Morgan St Food Hall location. Good macarons, everyone loved them. They had a few flavors swapped out for seasonal replacements - namely the pumpkin spice which was surprisingly good. The food hall location has a small selection so on a busy day they may run low on popular items but they had almost everything in stock when we were there. We will be back next time we're in the area for certain.

I am obsessed with French Macaron's and basically whenever I see a stand with them I get a pistachio one. This time I tried a Salted Carmel and Pistachio. The Salted Carmel was perfect. The flavors were balanced and delicious, the consistency was rich yet light. The young woman who helped me was friendly and I appreciated that when I joked how expensive they are she agreed but we also talked about how time consuming they are to make. They had a simple payment system and I received and electronic receipt. #winning A great treat! I'm not saying I'm going back today but I'm not saying I'm not going back today.

First let me start by saying my fiancée is a macaron FIEND ( or as she would put it, a "connoisseur"). I would also like to say that we have tried macarons all over this county from fancy bakeries to convenience based coffe shops. These are my fiancée's favorite and I must say the best tasting ones I have had so far. The Good: They actually taste like different flavors and not just sweet like most places. Maybe its a good thing they are located at Morgan Street Food Hall? Convenient perhaps? Thats for you to decide. The Bad: Its at Morgan Street Food Hall which can be a pain to get to and navigate depending on the time when you are there. Another disappointment is that even when the food hall is open, Amitie is not necessarily also open. Are they expensive? Sure. But aren't all macarons? All the ones I have ever paid for have been. Summary: Anyway, probably the best if not top 3 macarons you can get in the Raleigh and surrounding area. If I come across anything better I will let you know.

It's pretty great that a delicious macaron spot found its way into Morgan Street Food Hall! They have a small stand, but lots of delicious options Useful info: hours are 11 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week. So they are not open the entire the food hall building is open! Macarons are $2.50'each but get cheaper per piece as you buy more. A bit on the expensive side, but so absolutely worth it! They come pretty darn close in flavor to La Dure or other European macarons I've had! I tried the lavender and matcha flavors and both were DELICIOUS and super flavorful they're all made with an almond base! If you are looking for dessert on the lighter side in the area or in the food hall, this is your stop! Can't wait to go back and try more flavors!

I came and waited for 20 minutes - there was no sign about being back soon. The lights were on and the register was out, it was 7ish on a Monday. I had gotten excited about which macaron to try. No one we at the chair. Looks good though! It was frustrating because I was within the hours posted online - and there were no hours at the shop. My babysitter time was running out so I kind of wasted the end of the night gambling on someone returning. We eventually had to leave.

On the rare occasion I drive out to Triangle Town Center, the whole mall was a bust but boy was I glad I stumbled upon Amitie Macaron! I just bought 2 macarons to try: matcha and passionfruit. They both blew me away! The shells are smooth and not grainy and stale. The flavors were spot on! They were a bit sweet, but that's just my personal preference. Amitie has so many flavors too and I bet they're all delicious! These are probably the best macarons you can get in the Triangle area, seriously.

I thought I hated macarons bc I had some dry icky ones....BOY WAS I WRONG!!! My daughter and I went to Streets of South Point and stopped at this innocent looking pastel cookie place she swore was fabulous and OMG yes these little gems ARE sooo good! Chewy texture cookie with incredible soft luscious (haven't been able to properly use that word in a sentence recently lol) anyway, luscious cream filling! We tested out 6 different kinds and all had their unique flavor and so good! Stop. Get 1. See if I Sam telling you the truth. You WILL thank yourself and me, maybe if you spot me there. Just don't go when Peanut butter w chocolate cookie is flav of the day bc I want them ALL!

I tried Amitie's macaroons a couple of months ago and found them to be lackluster. The owner contacted me directly, apologized profusely, and had a new batch of macaroons delivered directly to my door. That in itself was amazing and deserved a great review. BUT I just ate two of these new macaroons and I can honestly say I'm a customer for life! They are perfect--smooth and crunchy on the outside and nice and chewy on the inside. The flavors were great the 1st time around, but with the perfect texture it made them even better. Seriously guys go buy some macaroons from these guys immediately--I know I will!

Picked up a 12 count pack from Morgan Street Food Hal yesterday... each one was absolutely delicious. The cookies are moist on the inside with the perfect amount of cream filling. The flavor of the day yesterday was pumpkin spice and it may be my new favorite! If you see this booth anywhere, stop and get a few - you won't be disappointed!

My wife loved this place. The sales person was nice enough to leave early from her lunch break to sell my wife some macarons. She was very happy with the quality.
