They'll cancel your order 30 minutes after you place it... when it's due to deliver. Unprofessional, DO NOT recommend. Too many high quality pizza places in Houston to deal with this garbage. Even a chain that doesn't REALLY care about your business is a better choice than this because they'll at least fulfill an order after they accept it. Their pizza is greasy anyway.

Giving one star, because yelp says I have too! I placed an online order for fried mushrooms. Went to go pick it up and I sent my son inside to get it. When he got in the car he started to eat them, I asked where were the fries. Son said they didn't give him any. I go inside and speak to a lady and asked her if the mushrooms came with fries and she said no. I then told her that their website says it does, she got annoyed with me and said well they don't. I smiled and said that their website says it does and they should honor what the website says since it's their responsibility to change it if things change. She once again said no the price doesn't reflect the fries. I asked to speak to the manager and she said he wasn't there or he was possibly in the back office. I told her to go look then. She comes back and says he's busy. I left my number for him to call me back. After reading all the reviews....it doesn't look like he will call me, but if he does I will update my review. The call will also decide if we will be returning for service.I understand it's JUST fries...but it's the principle of the situation. Your website says fries comes with the mushrooms....you should honor that.

I've been going to this shop ever since I was in middle school which was about 12 years ago. They've always accommodated all of us kids with great food and great customer service. We all even had a bond with the owner's son who's untimely death left an impact on everyone... it was devastating. But that did not deter this small family business from delivering good food and good energy. They work hard and deserve they're flowers. I hope to see them standing another 12 years hopefully with franchises. Actually on my way right now to pick up my wings!

There is never a manager on duty and customer service means nothing to them they charged my card Sunday never received my food and did not give. me a refund i had to bring the police down to do a report for a refund great customer service I will never order from them and i suggest you don't either

Two hours and counting and our food still hasn't been delivered. We called to check on the status and they said the kitchen was backed up. This has happened once before but we decided to give them another chance. Never again!Update: our order was cancelled after 2+ hours and hungry, crying kids. How fun.

Yooo that ish was sooo good I'm eating my 4th slice! I'm a tiny girl I don't even eat that much but this is soo good I was expecting it to be mid and i ubereats it the driver took forever literally took a hour and a half to get to me but it was still warm and fresh and cheaper then other pizzas spot I'm definitely ordering again

My son placed a preorder. 15 minutes after the scheduled delivery my son contacted me that food had not arrived. I called the restaurant and was immediately put on hold. After 10 minutes, with no communication, I hung up and called again and was immediately put on hold. While I was on hold (another 15 minutes with no communication), my son received a message that his order had been cancelled.Who knows if the food is bad, average, good or excellent. My won never received his food. Won't attempt to order or go to this restaurant due to poor customer service we received on our 1st attempt of trying Al's Pizza House.
