The most local of pizza joints on this side of the city, super accommodating with all our last-minute pie orders for a large family group. Their penne vodka hits the spot the later we order it, and there's something about their pizza crust that's bready in the best way possible.

There's no menu and the pizzas in the window are limited. There are a lot of soda options and thankfully there's a lot of street parking. There's a 3%credit card charge. The pizza is good and hearty. I would definitely come back. There are seats and it's clean inside.

Short review because they are under new ownership and also because we haven't tried a lot on the menu but so far, we're very happy. The new owners seem really committed and are very friendly and welcoming. My DH stopped in to meet them and came away committed to seeing them succeed in the neighborhood. He's ordered take-out from their at least twice so far. It must be good because both times he's ordered a gyro and has been very pleased. It's an ample sandwich and very tasty. It was full of meat and had a pile of red tomatoes which is how we like it. Their service is quick and friendly and I can't wait to go back. So happy that Apollo's is in the neighborhood.

This place is so amazing. I was in a Greek mood. Thus, I got a Greek salad which was pretty healthy and had very fresh ingredients. The gyro was very toasty and full of tomatoes/onions/gyro meat. The food came out really quickly as well. Can't wait to visit again!

I'm very familiar with this restaurant as I used to live and go to school in the area however it's been a very long time since I've had food from here. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza to pick up. It was done quickly and was ready when I arrived. Service is A1. The place was clean and everyone was super friendly. With that being said, the pizza was just ok. Nothing to bad but nothing too good either. I'd try something else but I wouldn't order the pizza again.

Worse than what you'll find in your grocery store frozen pizza aisle. And it's not even close! Quite literally the worst pizza I've ever had in my entire life. And I've tried them twice just to be fair. I wouldn't recommend eating here under any circumstances.

Unbelievable pizza. Onion rings also area hidden gem. It is not the "greatest pizza you have ever had" but it is close. Outside of Italy or New York I have not had a better pie. Also this is a family business through and through. Philly love goes into every order and the owners are a wonderful family and work incredibly hard to make sure you get exactly what you want. The older gentleman even told me about how he grew up in Greece. This is the real deal. If you want a delicious pizza place with extensive menu THIS IS IT. if you want a neighborhood East Falls kitchen for a blazing fast to-go order THIS IS IT. Wonderful food and even better workers/owners. Best pizza pie in philly trust me and go here you will not be disappointed.

Pretty good, much better than past owners. A bit pricy for what it is though. Standards not always kept high. Fries are soggy, probably due to styrofoam container, once they were double fried, or fried way too long. The batch should have never gone out.Pizza very good BUT once was almost black on bottom. Also, cut back on the excessive salt on the steaks please. When there not salty, they are great.Just keep your standards high and get consistent, then all would be good and I would go 4 or 5 stars.
