I was refused prices on bottles aka she refused to sell me bottles on the shelf. I'm assuming she'll sell to certain kinds of people... please don't support businesses like this. Spend your money elsewhere. She made me wait till she was done on her cellphone till she spoke... I was the only person in the store. Honestly deserves 0 stars.

This store is awesome. Great selection (especially cognac), hard to beat prices too! (besides from specs, but come on that's never fair). I'd say the owner is very knowledgeable about her cognac, but not so much about everything else. Doesn't mean she won't strike a conversation with you and learn! Don't be afraid to ask questions or recommendations. Store is spot clean and well kept. Nice scotch and bourbon selection with cognac stealing all of the limelight here. Definitely made a loyal customer out of me!

I don't care too much for the cashier's customer service. I would suggest going to the liquor store on Beechnut and Wilcrest.

GIVE Andrew Liquor A BREAK!!!!! We are still in CoVid pandemic!!! Y'all don't know sh*t about running a business. Why are Yelp reviewers treating small business owners worse than Google Maps? There is a serious liquor shortage in the country. But they are keeping prices the same as supplies shrinking. Granted. The staff has been rude to her customers. That's the way she wants to do business. I don't mind anyone talking to me. A lady behind the counter never spoke a word to me. She was always on the phone dealing. But you know what? The shelves are fully stocked with variety of each spirit available on the market. No one, not even Fiesta Beverage, Spec's and The Liquor Store on Beechnut can compare with its inventory and prices. Y'all need to be grateful for what you can get during Covid-19 pandemic. This is Asiatown, not Las Vegas. Customer service is very different here.

When I used to be a sketch artist, I drew... andrew... andrew. But it didn't get me anywhere, and when I had a beautiful female model to draw, I usually just wanted to liquor.This is a popular liquor store with awful Yelp reviews and I'm not really sure why because they do a good job.I don't think some of the harsh reviews are necessary as they've been pretty decent whenever we've been in here.Prices are okay and about standard for what you expect from a liquor store. I have no problem coming here in future and probably will.

The sales lady is super annoying with unfriendly face. There's lots of liquor options therefore the 1 star. The store is cramped & stuffy. Careful with parking & hide everything inside.

I have experienced the worst customer service at a liquor store. Please save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

No words. Go at your own risk. Boyfriend was told the bottles behind the counter "aren't for sale for you". spend your money else where.
