I ordered a cake for my niece's wedding. The order was simple, 3 tiers, white cake with strawberry filing and whipped cream frosting. Let me start off by saying it was the smallest wedding cake I have ever seen. It was lopsided. The frosting was butter cream not whipped cream. The cake was dry and the filling as not strawberries it was a strawberry frosting. The only thing that was pretty on the cake were the flowers. That was until I took a bite. The flowers were plastic and she put frosting on top of it to make it look like it was edible. Getting the cake the day of the wedding we were forced to use it. It was $$$ down the drain and more than half of the already small cake was thrown in the trash.
