it's a real review. No, they didn't bother to close the restroom, but let patrons be surprised and employees walk back into the kitchen after standing in it. Also not a sanitary way for employees to even wash their hands before returning to work. Supplies were missing from the bathroom, so washing their hands a not. I was already STANDING in it before I realized what it was. Yes, that's a picture of the manager, not wearing gloves and putting food into a non suspecting customer's bag.I entered the Arbys at 1235 Fry Rd in Katy. Wasn't busy. The manager snapped "What is your order?" I began trying to order. After each item, he demanded "Will that complete your order?" Every item. I finally got just quit trying. I didn't even order fries. I paid for the order and said I would go to the bathroom to wash first. It wasn't an overflowing toilet, it was a broken toilet. The contents of the bowl flooded the floor every time it was flushed. They knew about it and were non responsive. Why mop the kitchen floor if you have poop in the prep area and everywhere else the employees walked, because crap was on their shoes? When I exited the bathroom, I asked for the manager if he was aware, because there was no way it also had toilet paper everywhere in 5 minutes. He sharply said "We know about the bathroom, but have to wait till they come fix it." I asked WHY it was even unlocked and why people (who obviously would have crap on their shoes and unable to wash their hands) were allowed access? He was very annoyed at my question, or maybe just that I was questioning him? I pointed out that I now had poop and urine on the bottom of my new suede boots. He shrugged and said "we have to wait for them to fix it." Who is "them?" You were not knighted with permission to put an out of order sign on a door? Make employees wash hands? Not wear poop? Wear gloves yourself? I used the grass outside to wipe my boots and drove home in my sock feet. Tried to call the survey line, but didn't get the feeling it even in the USA. it doesn't operate correctly and hangs up when a # is entered. I tried to call the customer service #, but same thing. Odd. Thought Arbys was a reputable company? Maybe they just farm out their customer service elsewhere. Either way, neither worked. Whole fiasco felt like an SNL skit, where no one really cares about reality. If healthy / safe food, Cleanliness and Customer Service is important to you, I would suggest looking elsewhere. No one even cared. Could you even look at your food after that?

Like Arnie said, "Arby Back", and now it finally is. In my good graces, that is.It started out as one of my favourite fast food franchises and one which I really enjoyed having when I was 16 years old and enjoying my first trip to america.Over the years it went down a little bit in my estimation and I stopped being in love with it, but then once I decided to separate fast food from every other kind of food because it's so much worse, I realized that Arby's is still very much near the top of a bad bunch, and I actually enjoy their sandwiches a lot.Their milkshakes can be pretty good too. This location has good sandwiches which deserve a high rating, except that it needs to have service that matches the now high prices and the good taste. They keep forgetting things in the bag but they never forget to charge you and take your money. Funny how that works.

Went in today to try out the Wagyu burger. I went thru drive thru to place my order. It comes in two forms, Bacon Ranch and Deluxe. I had the Deluxe and my wait wasn't long. I ate Once I got back home. It was very good. It was cooked medium and had great flavor. I will definitely return.

Good luck staying in business anywhere but Ohio where apparently they are most famous with 8% of their stores located there. They don't answer the phone and primate a burger that is less than satisfactory. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

Did the drive through but the building looks newly renovated. What I expected for the meal, classic. Always love their curly fries.
