America's Best Wings

We got 20 chicken wings (takeout): half were 24 karat gold & half were garlic parmesan. The wings were so-so. The sauce tasted fine, but the wings themselves were overcooked. Another problem: The wings were supposed to come with celery sticks & dressing, but we didn't get any with our wings. We didn't notice until we opened it up at home. Very disappointing.

Nice guy the night I went. I suggested that all the crossing out of prices in favor of marking up in handwriting was bad on many levels. He showed me their grocery receipt where they get charged more post covid. I told him I get that plus location but it would've been better to keep pro menu sign as is an up Id give smaller portions (or pay for new pro sign), but handwritten upcharges just looks tacky and mean spirited. He said people complain if small portions. I said let them because they could order double if they think it small. He took it well which is more than I can say for many places with nasty attitide employees. Juice was quite sugary with a sour after taste and cup and lids are not conducive to bike riding. Food was tasty enough and this guy was nice.

Pretty bad when it comes to wings. I kinda figured what I was getting myself into but went for it anyway.Chicken quality is the worst you can get basically.I got 5 grilled shrimp which were fine but that's pretty hard to mess up.Will not be returning that's for sure.Kabobeesh across the street is where you should go for your food!

The wings did not taste how wings should taste....either it was an entirely different animal or they're washing their meats with literal soap.

I will NEVER AGAIN go to this location. The first time I went to pick up an order that was placed and literally waited for almost 2 hours! I gave them the benefit of the doubt the 2nd time I ordered as it was not a high demand day. I ordered thai chili wings and honey garlic. They sent me thai chili and LEMON PEPPER. I called to inform them and they continued to tell me numerous times that they sent me honey garlic. I TOLD them I was looking at them and smelled them and that they were indeed lemon pepper. They continued to disagree and said they only had a little honey left so that's why it looked like that and next time ask for extra sauce. I told them again that it was lemon pepper and that if I planned to go back(which I won't) i'll ask for my order to be what I asked for

So, where do I begin... I ordered a 15 wing combo with cheese fries today and it was the most putrid food I've had in a long time, the wings were cooked off over the weekend and passed off like they were fresh....NOT... the were hard dry and had that aroma of being old! And that was the best part the fries were so soggy that the cheese sauce I thought was a 50/50 blend of artificial cheese and water!!! I actually called the manager to to talk to him about it, I don't know if he got it but never again will I order from this restaurant, and people it's hard for me to post negative reviews because restaurants over the last year during the pandemic have taken a beating so this is something that I really don't enjoy but buyer beware it's not good... that's what I get for being lazy I should have just cooked for myself!!!

The cashier was rude never asked me about my order and then when I asked her about my order she copped an attitude. Rude, rude, rude! Not worth the food, go to another location. I like the chain, great service in Maryland but not in West Philadelphia.

Super disappointed in the food. Ordered, and the delivery time wasn't too bad. Got the burger+wing combo. Overcooked wings, "24 karat gold sauce" did not taste like a precious metal at all, matter of fact, it tasted exactly like the mild buffalo my friend ordered. The burger was very basic, and the buns doughy. Fries completely unseasoned. Came with a drink, all for ~$12.A lot of food for a very cheap price...but you really are getting what you pay for... "America's Best Wings"? Maybe South America, but def not North America.

Wonderful flavor of wings. I enjoyed the hot/lemon pepper 10 piece combo!A must have when in philly for me!

I got the catfish and man was it great. Definitely recommend. I look forward to ordering from here again. The food was delivered fast and was still hot.
