American Bonded

Dear considering patrons, We've had good experiences at American Bonded. The music is often electric. HOWEVER, last night my friends and I experienced something just short of assault at the hands of the American Bonded staff (the bondees, if you will.) We were displeased by the unprofessionalism that was shown (ie. cursing ["f*ck off], threatening, and disrespect of our patronage. We're still gonna come back but this was a jarring experience.

It's a cool little spot with an upstairs patio in RiNo. The drinks were delicious. It's definitely a late 20s - early 30s hot spot. Parking in this area is a B-word so just don't. Be smart and Uber. This is really close to some other fun locations too, so you can include this spot in a bar crawl. Overall a good pick!

Nice little spot in Five Points/RiNo. Super chill and industrial vibe in this cocktail bar. Staff was friendly and they now have Soi Koiboiw in the back!

Awesome service and a great vibe. Bartender greeted every request with a genuine smile and had awesome knowledge of local hot spots. The old fashioned was 10/10.

We were in Denver for the week and stumbled on this bar. Amazing service..Espresso Martinis were the best! Go here for an awesome chill Happy Hour.

Braiden and Rachel gave the best recommendations they killed it. Cocktails, they killed it. If you guys want business, hire them, I'm from socal, they're the best.

Was excited to celebrate a night out to celebrate my best friend's birthday, but that was abruptly stopped when I was called a foul name by a worker at the establishment. Extremely unprofessional from somebody who also works in the bar environment and has NEVER had to use derogatory language towards a customer.

Ew. This place was yucky and the workers were rude as hell. I wish I could give this 0 stars but that's not possible so you get one star. Work on your customer service and cleanliness pls. Nobody should be hovering over a puke soaked toilet to go pee and then be called a b!tch by the staff.

Yeah so we were waiting in line to use the restroom, and a staff member yelled at our friend when we trying to find out why the line was broken up. She was guessing where the line ended, and he said "yeah I know I work here b*tch!" which seems like an overreaction. Also there was vomit ALL OVER the women's bathroom. Nasty and I even slipped in said vomit and fractured my ankle. No one helped me. At least the vodka Redbull was good. The vibes were off the charts upstairs.

Last Saturday evening, my friend and myself, along with our boyfriends, decided to go out after a concert we had attended, and we chose American Bonded, which we have been to a few times previously and had a great time. We arrived around 10:30 pm, and upon arrival, both me and my friend decided to use the restroom while our boyfriends ordered us our first drink. We did not even have a chance to sit down on the toilet to pee before we started getting harassed by two women, yelling at us to "hurry the fuck up" and pounding on the stall door. We were both like "hey we're just peeing; we'll be done soon!" The whole time the stall door was being pounded on and we were getting yelled at. As soon as we got finished, and I wasn't even finished buttoning up my shorts, we walked out of the stall so whomever was yelling at us could use it. Well - it was two black "security guard" females (one about 5'10"ish, and the other probably around 5'5"ish) that were yelling at us and wouldn't even let us wash our hands before starting to push us around and yelling the whole time, and then shoved us all the way down the bar and out of the front door, and proceeded to throw me on the ground! Our boyfriends, who had just ordered our first drink, came running out after us because they watched the whole thing happen! This was COMPLETELY uncalled for, and there was absolutely NO reason we should have been assaulted like that! Be careful - the staff can be dangerous and apparently have free reign to treat patrons however they want with NO valid reason. Me and my friend are white and our boyfriends are black - we believe this was a racist attack due to the color of our skin. My boyfriend is a Denver firefighter and was shocked at this behavior. I have tried calling the manager multiple times, and sending emails without a return contact. Apparently they do not care.
