I'm usually not the type to give reviews of less than 5 stars, let alone leave an awful review. But my experience was far too upsetting for me to not take the time out of my day to share my fair and honest review with you all.As someone who enjoys churrascarias both locally and globally, I decided to give this locally owned Brazilian steakhouse a try, especially after receiving a "BOGO" coupon via Facebook Messenger.Arriving on Valentine's Day with a reservation, I had hoped for a memorable dining experience at what was marketed as a "Fine Dining" establishment. Unfortunately, a series of shortcomings tarnished the evening.Atmosphere: The lack of music and tables placed uncomfortably close together created an awkward ambiance where conversations from neighboring tables could be heard clearly. I swear you can hear some of the arguing couples who weren't going to make it after Valentine's LOL.Salad Bar: There weren't a lot of options, which is understandable since there wasn't a lot of space. Furthermore, they had a section for rice, beans, plantain, mashed potatoes, etc. The rice was terribly hard, and the mashed potatoes tasted like instant mashed potatoes and weren't flavorful at all.Water: My date had to get her water replaced before she had the chance to drink it because it had stuff floating in it.Meat: About 6/8 meats that were served were overcooked and too salty, except one of the Picanha (It's in the video and it was the only meat I enjoyed). I asked for extra for a particular cut of meat, but unfortunately, it was so overcooked I couldn't even swallow it. It felt like I was eating beef jerky LOL.Cheese Bread (Pão de queijo): I give props to the bread since it was served to us repeatedly because it was really good.Staff: While the female staff members were commendable since she gave a quick introduction to the restaurant and was very friendly, the behavior of one of the servers was unprofessional. Being addressed as "Bruce Lee" by one server was entirely uncalled for and inappropriate in a supposed "Fine Dining" establishment. I'm big on jokes and usually don't get offended but even my date was shocked at the way we were treated despite us not complaining or being disrespectful in any way. Additionally, despite signaling our readiness for more meat with our green table indicators, we often found ourselves waiting for so long. We even overheard the couple's conversation next to us and were upset about how they stopped serving us for more than 15 minutes.Restroom: The one urinal available had pee all over it. The pipes, on the other hand, seemed to be broken, and so it smelled quite terrible in both the men's and women's restrooms. My date and I could attest to the smell.Despite the shortcomings, my date and I made light of the situation by laughing about the wrong things that were happening, not letting our situation ruin Valentine's Day. However, Angus Grill falls short of its claim as a "Fine Dining" establishment, with an experience that, at most, warrants a $50-$60 price point per couple and not $180+ including the 20% tip.Upon presenting my bill and attempting to redeem the coupon, I was informed it was not valid for Valentine's Day--a detail not disclosed on the coupon. This lack of transparency reflects poorly on the establishment's management. In sharing this review, I hope the owner, Airton Demoraes, takes constructive feedback into account to enhance the overall dining experience at Angus Grill for everyone. And hopefully, they honor my coupon to make up for the experience somehow :)

I usually dont put any reviews .but this place is something else. This place is the worst Brazilian restaurant I ever went too. We had reservations at 8 we sat down at 8.30 .First things NO BREAD already finished. Half of the small salad bar was empty. Drink came when we almost finished our food. As far as food only brought us 2 different chicken one Kind of beef and two different pork

Angus Grill offers an exceptional churrascaria experience without the price tag or oppulence that one may come to expect from other similar high-end restaurants in the same area of town.I have been here a number of times over the years, and have honestly never been dissapointed with the food, service or atmosphere. The food is just as good as Fogo or Chama, in my opinion. The service and atmosphere are just as comparable, exept I will say it is more laid back. I really cannot find much to complain about. One of the things that stands out to me here is the garlic beef. Every American churrascaria basically serves the same cuts and types of grilled meats, one of them being garlic beef. It is actually my favorite in the genre, and this place serves the best tasting to me (it is extra garlicy!). The other big bonus is the price. At most other places, you can expect to pay nearly $100 a person for dinner. Here it comes out to around $58 a person after tax - not a bad deal!I would highly recommend Angus Grill to anyone looking for a good Brazillian steakhouse experience on this side of town.

We got a BOGO voucher on Messenger. It was nice. However, I think the food can be less salty for the better. The customer service was good since they took care of my problem well. Anyways, I might come back to this place again in the future.

Don't be fooled by the outside of the building, which is terrible. The inside, however, is quite nice and refined. I did not, but you would defiinitely feel comfortable in a suit or dressed up for an occasion. The Meats kept coming and you could have as much as you wanted. Most of it was very excellent and we filled up quickly. The service was very good and attentive to all our needs. I do highly recommend this place as long as you understand how the Groupon works! I did not like the fact that they added the TAX and then the mandatory gratuity of 18%, which in my case was $49 tip. No one should be forced to pay a gratuity against a tax (8% of $50 added another $4. No the amount, just the principle.)4 of us came in and had waters to drink. We all had the $60 meal (included a large salad bar, soups and breads, along with assorted items like; chicken wings, rice, mashed potatoes). 3 people had the $10 Chocolate mousse and nothing else. The bill came to $120 for the groupon, and another $90 for the gratuity and desserts for a total of $210 for the 4 of us.
