Amitie Macaron

I was finally able to check out the new site of the Amitie macaron, now located towards the front of the food court in Crabtree Valley Mall ) .The macarons at amitie are available in a wide variety of flavors to suit any palette and make for the perfect sweet treat while last minute shopping for Christmas gifts.My favorite flavors were:--the cinnamon brown butter: reminded me of a fresh cinnamon bun. I'll be picking up a 6ct box of this flavor next time.--cookies and cream: you could tell that the creamy filling was made with bits of chocolate cookie pieces--pumpkin spice: call me "basic" but I still love pumpkin spice lattes, pastries, and beers even in December. The cinnamon and nutmeg didn't overpower the pumpkin flavor which was a win in my bookCheck out amitie (ig @amitie_macaron) during your next visit to Crabtree Valley Mall

GET THE RED VELVETThe lady working there is very nice. She had good energy. It was a great little snack in the way out.

I tried them but didn't feel they were very good, average at best. The place was clean and the staff was pleasant. However, I ordered 6 macaroons, and they seemed stale. They crumbled when trying to split in half as I usually share the different flavors with my husband. They also lacked any flavor and didn't taste good because of how dry they were. The price was average, I would say. We also both ordered a smoothie (mango for me, and he had the blueberry) there was only one table with 2 people and us and it took at least 10 minutes for our smoothie and they had 2 people working on them not including the woman working the counter. I felt that was a touch longer than normal when they only sell baked goods and like 5 different types of drinks. The smoothie tasted fresh but were so thick you couldn't drink it out of the straw, not very ideal for walking around the mall with the top off your drink.

This is a little kiosk located just off the escalator on the upper level at Crabtree Valley mall. We ordered 2 Salted caramel, a white chocolate raspberry, a lemon, a lucky charms and a nutella macaron. While they were good, one of the salted caramels was very salty and the rest were overly sweet for us (compared to other macarons we have had). There was no social distancing enforced and we did the best we could considering the location. The employee was wearing a mask and gloves, however the gloves were not changed out between handling the macarons and the point of service. Overall it was just an okay experience and probably wouldn't return to this location but might try the location at Morgan Street Food Hall.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! If you like macaroons, then stop in at this place located on the 2nd floor of the Crabtree Valley Mall near escalator (near Apple Store and Sephora). For a small stand, they had a huge assortment of macaroons. I tried 3- raspberry, lemon, and pumpkin (flavor of the month). They were all delicious and the pumpkin one was super delicious! She put them in a small plastic bag for me and check out was fast. If you are paying by credit card, you can leave a tip for them on the screen, which I did.Definitively will return and will tell my friends about it.

The flavor was really bad, they were stale and bland. We hated them. The service was bad the cashier wasn't nice or polite.

We picked up 6 macarons as we were heading out of the mall and they were absolutely amazing!!
