Andy's Chicken

The chicken wings were very, very good and reasonably priced. My only complaint was that their hottest sauce (volcano) wasn't really that hot.

I didn't know Korean chicken was a thing. However, it's definitely it's my thing now. I was doing some work at the coffee shop across the street and noticed the place and on a whim I said, let me try it and take some home to the family. The place is fairly small, not a lot of tables, but I do believe I would like to try the food there next time. It's a 20 minute ride home, but still it was really good. The chicken is really moist and the crunchy. How do I truly explain the technique.......uhhhhhhhhhhhh, don't know but it's good. They have a few sauce options. I felt they took it over the top. My family did not need the sauce, so it's just a bonus. The order was quickly ready and the gentleman taking my order was extremely helpful. Overall, if I am in the area, this is tops on my list of options

Finally tried this place! I wanted to try this place since they opened and I finally had the chance to try their chicken. We ordered take out for half of hot and spicy and half of original. The chicken was ready for us to pick at the time as stated. When we got the chicken, I was so excited to try it! But after taking couple bites, we were running to get water! It was so salty and the hot and spicy was not hot at all, it tasted more like soy sauce based chicken. It was a huge disappointment but the meat of the chicken wasn't dry so we were able to finish majority of it with water. We are going to try this place again and I hope the chicken is as tasty as the review states!

Came here from a recommendation of my husbands coworker. We can't resist trying out some KFC (Korean fried chicken). Apparently they have 3 locations, two in the city and this one! Glad we came though, we got 2 half chicken meals one with with "buttery rice" and another with onion rings. The buttery rice wasn't buttery but it was okay, they had fried egg on top. Fried eggs make anything better. The onion rings were homemade and were just ok, they didn't have a lot of flavor. The kimchi was a good side though I enjoyed that with my chicken and the rice. Now the chicken was very good! It was hot, crispy and we got the sauces on the side because for me you have to taste the chicken how it is! It's a good way to control the sodium too! We got the sweet chilli which was a crowd favorite and the honey garlic which was ok. I would definitely come back here to try more sauces and items!

After driving past this place several times, we decided to stop in. Simple and straight forward menu. They sale chicken in halves and wholes which is very contentious!It was lunch time and so happy hour specials were available. We tried a half chicken cooked sweet chili style with cole slaw and a half chicken cooked hot and spicy and fries. The chicken was well fried and sauces were nice. The sweet chili was tasty, the hot and spicy was tasty but not so hot. Cole slaw and fries were decent. The staff was curteous and helpful. Food was prepared quickly and packaged with care to go. My husband and son both agree we will return to this establishment.

Amazing Korean fried chicken. It's so GD good; super fast service as well. You really can't go wrong with any of their sauces, but I prefer mine without any - the chicken is juicy as hell and seasoned perfectly. The spicy pork is pretty kickass as well if you're not a fried chicken person and someone's pressuring you to try this place. Their original spot in Fishtown is amazing, so it was awesome when they branched out to the suburbs. I've only ever ordered via DoorDash, so I can't speak to the ambiance, but it's a nice looking spot from the outside based on the times I've walked by. Absolutely one of the best chicken spots in the area!

Cute, clean place. Quick. Staff was friendly. Chicken wings were a solid 8/10, got 3 drums and 3 flats and was a perfectly covered in buffalo sauce, only downside is that they weren't as crispy as I was hoping. The side of mac salad that it came with was a lot smaller than I expected though

Ordered food by Grubhub. Ordered a 6 piece wing- only 4 pieces included. Also ordered a half chicken and there was no leg or breast Never ordering from them againBig disappointment!

I've been coming to Andy's for years and have been to all of their locations. Some things have slightly changed over the years (French fries got a major upgrade a year or so ago) and some things have come and gone (wings are elusive), but the great chicken was always consistent. It was our favorite Korean fried chicken in the city and beyond. I don't know who made the decision to change the recipe but their chicken is now just like KFC, not at all like Korean double fried style. It now has thin breading and no crunch anymore. Major shame and downgrade.

We stopped in to see what was all the hype! The place surely did not disappoint. The service was quick and the food was excellent. A little pricey, but that seems to be the trend no matter where you go these days. The WIng were very good and the tenders were meaty and excellent. Can't wait to go back and try some of the other favors. The place is small and very clean.
