As someone who grew up in Lafayette Hill, Amici vicinato (formerly Tonelli's) is one of my all time favorite takeout spots. I've bounced around the menu and gotten the wraps (chicken alla mia is my favorite), hoagies (Italian is great), pizza, tenders, all of it. Never disappointed.Only real qualm is the parking situation when you pickup, but that's a small trade off for the great quality.5/5

Fast friendly service and some of the best wings around. Fantastic for catered events. For a small place, they really crank out the good food. I have never had a complaint and highly recommend. Pizza is some of the best in the area.

Usually not bad, but my last order of wings was SHADY. They look like the chicken had a flesh eating disease.

Ordered here for the first time tonight. We order lot under normal circumstances, even more during the pandemic. We got a menu from this place and decided to give it a shot instead of our usual reliable local places. On a Monday night, we order three salads and a side of meatball & spaghetti by phone and paid with CC. ETA was 45 minutes.50 Minutes later, I call back to check on order. Guy says has no record of our order. Puts me on hold, comes back after about 5 minutes, asking if we're sure we ordered from them? Yes, we're sure. Says he doesn't show us as a customer... that's because we've never been one before tonight. Don't have any record of the order. Not good. Then he say "Oh, wait, here it is, but it doesn't look like it's been processed. I'll refund your charge and we'll get that food out to you ASAP." Someone in the background says something to him... "Oh, it's with the driver?" Calls the driver, confirms order is with them, ETA is 3 minutes. I hang up.Order arrives 5 minutes later. The salads were "okay". The side order of meatballs & spaghetti was sad; huge portion of spaghetti with 2 meatballs and about two tablespoons of sauce. $6 for $0.25 worth of pasta. With the apparent confusion about who ordered what (something I thought was a core function of the job), the fiasco of late delivery on a slow night, and the poor quality of their meatballs and spaghetti, I'm pretty sure Tonelli missed their opportunity to gain a new loyal and generously tipping customer. The competition around here is fierce and we have experienced excellent service and food from two that we consider our personal goto places for order in. Tonelli's is way behind the Conshy curve (pun intended).

We decided to come back, because we've been extremely busy for the past few days and we were in the mood for something easy after spending the entire day doing holiday things. The last time we were here, the order was messed up and the owner said he would give us a free pizza for it, but we'll probably never take them up on that. The owner reaching out to us was the reason we tried them again and this time we ordered a cheese steak stromboli. It was a solid stromboli and the order was 100% correct.

Went to this place the other day and had a cheesesteak with fries. Food was good I definitely plan to comeback again sometime. I definitely recommend people give this a place a try before reading the reviews

I've loved Tonelli's for many years. Their pizza is great (hot wing is my personal favorite and unlike any other buffalo chicken pizza in the area!), the salads are fantastic, and I've never had a burger or sandwich that I didn't love! They are always friendly and prompt, and their prices can't be beat. They're a wonderful go-to pizza place in any situation. However, on top of their usual great customer service and excellent food, I also have to recognize all the good that Tonelli's, and specifically the owner, Joe, do in the local community. Since the outbreak of the Coronavirus, Tonelli's has stepped up to the plate to provide contactless delivery and efficient take out. Joe has collaborated with several organizations to deliver meals to those on the front lines in healthcare and essential services. And beyond that, Tonelli's has always been front and center in our community as a donor for a variety of local events and organizations, including Township programs, Colonial School District fundraisers, community events, sports teams, and much more.Well done, Tonelli's! Please support this local gem!

This is a difficult review to write, because my boyfriend and I have been coming to Tonellis as our go-pizza/takeout place for about 2 years now and have always loved it. Our food was always made quickly and was piping hot when we picked it up. However, the past few times we've frequented Tonellis, we haven't been as pleased. As far as the food, I've always been a big fan of their wraps, salads, wings, fries, and hoagies. The last few times we've ordered, there has always been something wrong or missing from our order. My boyfriend was super unhappy the other night when he ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and instead received a hoagie with buffalo chicken. Other times we've been missing sides of sauce or add-ons to subs or salads. Really a shame because when they get it right, their food is excellent. Something else that kind of got to me was when I went to pick up the hoagies we ordered. The woman at the register took our money and then touched our hoagies with her bare hands to wrap them up for us. Kind of a turn off. I see a lot of people mention the amount of high schoolers working and on their phones. Honestly, I'm all for hiring kids in high-school and giving them summer jobs. I think it builds great character. However, I will say, last time there must have been 6 kids back there and I made note that a one point four of them were on their phones, and then proceeded to touch food. I have always loved Tonellis and hope some changes are made because I'd like to continue coming here. I will probably give it one more shot, but if I get the same results, I'll be hesitant to return.
