Alpha Dessert Juice Cafe

If you only want cute pictures for social media, then this is your place, but if you're looking for a delicious dessert, turn around and save yourself some big money.We came in after seeing the pictures of the milkshakes that looked so amazing, however the shakes taste like they have a tiny bit of ice cream and are blended with water. We all took a few sips and ended up throwing it all away along with our money. Probably the worst shake I've had in my life!

Beef tacos - 9/10 - $7.49 - These were hands down some of the best beef tacos ive had. The beef was so flavorful. I would personally prefer flour tortilla over corn tortilla tho. Masala fries - 10/10 - $4.49 - These were SO good!! Packed with masala just the way I love and they were crispy!Cookie monster milkshake - 8.5/10 - $12.99 - I liked how it wasnt overly sweet surprisingly and it was put together with time and effort. I would prefer more cookies in the shake tho. Tbh im surprised I never knew Alpha had sooo many options. Ill definitely be going back to try their other items iA!

The presentation for their milkshakes are cute! Their employees were really nice and helpful. We tried the birthday cake milkshake and my nephews devoured it in 2.5 seconds . It was too sweet for my taste but a cute presentation kids will definitely be all over. Also tried their Kashmiri falooda and it was pretty decent. A little less sugar than the milkshake which was better for my taste buds. Check it out when around. Definitely a hidden spot.

Friendly servers. Ambiance is clean, modern, and great place to study. Plenty of parking spaces, depending on the time and day you go in this plaza. At $6.99 for strawberry banana smoothie, I was extremely disappointed. It's very watery. I tasted banana but considering strawberry is not in season, I'll let it slide since you can see the color in their "smoothie." Iced matcha latte contains little matcha and too much milk. A young gentleman offered to make the matcha over if I didn't like it as soon as he handed my the drink but I didn't have the heart to say anything, considering how friendly he was and I was in a rush to leave. Anyways, matcha latte is great for those who adore sweet, milky drinks. I'm more of a strong expresso and matcha kind of girl.

justspresso is a new coffee shop that recently opened! it's inside of alpha dessert juice cafe. it's a small space but there's a couple of tables perfect for studying/getting work done.i got the madeline latte which was very creamy and had a nutty flavor. it was also on the sweeter side which i didn't mind. i'll def be coming back to try their other drinks! the tiramisu and blueberry latte are next on my list!ig: @whatsviveating

I wish I had discovered Alpha Desserts sooner! This is a gem in Sugar Land that goes unnoticed I think. The smoothies are delicious. I had the pistachio and my friend had a red velvet one. Another time I had the mango lassi and a mango habanero burger and it was AMAZING. I would love to try more items on the menu. It is a great casual "order at the counter" type of place with indoor seating. It can get a little messy in there if it's a busy weekend, but other times I have gone, it was quiet and clean.Check this place out for good cheap eats in SGL with a South Asian twist.

I go here for the juices. It's a huge hit late night. I always see so many people in here after 8. My favorite is the pineapple cucumber juice. This is fresh juices. No sugars. So sometimes they taste slightly different. But id rather have fresh than sweet.

I was excited to try this place out one morning on the way into the office. I walked in and I almost thought I was in a post apocalyptic story where everyone disappeared. The place was empty and I walked around in there for a few minutes before someone peeked out from the back. It was a very solitary, silent vibe in there.The barista was polite and friendly so I hoped that would carry over into the coffee I ordered. A flat white and iced matcha latte shouldn't be a problem. I ordered and when it was ready I took it and jumped back into my car. I got to the office and parked. Before going in I opened the lid to take a peek at my drink. To my astonishment, it wasn't all there. Now I know, flat white's tend to come in smaller sizes but this cup wasn't even halfway full. I looked around for the camera because surely I was being pranked by some up and coming YouTuber. Alas, there was no camera and no one was laughing, including me. I could have taken it back but no one has time for that. I took two sips and threw the empty cup away as I walked into the office. For the size of the cup, the content was disappointingly inadequate. With that in mind, I did not have high hopes for the iced matcha latte. Good call. I like my matcha on the strong potent side and a shade of green only the Incredible Hulk would understand. This was not it. What I got was basically milk with sugar and just enough specks of matcha to make it green. A very pale shade of green.I'd like to give this place another chance at some point but it may be a while before that happens.
