American Wings & Hibachi

Picked up chicken gyro and have tried different items from there menu. Philly cheese steak, hibachi chicken.

My wings are always delicious. My biggest problem honestly the area or perhaps the customers. The store is in an awkward place and customers are soooo ignorant parking anywhere, will block your car, and TRY to make it seem like you're in the wrong for actually parking in a spot. No ma'am. All of the foolishness I've witnessed came from customers. Someone once pulled out a gun on another customer. maybe they need security or something idk but that establishment attracts human roaches. Never had a problem with staff or my food always them roaches

Not good at all, better off going further down Covington to Atlanta best wings because these are very basic unseasoned wings with nasty bbq sauce on it...they are cooking behind a curtain doing lord knows what unsanitary measures that caused me something like food poisoning symptoms on two different occasions after eating here.

It taste more like chicken fried rice than hibachi, none the less, it was still good and filling.

The photos don't look like breaded wings...if I knew the wings were breaded I wouldn't have ordered. They taste like pre-frozen bagged Tyson chicken wings.I also asked for half teriyaki and paid extra for the split but got all "medium". I say medium in quotations because these are extremely hot...Just no. All around. Go somewhere else. I would have, if my favorite place's phone number wasn't off the hook for whatever reason.

I ordered the Chicken Hibachi meal with a 5 wings add-on. The 5 add-on wings did not show a box to choose a flavor, but that might be because we ordered via DoorDash.  Well they just assumed I would like honey lemon pepper. You know what, they were kinda right.   My wife ordered the Grilled Shrimp Hibachi meal. Our food arrived on time and it was fresh and tasty. You get a nice amount of food for the price.   This place was a good choice.

Contaminated food. Now it's all a waste. Leaking package spilling on other food. And the noodles look very dry. Not again.

Just an average place for wings and things. Service was friendly, and the place was very clean with an excellent food score. The fried rice was just okay, and the wings were okay. Nothing special, I've had better. But again if you're in the area and looking for something quick with decent prices, then this is a good option.

Just picked up an online order for two Hibachi dinners. The WORST experience I've ever had here. I've come before several times and it was always clean and the staff pleasant. Not tonight. The restaurant was not clean at all. Trash on the floors. Tables not clean. The two female staff members at the front counter were very unprofessional. Carried on a full conversation about some personal situation that included lots of swear words. Neither staff member could tell anyone whether their orders were in process or when they would come out. When the order came out, it was just packed in a bag as if I did not want to check it. Seemed impatient when I did. There two containers of yum yum sauce. Neither were full. When I asked for two full containers or two more 1/2 containers, I was told that they'd be "extra"! Horrible. Customer Service definitely not there anymore. I can not say that I will be back.

DO NOT CONE HERE. The service in this place sucks. The music is so damn loud in this place you have to yell to place your order. The little girls behind the counter are yelling numbers at the top of their lungs over the music. It's ridiculous. I placed an order online. Went to pick it u and ended up waiting over 30 minutes in this good ass place for my order. I asked the little girl to check on it twice and lo and behold it was sitting there for a while. She gave me a half ass apology. After the food sitting there for a while, the wings were SOGGY. And then you have to season them yourself. WTF!!! I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. I had to give this one star to post, otherwise it would get zero stars
