I pass by this Arby's constantly....and that's bout all I do, is pass by! But they sent me a buy a sandwich, get a shake and fry free for my big day so I said why the hell not! Ordinarily, I would not order a gyro from a non-Greek spot but I took a chance and let me tell you, I was not disappointed. It ain't winning any award over Niko's or your other favorite Greek spot but it was delicious. I was going to ask for extra tzatziki sauce but it was heavy, so glad I didn't. Now my only complaint was that thang needed a few extra slices of meat! Also not sure why they were drive thru only but the customer service was nice. I had no plans of going in there anyway. The fries were hot and delicious and I ordered an orange cream shake as well. It looked more orange, hardly visible cream but it had a good taste. I'll be back Arby's! Coupon or no coupon....

Haven't had Arby's in a long time; however, we had a QR code to use for 25% off. When pulling up to the drive-thru, they weren't able to scan the QR code at all despite three attempts. That's fine, I just wanted to get out of there at that point.Here is my issue:We had ordered two sandwiches. Instead of a chicken sandwich, I received a tomato sandwich. Based on the reviews and Arby's reputation, I feel as if I am the one at fault for even going here.The restaurant was not busy at all. At this point, I am convinced the workers are doing this on purpose, or Mary Jane got in the way.Definitely not going to ANY Arby's again.. ever!!!STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Drive thru order. Cashier not write down very first item ordered. Fortunately, they did not charge me for it either but I was left w/o my Gyro. Informed by cashier: no potato cakes, no Mac and cheese and no Italian sandwiches. I also ordered a large peach ice tea which was good but there was not one ice cube in it. Ordered crinkle fries - fresh and very good. My husband ordered a French dip - also good. And, the Jalapeño poppers were good. Tried to call numerous times once we got our order home to find out where my Gyro was - phone simply says "Good bye" - nothing else. How stupid is that? Why even have a phone number? So the one star is for the food they did have and the no stars are for all the other bad things we experienced. Came all the way from CA for this?????

We had a fairly large order, a family of 5. After ordering....we pulled up to the window to pay and pick up. We were informed that the chicken was still cooking and it would take about 5 minutes. Roughly 10 minutes later the food was ready. When we pulled away, we had Luke warm sandwiches and no fries for two of the orders that were supposed to have fries. We didn't have enough time to go back through but they had 10 minutes before hand to make sure the order was correct.

Pretty good for a 2.49 meal. I saw advertisements for a free sandwich each week in April. Lucky for me there are a couple of Arby's in my area. I downloaded the app and coupon and ordered online. I had to purchase something to get the sandwich for free. Went to the drive through and my order was ready for pickup in less than 10 minutes. I can't complain too much about the meal since it was so cheap but the fries were mini sized for 2.39. The chicken sandwich was a nice size and was flavorful but just ordinary. Again, it was free so no disappointment there. I might order there again, their chicken sandwiches are good. So many other options though, make it hard to justify. I will give them 3 stars for the effort.

Hubs got Wahgu Burger combo...$14. A lot for Arby's. I had the Reuben. The Rye wasn't toasted. I couldn't taste the Pastrami or Sauerkraut. It wasn't bad, just not a real deli tasting sandwich. We wanted the fish sandwiches which I heard were voted the best, but haven't been to find them in months. Clean, empty restaurant. Service was good.

Order my food and took it home. I look inside to make sure that they had put my sauce packet in the back, then drove off. I ate some of the fries on the way home which were great hot and fresh. But the sandwich is the wrong sandwich. I just wanted the plan roast beef sandwich nothing on it nothing special. Just a plain roast beef sandwich. This is not the first time something like this has happened at this location.
