Angie's Place

Everything needs to improve after waiting almost 30 minutes. I simply cancelled my order. I heard the food is coming every 4 minutes. I don't understand. The lobby area was full. Only come here if you have hours to wait. The absolute worst!!! The food may be good. Maybe someone called out. I saw the owner drive off, hopefully she left to get more staff. So frustrating.

This place is a hidden gem!!! Restaurant connected to a gas station. Nothing fancy about this spot as far as decor. But hunny... the customer service, and the food makes up for everything it's lacking. Me and my Bae ordered the fried chicken and chicken gizzards. Chicken was hot fresh and crispy. Gizzards were OK. I've had better. But I'd definitely return for the chicken. The cashier treated us like we were in her home. Definitely felt welcomed. Best part is the prices can't be beat!!!So if you want some good fried chicken for cheap try this place out. You'll thank me later.

Okay I wanted my mom to try a different fried Chicken other than KFC. I found this place on Yelp because it was on my way home. The reviews were good when it came to the chicken the sides not so much. So the first thing I noticed is that no one spoke to me when I walked in for an uncomfortable amount of time. The place is very small but there are about five people and an L-shape kitchen area. The cashier was new so I understood her reluctance because she was putting together an order behind the counter. A customer actually had to say, "Hey there's somebody here who wants to order." I ordered the 5 piece all dark, just chicken special $6.99. I added a side of green beans which was okay, nothing special. The premium order of collard greens was so spicy that I couldn't even close my mouth. It was ridiculous. People should be allowed to add their own spiciness level to their collard greens. I didn't finish them I didn't want them and I threw them away. So all in all, I will be back because 20 minutes later after I got home my chicken was still crispy and boy was it yummy!.

Food stay on point. It does make it annoying when the service is slow or forgets something but they always the nicest. The place is just next to a gas station but you know everyone in the parking lot is here for this place though cause you know you're getting taken care of. I promise I never met "Angie" but I know who she is cause she is always here and always working. Got to love this space.

Delicious and well seasoned food. The green punch was awesome and a pleasant surprise. The service was professional, friendly, and fast. We had dinner but will return for breakfast.

If I order a pint of lemonade I should get a pint of lemonade. Instead I pay almost 6 dollars for BARELY full 8oz cup. Chicken was ok. Waffle was extremely bland n there still flour bits in it...

The food was bland. I WAITED 30 minutes for my damn food. the staff was rude and they were out of condiments. DO NOT go here.

The things I can say about Angies. First and Foresmost she always looks .out Freedom Middle. The chicken and the sausage and gravy biscuits are a MUST!! Their food is so good that you have to come after 8:30 am. Breakfast is so good. She takes pride in her food. I thank ms. Angie and Stacy for everything they do for freedom. If you looking for a quick breakfast spot, give her place a try. It is so worth it. Don't be scared away from the parking and the gas station, that has nothing to do with nothing. if you don't get one breakfast plate from here, you gone miss it.

Food is always and i mean always on point but for whatever reason they custom service sucks like seriously I've called in my order so many times it doesn't make sense just to always get to the store and still have to wait an additional 25-30 minutes on food that i already called in and waited to leave the house ‍ i just need yall to do better
