Amor di Pasta - Blue Lagoon

This place is one of our favorite Italian restaurants! We've been here many times...the pasta is cooked to perfection... al dente as they say in Italian! Atmosphere is quiet, not too many tables and service is so professional and very kind. The serving of the food was plentiful. You will be satisfied with what they give you. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant! You will enjoy your time here!!!

We came here craving for Italian food and that's what we got! The food were generously portioned , started with bread, then we ordered their calamari which was cooked to perfection, tentacles included which I liked. It was crispy. My son order the spaghetti and I ordered the tris pasta which came with carbonara, chicken tortellini and lasagna.everything was good and the set up of the place was very intimate. There's a single red rose on the table on white linen so it popped out. It's a fairly smaller place with only maybe 6-8 tables. Service was good, our server checked up on us pretty regularly. It was just weird that at the end, when our bill can graduity was included for parties of more than 1 which I didn't mind giving since we did have a nice experience but that was my first time having graduity included for less that 6 people. There were only 3 of us

Don't miss this little gem. The gnocchi is pillow soft, the calamari is perfectly cooked and seasoned. Don't miss the tiramisu. Excellent service, very clean and perfect for one or a group.

This small italian restaurant in blue lagoon, offers a very tasty italian dishes in south miami, simple but well prepared and in my humble opinion better than some high end restaurants in the area. They are not pretentious, they just serve good food. The service is up to the mark, they are always taking care of you.

Is there a way to double 5 stars?This place has authentic Italian fare and is amazing! If you have not yet been to this place do yourself a favor and go! It has been in business for a few years already and I would consider it my favorite Italian restaurant. Homemade gourmet pasta and sauces. Every thing here is delicious and you cannot go wrong with any dish. Even their pizza is top-notch. Desserts, heavenly! Try the Chocolate salami ;)Guaranteed to be back to Amor di Pasta over and over again!

This review is more on customer service as I chose to leave. The decor is nice. There is no room for parking and it's a very small restaurant which is fine to me. As soon as we arrived they said that they had no tables. We said ok.. didn't even tell us how much to wait. We had to ask. The lady said I don't know. Someone is eating dessert now.. maybe 15min. It was as if she could care less if we ate or not. The restaurant is open. It was not anywhere close to the closing time. We asked where else we could park and one of the guys said we could park in the parking lot next door and that there was a pizza spot there we could eat in there. That was such an insult. I left.

Let's be real! Management or whomever decided to increase prices to $27 for Gnocchi's is out of their mind! Pasta is the most inexpensive thing to make and to purchase from a distributor. Ladies and gents you're in the middle of nowhere and you're charging Beach and Gables pricesLoved your food but refuse to overpay. Borderline disrespectful. Cheers!

This place has the best seafood pizza in town. We order this for take out or delivery and it is always fresh. Over the phone they are very thorough You have to try this

Horrible service. Sat and waited a few minutes for someone to take my order. Nobody came. But then a couple came in and was helped immediately. Didn't even get to try the food, which was probably as horrible as their service.

Pasta is excellent but don't miss the pizza! We eat here every time we pass through Miami on way to Caribbean. Small place - chef owned. Peppardelle ' Amor do pasta' is worth going back for.
